I chose this salon because of its great reviews and wide range of services. I booked a combination manicure and pedicure. The online appointment process was easy. There were plenty of available time slots when I made my reservation. Upon arrival, they had a large staff. The space was a bit tight, but the experience was still comfortable. I also appreciated the detailed parking instructions provided during booking and the appointment reminders. During my service, I had two staff members working on me at the same time, with one handling my hands and the other my feet. They were responsive to my requests regarding nail and cuticle trimming, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the nail polish on my hands did not fully cover my nail beds. Additionally, I only received scrubbing on one leg. I'm not sure if that was due to the combination service but I was hoping for a more thorough exfoliation to help remove dead skin from my feet. They were very attentive when it came to trimming and filing my toenails. I was happy with how my feet looked when the service was finished. I've been coming back to Snoil Spa regularly. A reasons is that their prices are reasonable and offer promotions for regular customers. Stylists are very attentive and careful with their work. Reservation is highly recommended despite a quite large team, especially Friday and weekends can get very busy. Some of the newer stylists may still be developing their technique. You can always request the a specific stylist. Environment is also nice, clean and quiet most of the time, thought massage chairs don't work well. read more

I made an appointment for "Hard Gel" removal and reinstall. The technician proceeds to install "builder in a bottle" and when I told her it's not the same, she INSISTED it was. (I've never had builder in a bottle). She filed my nails at different lengths, I overcharged for the design (total was $153, and $60 was just a design). As kind as she was, the application was poor because my long nails have been lifting from the gel and breaking since the 3rd day while I was on vacation - something you would not experience with hard gel. DO NOT get builder in a bottle if you want Hard gel. Also obviously I'm not going back. read more

I had to call when booking at appointment since I scheduled 3 months out. If you are looking to book within 3 months, you can easily schedule online via their website. They sent a confirmation text once I was all booked. They sent a reminder text on the day of the service as a last touch. I booked the Head Spa Package 3 which includes an essential oil massage, facial cleansing, scalp care, hair care, hot stone massage, facial massage, sheet face mask, arms and hands massage, and hot towels. There is usually street parking available but on this specific day of our appointment, it was being used as a bus stop so they called me ahead of our appointment to let us know and offered to reimburse us if we parked across the street (paid parking). I appreciated the heads up since finding parking usually gives me so much anxiety. They suggested coming 5-10 earlier so we can fill out paperwork and they can prep us for our appt. As soon as we arrived, filled out our paperwork, they led us to the back to get started. They had soothing music playing, the lighting set the mood (I LOVE!), and there were curtains to provide separation. They have a covering for you to change into (you can keep your bottoms on, just remove your top). They have a pad to support your knees, and a feet warmer to keep your feet nice and toasty through the appt. Before they start anything, they drape a blanket on top of you so you don't feel exposed with just a covering on. OH! Remove all accessories like watches and rings - it helps the massage portion go smoothly. My appointment went sooooo good! It was so relaxing since a regular massage doesn't necessarily focus on arms, hands, and head - it was a nice change. This was my second visit to a head spa & I highly, highly recommend it! Once we were done with the Head Spa portion, they give you a complimentary standard blow dry - love this so I am not leaving with wet hair! All in all, the price for what was provided in Package 3 was 100 percent worth it! Next time I am back in town, I will definitely come back! read more

On my first visit, I booked an appointment with a technician I had read online was good with designs, but when I arrived I was given a different technician. Since it was my first time, I didn't think much of it. On my second visit, I chose a random technician for a simple look. She specifically told me that if I wanted designs, there was only one technician who does them and that I should book with her. For my most recent visit, I scheduled an appointment with that technician, Jenny. She had very limited hours, and I rearranged my schedule to make it work. When I arrived, I was told Jenny was fully booked and that my appointment had been bumped because I booked online. They said I should have called and that there was nothing they could do. I was extremely frustrated because I had rearranged my entire day for this appointment and for a specific design. If customers can choose a technician through the online booking system, appointments shouldn't be bumped like this. Unfortunately, because of this experience and the lack of basic courtesy in handling the situation, I will not be returning--especially at the prices they charge. read more

We found this location using Yelp, it has really great reviews and I went with two friends to see if it was truly worth it for the Head Spa. Upon arrival it's a really cute salon with very feminine pinks and lavender colors, it's inviting and makes you want to get a mani/pedi or just have a fun time. We arrived and checked in for our Head Spa appointment. They have a seating area for you and a check-in kiosk. They were very informative letting us know when we could head back to our treatments. We booked together and we all got to be side by side for the Head Spa. The beds are heated and they have little blankets to put your feet into for warmth, the tables were comfy and very serene. We were told to take photos if we wanted to do so and to also just relax and have a great time. I was so relaxed. The facial massage was to die for. The hair treatments amazing and the service phenomenal. I didn't take too many pics because I wanted to enjoy every second of spoiling. This place is worth the money, worth the wait and overall a place I will be going back to. Next time I may get a mani/pedi to see if that stands up to the Head Spa treatment.
