After 25 years of marriage, my husband needed to resize his old gold wedding band by about 3.5 times the current size. We consulted with the owner, Eddy Mounir and he determined that it would be more cost effective to just trade in the old wedding band and purchase a new one that fits. Eddy was able to find the right size wedding band to fit my husband's finger. But, now our wedding bands didn't match. Since we bought ours 25 years ago and they were a matching set. So, Eddy was able to find one that matched the size and style of the new wedding band that also fit my finger. Which thankfully has not increased in size over the past 25 years. So we traded in both of our old wedding bands and got new, matching wedding bands that fit perfectly! Overall it was an easy and hassle free transaction. Eddy was very easy going and we felt that he was honest and fair with his advise. My husband and I brought in three of my wedding rings to get downsized, two were very thin bands and one was a very wide band. The jeweler said they all needed to be a size 5 3/4 and I thought to myself shouldn't the wider band be bigger? That's what I've always been told but when I questioned him he said no. I get all three bands back and the two skinny bands fit my finger but the wide band doesn't, I was correct I needed a size 6 in that one. When I went to go take it back and tell him he said I'd have to pay all over again and I just think that's wrong. A jeweler should know how to measure your finger correctly and size your ring appropriately and if they choose the size and they are wrong shouldn't they correct it at their cost? When I went back in I did not feel very heard at all, I felt like he just wanted to get us out of there. I won't be going back and now I need to repay to have my wedding band resized once again which cannot be good for it. I wish I would have gone somewhere I had heard of before. read more

4 days before our wedding, another jewelry store in the same mall failed to get my husband's ring in on time. Desperate to find a size 7 men's ring (apparently not a single big jewelry store sells this size in stores) we checked out EM jewelry. I asked the woman working (I wish I had gotten her name) if they had any men's size 7 wedding bands, and out she pulls a whole tray of wedding bands, most of which were size 7. Perfect! I was surprised to find out that these rings were tungsten and only $80 after we spent $200 on one (also tungsten) at the other jewelry store (on sale from $320). A very positive update to my original review: Wow!!! The owner, Eddie, just called me and was so sweet. He assured me this was a misunderstanding with one of his employees and that he does not do business this way. He apologized numerous times and to make it right, he refunded my money and gave me two additional watch battery changes. I could really tell he was genuine and is looking for a happy and loyal customer for life and he succeeded. Thank you! Original Review: This place is the biggest ripoff if you are looking to get a battery replacement. I typically pay $8.50 for this service, however simply because this place was recommended to me and it was right where I was I decided to go here. I was told it would cost $10-$15 to replace my battery. A bit more than I am used to but had them do it anyway. Well to my shock I picked it up and it was $20!!!!!!!!! Because it was a Micheal Korhs watch and she had to get someone else to fix it while her husband was out! It's nothing fault you had to outsource the work. I went here a couple days ago to sell some of my moms old jewelry pieces and to create a custom made piece with some stones I had, and let me say that I have never met a most honest and understanding jeweler in my life!!
