At this point, I'm genuinely over it. I'm tired of this shop repeatedly not honoring its own posted business hours. This is NOT the first time I've made the trip out here only to find the shop closed early with absolutely no notice. This time, the posted Friday hours were 11 AM-7 PM. I drove over TWO HOURS to come to this shop and arrived at 5:15 PM, only to find the doors closed. No explanation. No sign on the storefront. And nothing posted on Instagram letting customers know they were closing early. Seriously, what is the point of posting business hours if customers can't actually rely on them? I understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to close early, that's your prerogative. But UPDATE YOUR CUSTOMERS. A 30-second Instagram story or a sign on the door would have been enough. Instead, customers are left driving hours out of their way just to show up to a closed business. And this gets even more frustrating: I previously left a Google review about this exact same issue, and that review is now gone. Whether it was removed by the owner or otherwise, the fact that my review addressing a legitimate customer experience disappeared is extremely concerning and gives the impression that negative feedback is being swept under the rug instead of actually addressed. I have tried to support this business, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should be expected to tolerate. Your customers' time matters too. If someone is willing to drive TWO HOURS to support your business, the least you can do is have accurate hours or communicate when you're changing them. At this point, the repeated lack of communication makes it feel like the shop simply doesn't care whether customers show up or not. Do better. Update your hours. Communicate with your customers. And stop making people waste their time and gas just to find out you're closed. read more

Just bought a shirt from this store two weeks ago. Unfortunately, it was not made right. I couldn't put my lower arm through the sleeve. I demonstrated this to the salesperson. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER PROBLEM! She said, "We encourage all our customers to try on the clothes, because it's final sale, we can't return nor credit you." No one advised me to try on this shirt when I bought it. Again, I showed her the sleeves were not made correctly. She didn't care. I've bought a few things from this store in the past. I like to support local, but when the local people don't care, don't support them. I won't ever be back. read more

I came in a few times this week and really enjoyed the shop. They have testers and handmade items. I also decided to get a tarot reading with Arianna and really enjoyed it. She was very detailed and explained things in a way I could understand as someone who doesn't know much about tarot readings. I didn't experience any bad customer service or any weird feelings like the other ladies in the yelp reviews did. Wish I could shop more often but I don't live close enough to come. read more

Lady at the front desk made me hella uncomfortable? I asked a single question "are these candles pet friendly?" and instead answering yes or no like a normal person she starts shoving unwarranted "advice" about pets and candles down my throat .. she'd talk over me so I know her intentions were to info dump not to be helpful. I thought it was inappropriate for her to assume anything about me as a person. I have a small business and can't imagine being this weird to people who approach you/ask you about your products. I hope her day gets better and doesn't treat anyone else like that. read more

Reside in uptown Whittier area and wife likes to exercise. Initially stumbled on this place and during a morning walk with my queen. The window decor and staging of clothing was the magic. With the large department store presence options in the Whittier / Montebello area it's nice to find a local place that is creative and trendy. Add to the mix that their taste in clothing attracts all generations and can be worn at almost any event is a rarity. They are a modern boutique and carry well thought out outfits with all the accessories makes this place a Diamond among gems. Which is funny to me because they also have candles, stones, bracelets and necklaces to complete any vibe your searching for. Adding in new products, fragrances seems to be the norm. The staff is knowledgeable very professional and the pricing is a plus in any economy!! Men don't be shy!! If your looking for something for the amazing women in your life don't be afraid to stop in. This store is a complete gem! I was able to find a unique dress and a cute casual top in no time. The young lady who helped me was an absolute joy, radiating with charm and positivity. I normally like to shop online to avoid crowds and the hectic energy of shopping. But luckily with the help of the young lady, I felt very comfortable asking her opinion on outfits. She made my short time in the store much more pleasant than I had anticipated. Went in to peruse and shop prices. Everything is overpriced, I couldn't find anything under $15, not even a hair accessory! The owner claimed to sell Lunam love candles, then decided to take it upon herself to create a brand that resembles lunam love, that's stealing a brand. Pretty shady if you ask me, something tells me it wasn't done to make it more economical. Forgot to mention that this is a huge controversy on social media, and the owner block and deletes comments about people who are upset about this. The plot thickens!!! read more

