So far so good! The bud tenders are warm, knowledgeable, and efficient. The receptionist are always friendly. I like they they have a tip jar on the counter. The taxesareincluded! The parking lot is small but there is extra room on the other side near the wendy's. And not to be petty, but.... I read the review in regard to the security guard not being warm and talkative...is that really their job though? They've may not always be hella warm, but they are professional. Been coming here for a few months now and have always been treated well. Went yesterday and my total was $92.01. I handed over $92.00 and that's when the associate wanted the penny or "I'll get written up". Luckily the security guard had one to spare. I won't be supporting a company that would write up an employee for something that should be a non-issue. Embarc, you got your penny, but lost a customer. To be clear, this is not about a penny ffs. We parked on the side street and jumped through puddles to realize there is a small parking lot right by the front door. Welcoming receptionist and even nicer lobby. It's a small store with open shelves so it's easy to see all the products without getting overwhelmed. You can get a magnified view and sniff the flower. The employees here are so rude, I had recently been coming here often and placing pick up orders. I decided to place my order and walk-in. I was not acknowledged by the employees after standing in the store for a few minutes even though there were 2 cashiers there, An employee comes out of one of the rooms and asks the cashier if she has assisted me yet, so she then greets me and I tell her that I came for a pick up order, she tells me that they are now being picked up in the entry Lobby, so I go out and a white guy with glasses attends me and I tell him that I'm here for my order from weed maps, when I placed the order it included a discount so the total was around $30, he tells me that my order wasn't ready and that they were out of two of the items I ordered so I end up only getting one of the items which ends up coming out to $25???? For one item when my total was $30 for 3 with the discount so I end up paying for it and leave. When I get to my car I realized that he gave me the wrong flavor of what I ordered and he never gave me my change!!! So I go back inside and tell him that I wanted to return the item and that I never received my change. So he rolls his eyes at me and tells me "so you don't want anything then?" In a rude tone and then he dramatically scoffs at me and sighs and tells me to go inside that the manger will help me. I was so frustrated because the purpose of me placing an online order is to come pick up the order and leave not have to deal with waiting to get acknowledged and having to be treated in a disrespectful manner. If you don't like your job find someone else instead of being an ungrateful jerk. I was becoming a regular as I had hopes of this establishment but will be taking my money elsewhere. read more

Their prices were too high for me so I never bought anything from there. I happed to have a 25% off coupon so I went and tried it out. The place was actually decent. I think they lowered there prices for a little while. After some time I noticed that when I paid I was spending up to 25 percent for tax. A $25 dollar eighth ran me 33.45 after tax. The Velvet dispensary a few miles away charges $2 less on tax, it's a little further of a drive but it's worth saving$ However, Embarc has some good deals on certain days and their store layout is nice. read more

Horrible customer service. Be care to check pricing before checkout. Items are priced incorrectly and signed incorrectly then when you notify management they will not honor it. It immediately set the tone of an amazing 1st impression and what to expect as I go through the selections at the store. Jenny was beyond helpful as I bombarded her with questions. She kept her positive energy and was quick to respond, confidently answered questions and provided respectful suggestions. From start to finish, it was by far the best experience I've ever had a dispensary! The security guards at dispensaries are usually intimidating and rude, at least in my experience. The man at Embarc was so kind and welcoming! Then when you walk inside, you're greeted by someone to get your information in the system. I wish I would've gotten her name, but the girl at the front treated us like she was so happy to see us there, she was excited at our excitement! At this point I knew there was no way I was having a bad experience. I was not wrong! I walked inside (the place looks amazing by the way, warm environment you definitely want to be in!) and we were greeted by Rowan, and if you can ever get helped by her I suggest you do. Once again, I came in there because of all the stuff on sale. I got some text's about it. I came in for extracts and they didn't have what I came for, so he recommended something comparable (it was $15.00 more but I said I'll take it and I picked out some sale stuff for gifts. When I went to pay it was right about what I thought it would be 98.08. I drive home and I did NOT get the shatter .and I got NO discounts. I have been going here weekly for 2months now and I have the passport club on my phone. I never get discounts why should I have the passport??? I wonder if there is a manager running the place because it seems like they just want you to spend a lot of money and you get NO deals. If you advertise specials and people come in to get them they should get them. read more
