I tried to cancel my order through Target since it was the same day, but because it was a Target Plus item meaning through a 3rd party vendor I can't cancel the order because it's already been processed. Great customer service Zola/Target...wrong!!! Instead, I had to make calls to Zola who then referred me to Target, who then referred me to Target Plus just to tell me what I already knew. Which is ridiculous since I ordered the gift item on Sat afternoon and tried to cancel it that night! The ordered had been processed, but definitely NOT shipped because the estimated arrival date was over a week away!!! I should have easily been able to cancel that order because Zola/Target registry doesn't communicate with its retailers and is beyond worthless in helping resolve the issues they create! So, now I have wait until Mon when I hopefully get the tracking info and I have to call whoever the shippping company and refuse the shipment per the Target Plus customer service agent's instructions and then I should get a credit back.
