There was some items i didn't remember until the day before the event and when I called, she was able to add them to my order, no problem. Bobby delivered my order on time, unpacked everything and set up the sandwiches on the tables. The salads, sandwiches, pizzas and deserts were fresh just like everything we've had at this location and the price was reasonable. A few of our guest had not previously had Jason's Deli before, but after trying the salad and sandwiches I can say you've gained some new customers. Simpson's BBQ was one of those vendors, and the best in my opinion! They were offering free brisket tacos, so I got in line immediately. There was a longish line, but it moved quickly due to the server's speed. When I got to the truck window, he handed out the brisket taco wrapped in foil and offered a drink. I chose a Diet Coke. It was chilled...a refreshing drink after standing outside in the sun. The brisket was moist and had no BBQ sauce..:the way I like it! I'm a purist when it comes to brisket. The parking lot had no ambiance to speak of; it was hot out there but worth the short wait.

You can estimate about 1.5-2 minute wait per person (took us about 30 minutes with 20ish people). The prices are very reasonable, but you get what you pay for. The nachos had barely any meat and the meat was dry. It was a respectable amount of nachos that were a good snack or light meal, though, and they were better priced than other food trucks. I'd go for two hot dogs over nachos next time if I wanted to have a meal. An extra star for the nice lady collecting ticket numbers that was patient in explaining customization options while waiting, including lemonade flavors.
