The different is that they require full vaccination and masks still. No issues there though wearing a mask while your face is in a donut on a massage table is a new experience. Mostly fine but you can get a little warm. As for the mostly the same, it's still high quality professional massage and related services. This isn't some fancy spa with waterfalls and fancy waters. But thankfully, you're also not paying for that nonsense too. What you get is just a good massage in a comfortable and safe environment. In these times, there's a lot to be said about that. Well done and well worth the effort. It's just just at the border from Harwinton/Burlington and a terrific find just outside the Farmington Valley.

Being new to cupping, I had no idea what to expect and, wow, it was better than I anticipated. Amanda took her time to talk with me when I arrived to get to know me and explain the cupping process. She spent the beginning of the appointment doing a deep tissue massage, focusing on my areas of tension. This included some stretching, which felt amazing. She was very knowledgeable, commenting on reasons for tension/knots in certain areas and even knowing from massaging my neck that I clench my teeth! At the end of the massage came the cupping. Amanda used stationary cups (the traditional ones that stay in place with suction) as well as cups that she moved around, describing it as almost a "reverse massage." This was a "hurts but feels good" situation for me. I really enjoyed it, and felt like the tension in my neck and shoulders was finally relieved. Amanda suggested an epsom salt bath and rest as cupping is intended to detox the body. I took her suggestions and felt so relaxed. The cupping did leave marks but they went away in about a week. I would absolutely go back for a massage and cupping!
