It had been awhile since I ordered the Lomo Saltado here so I recently ordered it again. The menu offers three (3) Lomo Saltado variations: 1.) beef w/ rice, 2.) beef w/ rice + a Fried Egg on top, and 3.) beef w/ pasta. I actually ordered mine ToGo trying to get to a Juneteenth Day show. The flavor was very good with delicious cooked onions and cooked red pepper with lots of juice. It actually brought both rice and French Fries so it is high in carbohydrates. I don't think I will order it again because most of the beef was too tough to eat.

I've eaten at a few Embarcadero 41 locations and always have such a positive experience. The Coral Springs location offers plenty of parking and seating inside. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and modern. We celebrated our friend's birthday dinner and everyone loved their food. I shared the Huancaina fettuccine and the Teriyaki Entraña Sushi roll. Both were phenomenal and I would go as far as to say this is one of my favorite sushi rolls of all time. I also think theirs is the best huancaina sauce I've had due to a cheesy profile that it has (and I am a cheese lover). We also had a Maracuyá Pisco Sour, which was beautifully presented and the perfect balance of flavors. You could definitely taste the Pisco, but it was not too strong. Our service was also phenomenal. Our server checked on us often and was very friendly. While the prices are a little high, the quality and flavors make it worthwhile. I definitely will be back and highly recommend for Peruvian / Nikkei food lovers like myself.

We had enjoyed a meal at a sister location in Pembroke Pines, so when our friends said they wanted to try this one in Coral Springs we were happy. Plenty of accessible parking near the front. We were greeted and seated immediately and given menus to look over. We had to ask for a Happy Hour menu to review. Our friends arrived and as we all looked over the menus we placed our drink orders. I ordered a Chilcano classico,( my favorite Chilcano Maracuya wasn't part of the HH), which was light and refreshing. My wife and I shared the Corvina escoviche which had nice cubes of lime marinated Corvina, plump corn kernels and sliced onion. My Entree was the Salmon and Avocado roll with the yellow pepper yum yum sauce on top. Quite delicious and filling. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the service we received. Deserves a return visit when we get to this area again.

We had a wonderful dinner here with friends. We'd been to their Pembroke Pines restaurant for an elite event and liked their food. So when I was setting up a get together in northern Broward, i suggested we try this Coral Springs location. We came early to take advantage of their happy hour menu. Prices are greatly reduced. Some portions are smaller in size than their regular menu, but this offers a perfect introduction to those unfamiliar with Peruvian cuisine. For HH drinks, I tried their red sangria. It was refreshing. My husband had their classic Chilcano drink. This light drink is made with pisco, ginger ale, and lime. We began by sharing their corvina ceviche. The corvina is expertly marinated in a citrus bath. The fish is melt in your mouth delicious. Large soft corn kernels, thin slivers of red onions, and a chunk of sweet potato round out the dish. Even those who don't like or don't eat "raw" fish, will be won over by this dish. After the ceviche we chose two maki (sushi) rolls. I had their avocado roll with shrimp tempura. He had the roll with salmon and a passion fruit sauce. Both were larger than expected and excellent. We felt like we'd eaten healthy. We were more than satisfied but not stuffed. We would definitely return.

The best Peruvian food I ever had in my life. I am so serious. From the ceviche to the main meal. I highly recommend this place. Service was great as well. Food was served timely and presentation was great too. So, if you looking for good food, this is the place

Stopped by Embarcadero 41 on a Thursday night for dinner with the family. Service was fantastic, from getting quickly seated to our waiter's friendly, attentive service, everything was great. I got the classic lomo saltado, which didn't take very long to come out. It was delicious: the beef was flavorful and tender and the sautéed onions were tasty. Overall, a great visit for dinner!

Great food. Strong espresso. Very nice staff. Went for lunchtime special. The lunch menu is pretty steep on the prices so I asked for the regular menu. Those prices are a little steeper lol. Be ready to spend some money here ax the prices are not cheap. The ambiance is nice, not too loud nor quiet. There seems to be a steady lunch crowd and some regulars. I'd go back for a nice date night

    This is the $30 Jalea.

