My mom took me here for my birthday. We both got manicures and pedicures. She got no polish and I got gel. Pro: Very pretty and relaxing shop. A nice touch to offer a drink. The staff were kind and quiet (I don't particularly enjoy small talk during salon services), and it seemed very popular. Con: A little strange that you fill out a slip like a dim sum place. The prices seem very reasonable, but it's an extra $20 for gel polish? I asked the person doing my pedicure to pay special attention to the ingrown part of my toenail-they did not. They used the electric nail file on my super thin nails and I was burned several times. After leaving, I noticed my mom's cuticles were bleeding which is dangerous because she's diabetic(this had me worried about her feet too) and my mom's nail broke the same day. The staff is all extremely friendly and welcoming The check-in process is organized and very detailed. You complete a check-in questionnaire so that the technician assigned to you knows exactly what you want and how to best serve you. They take walk-ins, but appointments are preferred. And methods of payment exclude tap to pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle. You can only pay with a physical credit card. Just be prepared for that. I received an acrylic fill and chose an ombre. Overall, the service was good. The shape was so pretty, I loved it! And, the technician was polite and skilled. There were a few imperfections on a couple of nails such as rough/unfiled edges and uneven application of the white ombre on a thumb, but like I said, overall, it was a solid service. My daughter received a pedicure and it wasn't until after we left the salon that she realized only one of her feet had been finished with topcoat. I called the salon and we were asked to come back so that it could be fixed. It was fixed with no issues. The technician wiped the nails with alcohol and oil. I visited this place on Friday after a work trip. The service was extremely rushed and extremely overpriced for the service. I got dip powder that normally costs me $45 where I live and I got charged $80 here. My middle finger was chipped and I asked her to extend it to match the length of the other nails. Not only is my left hand longer than my right hand but the colors don't even match and she didn't even communicate that until after it was done. That's so silly who wants to walk around with mix matching nails. You would think for the price they would take their time to ensure that the nails were properly prepped and properly dipped and that the length would match entirely. I even told her to make the length the same and she just filed for a little bit. My nails shouldnt chip after 4 days that is beyond ridiculous. That's why I'm making the review. Went here today for a pedicure before our flight back home. The service was impeccable from the time we walked in. The front staff have you fill out a form with the service you're wanting. They ask you if you want a beverage that they offer- Coke, tea, strawberry margarita, and some other options. Then it asks the type of polish and any scents you want for a mani or pedi. They have a good selection of gel polish and they have almost the full collection of DND- my favorite brand. Their sanitation measures seem very good. Their attention to details is very good and they do not rush you. You definitely feel welcomed. My mom and I did the royal pedicure with the citrus option and the parafin wax. We loved it. We even discussed flying to Seattle just for our pedicure. The gel polish is $20 extra which is normal anywhere you go. The strawberry marg was yummy and a nice touch to the relaxing pedicure. Once you walk in, check in at the front and they have you fill out a small form with what service you're having done and there's even a spot to check off what you're having for your complimentary drink. The technician was rough and cut the side of my nail bed so bad I actually yelled out in pain (I've had many pedicures before at other salons and have never done that). I went to this nail bar because my coworker recommended and said highly of their expertise. It was all good and fine until one of the ladies cut my cuticle on one of my toes and it bled quite a bit. My boyfriend and I came here for the first time to get pedicures/an acrylic set. We found this nail bar on Yelp since it was in our area. The ladies who did our pedicures were great. They took their time and we were both satisfied with them. We were both very relaxed and I like how you can choose a scent for your spa treatment. I unfortunately cannot say the same for my experience with the nail technician who did my acrylic set, Vivian. You could tell she was rushing and going fast on my nails to get the job done and over with. She was not very friendly either, I tried to make conversation but was not met with much kindness. She would push my hands away or yank them as well. I got French tips and when I asked her if there was a color more neutral/my skin tone rather than what looked like pink she said "What? That's neutral. What do you want? Clear?" Luckily, the base color was neutral like she had said but I wish she was nicer