The owner is never friendly with me. I walked in with my friend and she did acknowledge us and say hello. However, she walked away and told other customers about the promotions going on but not me. Mmm weird. All the clothes are not cute. I don't understand how someone with no fashion sense can own a clothing boutique. It's kind of baffling. Accessories are super super cheap! I will be filing a complaint with the bbb, due to bait advertising, I had supported this business generously through out the start of the pandemic. They advertised all jewelry was 40 percent off on Instagram, I asked my husband to pick up two pairs of their studs which usually are 1 for 5 or 2 for 8. When my husband got to the store, the owner told my husband that it did not apply to that jewelry. She messaged me on Instagram and told me that her post didn't apply to that jewelry , I clarified how her advertising did not specify regular priced jewelry, or that exceptions applied. She acknowledged in the conversation that was right, but would not honor what she advertised. I saved the conversation and will be sending it along with the bbb. It's not about the money but the honestly and respect when especially when someone has been a loyal customer. Also be cautious be on the receipt it states all sales final. read more

Love this little hidden gem shop! If you're into crystals, intention candles and oils, plus so much more this is definitely the shop for you. I love how a lot of the items are handmade by the store themselves or from other small business vendors/owners. You can tell the owner(s) are passionate about their business and put a lot of love and care into it and the items they sell. Everyone is always so friendly and kind when I come in and they truly have a great variety and selection of items. I always find great gifts here for family and friends for birthdays/holidays and they are always a hit. Plus, everything is reasonably priced unlike other shops in the area. Everything I've purchased here has been genuine and of high quality. Overall, this is a great niche store with handcrafted high quality items, and I'll continue to shop here! read more

Can't understand why some people have a problem with this place? It's a cute boutique. They have great sales. The owner/manager is friendly. She's always talking to customers and is so sweet. I have never felt pressured or uncomfortable with her, and I've been here at least 4 or 5 times. Selection isn't huge, but each item is unique and obviously hand-picked (and sometimes hand-made-jewelry,candles,etc). I love that she sometimes has Rachel Roy clothes, hope she gets more in. One star and that's only because the boutique does have a tiny itty bitty cute accessories selection but that's it. I did purchase a really neat head band piece! Only because it was for a gift so it was a must... Despite the fact that I was a little humiliated by the so "called" manager Jessica , it felt like she never even blinked once, she literally watched every moved i made. She definitely watched me from the moment i entered the boutique until i walked out saying have a great day (in such a hypocrite way) not to mention she said it in a high pitch voice making sure the next city over heard it as well. Ofcourse that was after accusing her of making me feel like i was going to steal everything i looked at. Funny thing is that she honestly answered with "I do that with everyone who walks in here" . Absolutely loved this place because of the awesome handmade stone/crystal pieces however was thrown off by the owners vibe from the beginning. I didn't mind that one bit and continued to come to this place often. Unfortunately 7 times out of the 10 that I went it was closed. Mind you this always happened during the supposed business hours that are posted on yelp, Instagram etc...truth is they close shop whenever they please from what Ive seen.I personally know a few other customers who have experienced the same. Wouldn't mind if I didn't live so far, but my trips where always planned ahead and ended in disappointment .Happened again today but this was my last time coming here, found a much better place with awesome vibes and great service just blocks away and am extremely grateful for that. And what I like is the store Instagram is updated with photos as soon as something new comes in! Unfortunately thats where I get up and go because all I do is think about that beautiful dress that was posted and some chick my same size going in and buying it first! Noooooo!!!! This has happened to me multiple times. There's jewelry, shoes, candles, hats, makeup, Sunnis even some men's clothes. Now, about Jessica! Jessica is the sweetest person. I believe she's the owner. I like that she can get your style right away and knows what to suggest. She also gives honest opinions. Which I appreciate a lot. I read the other review and I disagree.