I placed an order by phone and they told me it was going to be ready in 20. I got a text that my food was ready in ten minutes. So far so good. I get there and the hostess was clueless, she approached the bartender for my order and he tell her that "he was busy". I stood there waiting for a good 5 minutes. When bartender decided it was time for me to get my order he told me that there was no other under my name. Are you sure you are at the right place? No dumb ass, I got lost on my way and ended here. Stupid! So I showed him the text. The idiot who took my order screw my name up. Obviously they don't speak the language very well. I had asked for a lot of onions and all I got was a little container that had barely any onions in it. When I asked for more onions he said NO, it only comes with the tiny bit they had given me and if I wanted more I needed to pay for it. I just stared at him and roll my eyes and paid for the horrible "Jalea" I had order. I didn't want anything for free but at the same time the person that took my order should have told me that the onions where extra. This right here is what I paid $30 dollars for. So, needless to say I was not happy. Rude service, no Inglés por favor, and horrible food. It was my first and last time going to this place. Oh, and to put the cherry on top I will call my bank and dispute the charge. Thank you for nothing .

This Peruvian Asian food restaurant is as delicious and definitely a must try for happy hour . Came here with a friend on a Friday night and there was plenty of seating . It's great to come with friends or for date night; it's a very intimate location. I tried the empanadas and they were delicious and the sushi rolls . They have good options for drinks that are part of the happy hour , but just need to try the sangria . Service was exceptional and made sure we had everything that was needed .

My wife was in the mood for octopus, and we decided to check out Embarcadero 41. We arrived and were promptly shown to a table. The service was friendly and efficient. We started with a tuna appetizer that excellent. She ordered the Octopus and I ordered one of the specialties, salmon dished that sounded excellent. Everything came and looked just at good as the photos in the menu. Excellent flavors as well. We had originally ordered some pisco sours, and while the presentation was great the flavor was not. We returned them and got wine instead. One point of disagreement during our visit if the fact that they sanitize the tables with a formula that has a strong rubbing alcohol smell. I appreciate it and like the fact that i know the tables are clean. My wife felt that the smell was a bit strong and distracted from the good smell coming from the dishes. You be the judge on how you feel about it. Great food and service; reasonable prices and a casual, relaxed atmosphere. I had a great experience and look forward to our next visit.

Absolutely amazing. The food had so much thought put into it, and the presentation was beautiful. The ceviche was DELISH. The dish was so fresh, and I could have drank the broth and the bottom. For our entree we shared the special Arroz Carretillero. We loved it! My husband says we have to come back so he can get that exact thing again. It was so good, but next time I plan on trying something new since I was so impressed! The service was fine, not super attentive but not necessarily negligent. The ambiance was cute! Such a great find. I recommend!

I was at the West Boca location and it was terrific. I treated my boyfriend to dinner and we both loved what we ordered. The ceviche mixto was excellent and I am a ceviche snob. My boyfriend ordered a meat dish and it too was delicious. It's nice that they are part of Jet Blue Dining and the only complaint I have, is that I was supposed to get 3x miles for every dollar spent and I received 2x. I'm in touch with Jet Blue Dinibg regarding this matter though. Highly recommend for food, service and atmosphere in Boca. Great location too!

