I live out of the area but was visiting a friend and decided to try Doap. I was told that the delivery guy would have a variety of cartridges to choose from. When the driver showed, he had only ONE. Was a combo w/CBD (not what I wanted) but was convinced by driver that it is 'real potent'. IT DID NOTHING FOR ME! When I contacted them back the next day, no response! read more

Warning to anybody thinking about using this service! This company sells your information your private information my private information my address and name was on the Internet associated with this company and it made me look horrible I'm still dealing with the aftermath of them sharing my information with other people. Called and the male on the phone told me it was a moving company and then rudely asked me "what are you looking for?!?!!" So I said "weed, I'm looking for some weed.."I was calling to see if they were delivery only and if they were medical as well as recreational. I can read that it says prop 64.... However I've encountered places that say that and I get there to find out it's not. It's a simple question and he could not answer so apparently they are only a moving company... Hahaha don't know why those answers would be so difficult to answer. I'm not a cop BRO, it's just a weed sack not some meth or heroin. read more

Great service. Got two pre rolls for 30$ now may seem high in price but the bud was totally worth it. That also includes delivery so I was very happy with the price . Delivery time was exactly what I was told. Would definitely recommend and use again . For my first time using delivery from yelp not my local guy . I would say I'm impressed. read more

I called and spoke with Laura who was was extremely friendly. I had lots of questions and she explained everything in detail and is very knowledgeable as I had already done my homework on competing delivery businesses. Doap offered the best service and the best prices. My order arrived within an hour. The driver took the time to go over my order with me in detail as it was rather large. I've ordered twice from them now, and unfortunately will not be ordering from them again. Firstly, they did not once ask me for my ID at all (not that I'm complaining, but they could be selling to minors which is illegal). Secondly, their Green Privilege gummies state either 420 mg or 1200 mg (20-30 mg THC per piece), I've tried both and the gummies literally has little to zero effect. Any other edibles I eat get me high, so I figured it was the brand. So I dug the bag out of the trash and noticed it was past two months expired. Lastly, the delivery driver was super high, didn't know what I ordered, and didn't have the product (mango strips) I originally ordered. Instead, they only had Green Privilege which didn't do anything (wish I would have noticed expiration earlier). They also charged me $60 for two joints, and I was supposed to get 4 of them-again, wrong product. I don't know if this is a new business or what, but they need to do some major organizing if the want to be successful. Instead, I highly recommend Mountain Remedy in Pleasant Hill. I've ordered 5 times from them and not one bad experience! I really hope DOAP can get it together, because they have potential. read more

Not going to use this service again. Delivery was way over eta. When woman (Laura?) arrived from Lakeport (picking up product), I had to go out to her car where several large bags of weed sat on her backseat. She bagged and weighed it in front of my house while I watched uncomfortably. The whole transaction seemed a little shady and very unprofessional. read more

So this was my first time ordering delivery. I normally go to Berkely. But this was a very good experience for me, they gave me an ETA of 45 min to an hour. The delivery time was a little over an hour but they sent me a text letting me know about the delay. Great customer service....will be ordering again. read more

It honestly felt like they just wanted everyone out as quickly as possible rather than handling things professionally. I highly recommend having a manager on duty during night shifts because this was handled very poorly. To the owner or management team, please review the camera footage and pay attention to how your security staff interacts with customers. No one should feel threatened, intimidated, or judged when entering a business. If this is the way customers are being treated, something seriously needs to change.

Just flew into California and get over to my hotel here in Walnut Creek. I get settled in to my new place and am now ready to adventure out and about and see a little bit of Walnut Creek. The town is dope but there isnt one single dispensary within an hour of the place! I wasnt about to drive up to Oakland and was getting really frustrated as the flight was long and i needed a head check! The guy in the lobby turned me on to a delivery service that operated in the area. Enter DOAP! Those guys told me it would take an hour to get me a jar of buds, a vape and a pen. The price was cool. They gave me a 10% discount just for asking! And they had it over to me in only 30 min. Laura was awesome so If you get her as a driver you are even more lucky! She spent 10 min with me giving me a chance to look over all the strains and she even allowed me to swap out my initial bud order for a strain that looked a little better to me. I didn't expect much considering how lower their prices are in comparison to everywhere else I've ordered from; store-front or delivery.. but when I took that first bong rip my chest felt like I just took a giant dab of wax. I was desperate. Had about $60 in my pocket and no card, out at night with my friends with no weed! Admittedly, I only called Doap after trying 3 other delivery dispensaries because they popped up first but after speaking with the Doap operator I knew which place I had to order from!
