Jelly Pedicure: relaxing and nice. I recommend this service for a good cleaning and relaxing. Overall, I wasn't really impressed with the paint job of the nail polish, especially since it was a single color with no art.

Nope. I will not come back. I would say I'm a regular customer since I came back so many times. My previous experience was nice until this time. I came to this salon at July 27 around 4PM to do my manicure and pedicure. I did my nails with Racheal and pedicure with Cece. My nails are very weak and I cannot leave my nail super long because it's keeps breaking from the very end and it's usually very painful and bleeding. So, when I see my nails are started cracking I cut it right away before it's broken completely. So, Racheal saw my nails are short and a bit uneven, she keeps telling me so many time about "your nails are broken" or "see it's broken" or " very short " or something like that multiple times. Definitely more than 7 times. At first I was trying to explain how it's happened. But after a few times, it gets very annoying. I was not even saying that I want a long nails or anything. I just want to do some colors on my nails. Just cut it short no problem. I feel like I'm giving her customer service and listening her compliments about how my nails are not even and short. 2nd, Cece is generally very nice but after she did my pedicure, my toe is started hurting. So, I checked it and it was bleeding a little bit. I guess it's time to find a different salon. read more

I had such a positive experience here! Kim (the owner) did my set perfectly. I called the day of and she agreed to have me in at 7PM. We were the only ones in the shop but I was so comfortable and felt really safe. Additionally, she checked in with me a lot, asking me if I liked the shape, design, colors etc... I originally was not sure what color to get for my french tips so she let me try a couple out and was so patient about it! unlike other salons that I have been to in the past, she never made me feel like I was rude for speaking up. I highly recommend Kim for anyone looking for a cute mani with a design! I typically opt for a French mani and Kim was able to get my mani with design done in less than an hour. There were issues with the total application too beyond just being completely wrong colors, design and shape. She filed and chipped off my left middle (pic) and she did the green instead of the pink first so it shows threw on the tips of my fingers (pic). The line work is really weak and several times she messed up and decided to thicken the line instead of clean up her work. Finally, the overall cleanliness of this place was TERRIBLE. No one was wearing a mask, the whole place was so heavy with chemical smells that i had a headache from start to finish - I swear there isnt a vent in the place. After my 30 min wait they moved me to the station for my manicure and it was covered in someone elses clippings and red paint which were left for my entire 90 minutes, then a filthy towel was tossed ontop of it for me to put my hands on. Was $60 and I'll have to try somewhere else for sure.