This site is the 5th variation of their restaurant concepts . We came on Tuesday night and it was quiet but this did not last long. I believe the last restaurant occupying this spot was a diner but you would have never known! They completely re-did the inside with flower walls, cutesy phrases and a modern Asian aesthetic. The ambiance can be family friendly or even romantic . I'll take both ;) Appetizers: Chicken Satay... the chicken was fresh but lacked flavor without the peanut dipping sauce. Luckily the peanut dipping sauce was so delicious I could drink it. Crab ragoon: smooth cream cheese, tender crab meat in a crispy wonton shell. They were delicious and very fresh . Main dishes: I had the Pho Combo . It was a noodle soup with rare steak, well done flank and a meatball. The broth was delicious and the portion was massive . My companion had the vermicelli grilled beef noodle salad. This comes with thin rice noodles , fresh lettuce, carrots and other various veggies. I never have tried a dish like this before and it was light, refreshing and surprisingly filling. Dessert: They were out of many of the others So we ordered a key lime pie. I doubt they make this in house but it was delicious tap kudos to whoever their supplier is. Service was excellent. Upon entering the seating area is on the left and the line to the ordering off the menu is to the right. Great nautical theme with matching decor and wall art to go with the seafood menu. Their fries (which are actually potato wedges) were good, but we didn't like the hush puppies. The fish was fresh, and even I didn't mind the mild cod (fish and chips). The burger was no frills: fresh beef topped with healthy romaine, tomato, red onion and "joint" sauce. Fountain drinks are self serve, and refills are free. NEW FAMILY FAVORITE ALERT…read more My family and I love Mediterranean cuisine and this restaurant is officially a go-to. We started with several appetizers including spinach pies, falafel, and the Hommous sampler. The falafel was crisp and packed with flavor! I can't recommend the toum (garlic dip) enough. I would put this spread on anything! Another standout that we were all pleasantly surprised was their fries! These are the crispiest, most delicious side dish. Don't skip them. For dinner we had their moussaka and shish combo. The lamb, chicken, and kabobs were perfectly cooked- so flavorful and juicy! For dessert we had their bread pudding and Dubai chocolate brownie that came recommended from our waitress. Definitely enough to share and very decadent. Lastly, I want to compliment the service. Our drinks were always full, food came out altogether, and they took the time to explain various dishes and how they differ from the typical Mediterranean dishes. Our waitress was an absolute delight!

They are located right next to Publix, plenty of parking and the restaurant has a very cozy and beautiful indoor interior. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, our waiter explained the menu and gave us recommendations. We ordered few small items and everything was fresh and flavourful... but I had a very big surprise about my favourite Tabbouleh salad. I always order this salad in many different states and countries and I love it. This was the only time I couldn't eat it. It was just way too much green onion in it (really competing with parsley). Like tons and large crunchy pieces of green onion. I took the salad home hoping my husband would eat it but he said "This is green onion Tabbouleh, not parsley". So yeah, that's my only disappointment here. Maybe it was the only time they made it like that by accident.. or maybe that's their ratio recipe, I wasn't sure. The Lentil soup was delicious! Also my friend's dish - the lamb and roasted veggies were pretty good. I would love to come back and try another dishes, their famous tea and/or coffee.

They bring out fresh hot rolls with a small plate of cheese pesto and balsamic drizzle. Outstanding!!!!! We came to find out the owner who is the chef, his wife is a pastry chef and makes the bread and desserts. To start we had the Spanish chargrilled octopus. I know I have said this before about other restaurants, but I can truly say hands-down. This was the freshest, most tender, and one of the most flavorful grilled octopus that we have had. It came with a mixture of capers, potatoes, and vegetables in an amazing sauce. Truly fantastic. For dinner, my wife had the blackened yellowtail snapper in curry sauce, and I had the shellfish pan roast. Both were one of a kind dishes. We have never had such great flavor and seafood. Not to mention the amount of food that they put out and the presentation is worthy of awards. My wife's blacked snapper was cooked perfectly had a light blackened coating, and the curry sauce was tremendous. My shellfish were super fresh. Again cooked to perfection, tender, and flavorful. The sauce they were in was amazing. For dessert, we tried their homemade Keylime pie, and this too was top-notch and made fresh. We are planning our next trip to this restaurant and if you actually want a true fine, dining seafood experience you have to try this spot. I'm going to say it is priced accordingly for the true quality of food, the amount you are served and the presentation. If you are looking for a fried shrimp basket or fish and chips, this is not the type of restaurant for you. This is upscale seafood, and a true upscale seafood experience. You might want to consider making reservations as they do get busy and as I mentioned earlier, it is a small restaurant.
