Shout out to Maria and Alec. I was greeted by both of them as soon as I walked in today. Asking me what I was looking for. They were able to work with me. Will definatly come back for future business. And the best part it's Family owned! read more

The people who work there were nice, and I bought both my engagement ring and wedding rings from this place. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed with my experience. I was told the diamonds were lab-grown, but one of the diamonds fell off, and that's how I discovered it had been glued onto the ring instead of being properly set. I had the stones checked and found out they were not diamonds at all--they were moissanite. I was told I was getting lab-grown diamonds, so I feel completely misled. At this point, the only thing I know for sure is real is the gold. I would not recommend this place. Make sure you have any jewelry checked by an independent jeweler before buying. read more

Alec was amazing!!!! Loved how they were willing to work in our price range! Family owned! Love it!

We bought a watch for my husband from Kevin Jewelers, and we were very pleased with the experience! The pricing was very competitive and they offered a great sale during the holidays. Alec was very friendly and provided great service! We had Alec resize the watch band upon purchase, and then returned on another day to have him resize it again, and he was very accommodating and helpful. The store is family-owned, and you definitely get the vibe that they are eager to provide great service. read more

Sherylyn was very friendly and knowledagbe. Went to the mall to return some items and never intended to buy new earrings. But inquired about replacing some very old diamond studs that I have had. She was very helpful and showed me all of my options and then got us a great price. She was awesome! My birthday is in a few days so my husband was happy to get the earrings for me and Sherylyn made it all very seamless. Will recommend people to visit her! read more

I could not recommend this place enough!!!! My fiance and I have been on the hunt for wedding bands and decided to pop in here on Black Friday. We are not big spenders so we were looking for something nice but also affordable. They gave us the best deal EVERRRR! Original price for two wedding bands would have been $3,000 anywhere else, but they gave us the price of $650!!! Literally unheard of. Yasmeen and Alec were so so kind and were so genuine. You could tell they were not trying to screw us over or talk to us just because we were customers. They were so intentional with the way they talked to us!!! They were very honest with pricing and showing us the diamonds were real by testing them. Thank you, Kevin's Jewelers!!! read more

Always an amazing experience coming here best customer service. Maria and Alec are my go to people. Very recommend jewelry store!!

Absolutely amazing service/experience from when I got lured in by the up to 75% off clearance signs to being shown around by Chris to figuring out what type of engagement rings I personally like (round, solitaire, no halo, some type of intertwined band) to my fiancé going back and figuring out with them together the best ring for me that matches my current wedding band. Reasonable prices, they will really work with you. Sarah really tried her hardest to make the engagement ring most affordable for us. And got a ton of little goodies: jewelry cleaners and a pair of earrings. We even got the last promotion that was still left over from the New Years sale for a free 2 night stay in Las Vegas/Lake Tahoe/or Florida. Kudos to Sarah and Chris for being so patient with us. read more

SCAM! Don't waist your money here. I would give this place a 0 star rating. my husband brought my engagement ring here with the life time warranty and now that are saying that they aren't working with that third party so they wont fix my ring. We payed for life time warranty with Kevin Jewelers and no one/no where says it was third party. The third party wont answer my call or emails and Kevin Jewelers said there is NOTHING they can do. This place is a scam! be careful! read more

this place is amazing. Alec there really put his heart out to make sure my christmas gift for my girlfriend was perfect. thank you for your time and patience as this was my most expensive yet satisfying purchase at any jewelry store. 10/10 would recommend. friendly staff all around and amazing quality jewels anyone would love. thank you read more

Terrible place, stay away- SKETCHY. Save your money and go somewhere they are knowledgeable about the warranties they offer. They ruined my lifetime warranty by resizing my ring through the "wrong company" even though they told me I didn't get the warranty. This ring was purchased four years ago and finally given to my fiancé so I didn't recall if I got the warranty. I asked too and they looked at their screen and said I didn't. I had to pay out of pocket for a resizing just to find out they "didn't look in the right spot" to check for my warranty. Now that they've touched my ring - my warranty is void. TERRIBLE. read more

When my fiancée and I walked into the shop, we were greeted by Alec. He delivered excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the rings. He was very patient and was not pushy at all. He showed us many rings and there were more in store than they had on their website. In the end, we were able to find the ring we wanted at the price we wanted. I would recommend going here if you are looking for a ring without feeling the pressure from the sales person. read more

