I originally heard of CJ Bradley's Electric on the Next door app, and after checking out his reviews I gave him a call. I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. CJ Bradley's Electric stopped by to give me an estimate and told me to contact him when I was ready. There was zero pressure from him to schedule and the estimate was fair. I scheduled an appointment for today and he showed up and had everything done pretty fast. His work is great and for a great price. I'm super happy with his workmanship. I highly recommend CJ Bradley's Electric and will be contacting him for other electrical projects soon. read more

Ross is the owner of this company. I called him and other electrician companies through Yelp projects. My husband plugged in a vacuum and the other side of the wall there was an outlet that sparked a small fire burning the outlet! Yikes! I wasn't certain if it was an emergency or not and it was the weekend. I got outrageous bids so I decided to wait til Ross was available as he seemed reasonable. Sheesh... other ones are like paying surgeon prices!!! He was quick and efficient! He explained what was wrong and thank goodness only loose connections. I like a person and company with integrity. Later we had more work done as he installed a new specific outlet for my freezer and one outside for an RV. Motion detector lights around the house. He was always reasonable and gave his professional expertise without gouging you like other companies these days. You can always rely on him. I like that he is old school which is the way I am and trustworthy which sadly is hard to find these days! He is one of the good guys and I am always shouting out from the highest mountains the BEST ones I find -HE is one of the BEST! ETA: He stands by his work and if you request for him to check something he will do so promptly! My motion detector lights are staying on during the day and not resetting and I can't figure it out?! In my previous reviews, I went over great work Ross did on quite a few cans, fans and some smaller work here and there. Moving down the road to a new construction house, discovered how homebuilders have not changed over the years when it comes to putting lights in certain rooms :-) As usual responsive and set up meeting at place before moving in and discussed ideas for each room. They were very patient as wife changed her mind 1 thousand times. Put unpictured ceiling-fan lights and each room and cleaned up my mess of buying all fans with no controls by getting controls and hooking them up on the fly. Small Chandelier and Smart Cans at top of 20'h ceilings; great job on my office lights. There were some challenges with house design, sprinkler placement, etc. and he just knows what he is doing. Would have wired heater for garage wall if builder had prepped correctly and always use for new outlets, breakers, etc. You can also trust Ross with your home & family which is a big one for me. Ross did excellent work for us. He arrived on time as scheduled. He diagnosed a flickering light problem for us as defective dimmer switches and changed them out. He installed a ceiling fan and a pendant light quickly and efficiently. We would definitely use his services again; perhaps when we change out our older style recessed lights. read more

They came out and made a very reasonable quote, set a time and date and then actually arrived ahead of time. They called and asked if it was OK to come early and I sure had no problem with that. With so many technicians, they are late or don't come at all without even contacting the customer. I recommend this company and especially Russ who did the work with his son. read more

Cannot comment on the work since CJ Bradley Electric never showed up for their Monday afternoon appointment. All we needed was our celing fan to be repaired as it wasn't working. Poor business ethics. Must not need the $$. Not even a phone call to apologize or explain that that they are running late. My husband took time off of work to be present. I went with his company because his quote beat out all the others. So glad I did because he also fixed a problem with our master bedroom's fan (installed by someone else) free of charge!! My husband and I are going through a remodel and wanted to start by adding recessed lighting and ceiling fans. This is a great company that I have done business with for over 8 years and I highly recommend them. When it comes to electrical work, I only contract with one company, CJ Bradley Electric, and the only electrician that I trust to do the work is Ross Perlee. Ross is honest, has years of experience, handles his business in a courteous and professional manner and meets all of my electrical needs at a fair price. I have had him do a number of electrical jobs from hanging light fixtures with dimmer switches, installing an outlet and cable in the wall behind a mounted flat screen, outdoor security lights and even routing outdoor electrical outlets in the backyard. Sure you could hire a 'handyman' with a coupon for a little less, but to me it is not worth the risk of electrical fire and having to fight an unqualified electrician for shoddy workmanship.
