My issue is specifically with the woman at the front desk. Every single time I come in, she has an attitude with me. I honestly don't know what I've done to rub her the wrong way, but I've always walked in in a good mood, ready to spend my money. Today was the last straw. I walked up to the front desk and nobody was there, so I stood and waited for about two minutes. I went ahead and scanned my ID while I waited. When she came back, I simply let her know I had already taken care of it -- and that's when she snapped at me with *"It doesn't work that way -- you don't work here"* in the rudest tone possible. It wasn't what she said, it was HOW she said it -- like she was disgusted to be talking to me. I understand busy days happen. But there are too many dispensaries in this area to be treated like an inconvenience just for walking through the door. I hope management takes a look at the front desk experience, because the rest of the team deserves better representation than this.

i have been to 420 Physicians before. i had gotten my card from them last year. it was a…read moreproblem-free experience, so i returned this year, when it was time to renew. i made my trek to Antioch to the address listed. surprise! they moved. they are now at 2400 Sycamore Drive- Suite #19. they also changed hours from what is listed on yelp. Saturdays are by appointment only. surprise again! my card expired on Saturday, so i had hoped to renew. i guess i'll just have to go in again on Monday. i just wish this information had been updated on this site, so i didnt waste a trip to Antioch. but other than these small missteps, i really like the convenience of the clinic. and the employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. i probably could have avoided my slight problem by calling first. lesson learned.

Why else would I choose to pay to see a doctor when marijuana is legal and I could just walk into a dispensary. I wanted to be educated about my options and how different treatments would affect my conditions and help me heal. Marijuana is legal now, it's not like I NEEDED to come here. I chose to bcus I wanted the care of a doctor to provide medical assistance to me for my specific conditions and symptoms. The doctor just RUSHED me off the phone. She didn't explain anything. She didn't ask about a SINGLE symptom. She mentioned NOTHING of the medical effects of the medicine she recommended on my body or brain, no education about the different treatment options, no timelines of how often/dosage I would see results with, no sort of medical care whatsoever just a "try this ratio" and rushed me off the phone. I am EXTREMELY disappointed at the care, it wasn't even care. It was literally a few minutes on the phone the first time meeting me, nothing more! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here and I want my money back.

However, they called me and my appointment got pushed behind so they took off $5 for the inconvenience. The receptionist was nice, and you had to fill out a bunch of paperwork asking about your medical issues. It wasn't that long of a wait at all, and you get evaluated by the doctor. If you want, you can bring any prescription meds you have to the doctor so he can make sure it won't affect anything else! And don't worry people, they're actual doctors! MD's! Haha. If you want an actual card instead of the paper they give you, it's an extra $20. Overall: Quick and easy! Good experience here.