It takes A LOT for me to even think about writing a bad review. So here it is. My first visit to the Escondido location was wonderful, however, the second, was a complete disappointment! Sad to say that my experience in coming back and being "helped", if that's what you want to call it, by Sarah, was horrendous. From the moment we stepped foot into Kevin Jewelers at Escondido, Sarah almost completely ignored my entire family. Not only that, by the time Sarah finally approached us, she was immediately rude and talking down to us like we shouldn't be there. Any questions we had, she turned them into a concern and did not alleviate any worries we had about purchasing their products to begin with. Every, if any, answer we received from her was NO and she didn't offer any other options. In fact, the only reason she contacted another location to help us find what we were looking for, was because I requested she do so. Sarah was so horribly rude to the point that when we asked if one of the gold jewelry that was marked 14k was in fact 14k because it felt so light, Sarah immediately laughed in our faces like we were idiots for even asking a small question because she automatically assumed any question we had was incompetent, maybe because we were of color? Come to find out myself that the piece she was huffing and puffing about was printed with 10k on the side of the earring...At which point she just rolled her eyes and going to the back room to change the label without even offering a simple apology! Disgusting customer service! She is the sole reason I will never return to Kevin Jewelers Escondido and will tell everyone I know to do the same. What a horrible way to treat a returning optimistic customer! The other employees at Escondido except for Sarah, was wonderful on our first visit. Too bad Sarah had to make it so uncomfortable to point we'll never go back again. read more

I didn't know to what to expect when I started looking for an engagement ring. I had been shopping around the whole morning. I went to 3 different stores before coming to Kevin jewelers. Right away, I was greeted by The Man, The Myth, The Legend. Alec. Great attitude, great personality and above all, great customer service. He took his time showing me different ring options. He helped me find the perfect ring. He worked to get me a great deal on it also. I went back with my fiance to look at various wedding band options. I can't recommend Alec and Kevin jewelers enough. Great experience read more

All I can say is wow and hallelujah!! What an experience trying to get the diamond ring of my dreams! I knew what I wanted, but money doesn't grow on trees, and, with that being said... I got the ring of my dreams!!! What a great team, trading in my old wedding ring, and getting approved to make the purchase of a new wedding ring work! Fidel, you are da man ... I truly believe that fairytales do come true, and can say without a doubt that I am now part of the Kevin Jewelers family. They do love their customers from the moment you step in their doors. Tomorrow I pick up my ring, or should I say bling (1 1/2 ct diamond marquise solitaire ) but, getting a manicure first to add to the glow of the diamond!! Yes!! Way to go Fidel, Maria, and CEO team I'm coming back, if not to purchase, but to see my new bffs! A million thank you's Love you all read more

My fiancé purchased my engagement and wedding band here and I am so in love. I am glad that Kevin Jewelers allowed him to do payment plans because it helped us a ton financially. Also, he received a pair of crystal earrings for free with his purchase. I came back to purchase him a tungsten ring here as his wedding ring and they had a wheel that we spun and won another pair of free earrings! The entire store is 70% off so we got really good prices for everything. Definitely recommend this place. Maria helped me, I loved her because she was not pushy whatsoever! I forgot to mention that my engagement and wedding ring have a lifetime warranty and they were also able to resize my ring for free. read more

I have never ever written a review for any type of business because I felt like it wasn't worth my time or energy. After working with Maria at Kevin Jewelers however, i knew that this place needed to be highlighted. Maria was extremely helpful and knowledgeable the first time around when I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiancé. I walked out of the store feeling confident in the ring that I had chosen. Fast-forward about a month later, my girlfriend texts me several pictures of a completely different style of ring that she absolutely fell in love with. She completely changed her ring style on me and I was stuck with the one that I had purchased from Kevin Jewelers a month prior! I frantically grabbed the receipt and saw that no refunds or exchanges were accepted after 7 days of purchase. With only one month left until I popped the question I knew I had to move fast to try to sell the old ring and get my money back for a new one. After several failed attempts I decided to take my chances and go back to Kevin Jewelers. Thankfully, Maria was there and I explained the whole situation. She grabbed the old ring, put it to the side and said "Don't worry about the return policy; let's find the right one that she'll love." I can't tell you the feeling of relief I got when she said those words. We found the perfect ring and the rest was history. I popped the question a month later and my fiancé was absolutely IN LOVE with the ring I had chosen the second time around. I shared with her the predicament that she put me in when she texted me a month prior saying she had switched her ring style. I showed her a photo of the old ring and she said that the new ring was 100% better than the one I had previously chosen. I told her how helpful Maria was in helping me find the perfect ring for her. My fiancé was so happy with the choice that she said she wanted to go to Kevin Jewelers to meet Maria. So, we went! It was such a joy to see Maria again and introduce her to my fiancé. I cannot recommend this place enough. It's easy to feel overwhelmed since Kevin Jewelers offers a wide variety of choices but with the help of Maria, you'll be able to find the perfect choice for whatever fits your needs. read more

Let me start of by saying I have been searching for a pair of diamond earrings for months. I went to all the big name brand shop but nothing really "wowed" me to purchase due to service and prices that were mediocre at best. Yesterday, I went to Kevin's in the Escondido mall and had an amazing experience with Maria and Brenda. I didn't feel pressured to buy. There are amazing deals. Fantastic financing. However, most of all, you're treated like family from genuinely kind people. Not only did I get a pair of gorgeous diamond earrings, but I got another pair AND the most beautiful ring I have ever laid eyes on. I feel so incredibly happy about my purchase and will be back for future purchases. If you're looking for amazing genuine customer service and prices from the best look no further! Kevin's is the place for you with no body that even compares to them! Thank you Maria and Brenda I will see you soon! read more
