I was driving my wife, three young children and myself back from a baseball scrimmage back home…read moreright around 9:05 pm on 9/3/26 when the incident occurred. We merged onto HWY 4 westbound from the Balfour onramp and were traveling in the far right lane. Van#16 license plate #21102F1 was traveling in the left lane. As we were driving we came up side by side by van #16 and our front bumper was even with his passenger side door when he came behind a car sitting in the left lane that was traveling much slower than all the rest of the traffic and the driver decided he was going to come into our lane to get around the slower driver right around the sand creek rd exit. I immediately laid on my horn however this did not deterr him he continued to enter our lane and he forced us on the shoulder of the road while we were both traveling around 75mph. I had to slam my brakes and then get back in the lane we had been traveling in. We immediately took down the vehicle information and due to road work on the HWY there was a closure of the right lane right after the lone tree exit that allowed us to pull up next to van #16 and let him know he almost ran us off the road. Instead of apologizing he immediately responded by saying it was our fault because we sped up to cut him off however we were almost even with the front of his vehicle when he cut into our lane. Needless to say emotions were high and after being accused of trying to speed up and cut him off words were exchanged. The conversation ended when he said he didn't care and to go eat a dick and then he sped off. The tech was wearing a black hat and had a beard for anyone that reads this review and gets this guy out to your home if the company doesn't take any action. What a horrible way to represent your company. I also work in a service vehicle that has blind spots and have made driving mistakes myself however my response has never been to blame the other driver for my mistake. Anyone I know that wants a referral for electrical work I'll be happy to tell not to use your company. What a disgrace for a local company to have a tech on the road that acts and drives that way. My children were terrified and in tears after this experience. When we called in to talk to a manager he informed us that his tech had already called in to inform him that someone had tried to cut him off but that call took place 10 minutes before our call letting me know that he had most likely done the same thing to another driver just before he did it to us.