about it. There was also an air bubble on my tip that I noticed when I was leaving. I showed the front desk staff and they told me that they could fix it. You could tell Vivian was irritated that she had to fix my nail. I showed her the white tip that was messed up and she proceeded to scrub off the base color despite the fact that there the air bubble was on the tip. The guy who was working at the front who saw the mistake was watching and asked me if it was on the tip and I said yes. Vivian then asked me to show her the air bubble despite the fact that I had already shown her where it was. Again, she went very fast and went back to yanking and pushing my hands. The set looks good from a first glance, but it was a sloppy job. Some sides of my tips aren't clean and are messy. There's also another small air bubble and chip on my thump tip. Acrylic sets aren't cheap (I paid $72) and it's very frustrating that the quality and service were both poor. Considering how much we pay, you'd think that your nail technician would do good work, take their time, and be at least a little friendly to you. I don't get my nails done often as it's so pricey nowadays, so it's upsetting that an experience I was excited for turned into something negative. Despite this, the atmosphere of Castle Nail Spa is gorgeous - high ceilings, chandeliers, TVs, etc. Very spacious with plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure chairs. You also get a complimentary beverage during your appointment which is very cool - there's margaritas, wine, champagne, mimosas, soft drinks, and iced tea. Overall, I'm very disappointed in my experience today only because of the acrylic nail set. The pedicure staff and front desk staff were very friendly to me. little vy was wonderful! she was patient with me and helpful in figuring out what colors and style made the most sense for me. she put a lot of time and energy into shaping the light purple/pink, butterfly nails i got done. i really don't step out of my comfort zone (normally i go with earth tones, plain) but i am so happy with the nails and my experience with little vy! i'm also a fan of lee (who did my blue, snowflake nails in the winter). i'm going to try to schedule with one of them everytime. when i paid, they told me little vy is really good at detailed designs like this - so if yall want something like this, ask for her! she also has the cutest style. :-) read more

Mimi always does an amazing job. No detail is overlooked - the nails are even, not thick, shape is perfect, and the designs she can do are what really makes the nails stand out. This was not a good visit. I would have given this place a 2 star. Why a 2 star, I explained to her what i wanted, showed a picture of the nail shape. She said she had it. she infact did not. She got nail polish on the bottom of my fingers and literally tried to pick it off at the end. not to gently. There is nail glue around my fingers. Last she cut on fingers with the grinder/buffer and a few had the burns. When I put on hand sanitizer my fingers are in pain and the tips of my fingers hurt. I am so happy to finally find the shape of nail I prefer. Because I work in health care I can't have long nails. I hate the way square nails make my nails look clunk but I hate how round nails make my fingers look huge. Pre-covid I used to see Hannah but I believe she went back to Vietnam. Beautiful waterfalls, chandeliers... They are close to 30 pedicure massaging lounge chairs, but only about 10 nail stations. You choose your options and then you also get to choose between water, soda, margaritas, or wine!!! I went to this nail salon with my boyfriend and his daughter on Black Friday. All of us got pedicures, his daughter got a full set, and I got a fill. The up charges at this place are extortion... $20 for shellac... Most places only charge 10, $20 for nail art hand painting, when most places charge 10. When we were finished I went and paid the bill and I almost fainted... It was over $300. I asked for an itemized receipt and I was correct it was close to $100 in charges for the shellac and nail art. I reluctantly handover my credit card and pay the bill. This is my last time coming to this nail salon. As beautiful as it is, the prices are just way too much. The beautiful chandeliers, waterfalls... This is the nicest nail salon I have ever seen! When you enter, you see a beautiful wall of nail polishes to your right, and comfortable chairs with foot baths on both sides. The salon is clean and sparkling. When you enter, you are given a checklist asking you what you would like to drink-they have both alcohol and non alcoholic options. You are asked if you are here for a manicure, pedicure (or both!), as well as the scents of the oils and products they use on your arms and legs! I felt so pampered and smelled so good. I went to get a fill, first time at this place. My servicer drops the colors in front of me and was extremely rude. While she was filing she cut my finger, gets filing over my bleeding finger and didn't say anything. My nail beds were bright red after and hurt to touch. She kept making rude comments towards my choice of plain nails.
