My sis and I went here today and both of us had wonderful experiences. The ppl working here are very friendly and knowledgeable. It was refreshing to have our questions answered without attitudes and everyone was smiling and inviting. The shelves were stocked and buds were displayed nicely so you see exactly what you're getting. We even got a nice discount after signing up on our way inside. We will definitely be back. Damion was a great budtender and ensured that my experience was nothing but positive. Honestly, everyone was great and I'm very happy with everything I purchased. The prices are fair too. I absolutely love it here! It's really close to my house - it's convenient because i don't need to go across town or to another town even. Everyone here is super nice and mellow- and they help out a ton if you ever need it! They have Two doors that you need to go through and a waiting lounge- which is the nicest thing ever. Customer services sucks! Alexis was my budtender. she's not very patient. Was trying to pay with credit card and my card credit card kept asking for a pin it's a credit card it doesn't need a pin. Tried couple more times and it wasn't working. She started to take items out the bag as if I wasn't going to buy the items that totaled over $100. My credit card needed the cvc code from the back. Could have been more specific. I come here pretty often and never got treated the way I did today. read more

I went to Embarc in late October not knowing my drivers license had expired. I pleaded my case but the lady at the desk wouldn't let me in. No big deal, she was doing her job. But I went back today and they told me I was banned for cussing at and verbally assaulting the lady at the desk. I can assure you 100% this never happened. I may have been annoyed that I couldn't get in that day, but I would never verbally abuse anyone for doing their job. That's just not me. The guy I spoke with today said I could email him and have the incident reviewed. But really, it's insulting that someone would just lie about me like that. Much less have me banned over a completely fabricated statement of what actually transpired that day. Not sure what this lady's problem was, but at this point I would just rather take my business elsewhere. read more

This place used to have the best customer service. The past 2 times it's been complete horse crap. Not sure why the employees can't be aware of who's walking in and who is actually next to helped. Or maybe ask who's next instead of allowing customers that have been waiting to wait longer while people walk right in and get helped immediately. I use to be a regular 2-3 times a week. Now I won't be back. Best way to destroy your business is by giving horrible customer service. Congratulations you're on your way there. read more

went in today july 8 and cameron 'helped' me. i explained that i knew nothing and when i asked my questions he was not as helpful as he shouldve been. he deflected this horrible customer service by using pleasantry words like please and thank u. definitely will not come back because of cameron. learn how to speak to new customers who openly tell you they kno nothing and dont make them feel stupid for asking questions. please and thank you. read more

The hours on the door and the hours online say 9PM. So before my wife and I go to dinner, I stop by Embarc to check them out, since there new. And already picked my meds online. So I pull up at 8:47pm. And they appear to be open, I try the door and it's locked so I ring the door bell. So I can go in, stopped in my tracks by what seems to be a security guard that has no customer services skills except for the fact she can talk......... I'm sorry sir, we close at 8:45PM, I say don't you close at 9PM, the city makes us close the registers by 9PM. I know what I want, now it's 8:50pm. And I'm only telling you for future reference, I don't need a future references, cause I ain't never coming back. It's not what she said, it was the fact that a minimum wage armed or unarmed security guard wants to have power over something at a storefront which relies people going in and making purchases, and should pride itself on setting an example for customer service, since most businesses no longer require there staff to pretend they might have the slightest bit of customer service skills. No thank you, employees like her are that cause sales to drop and no customer retention. Because of a fake badge, false security of having really no power or control of her own life, not knowing what's going on in other peoples lives, and as a first and last time prospective customer. i can't complain about my visit at the dispensary, they are serious when they say they wanna make it a one on one experience, the bud tenders are amazing at catering on what you are looking for the options are all lay out and the experience of being able to touch and smell the flowers is dope to me.
