I have called them after hours and they are seemingly working around the clock. The company I work for actually moved into an office near this company and we had to have a door sign done. I sent our logo to our person and they sent it back saying it had to be vector art. As I am not a person who knows what that is...I called Designworks and explained my dilemma and they tried their best to explain what vector art is and the difference between the two. They told me to send over the logo and they actually sent back our logo in vector art form at no cost!! The guy I spoke with on the phone was so nice and accomodating. I think his name was Chad. But i have spoken with everyone there since then and they are ALL very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend calling this place for your design needs :)

Finally I pay- the package is sealed- the printer for receipts breaks- after scrambling around I just ask the associate if I can go and I'll mail my second package another time. I have no idea why this place acts suprised when people come in and need shipping- that's the whole point and it's truly an infuriating experience

He lied about the email I sent so he didn't have to look for it. Extremely rude, lazy, argumentative, disrespectful and dysfunctional. He seemed high too. Not sure how he got a job there??and how a manager can hire people like that? Do they do background checks before hire? I'm disappointed to say the Manager of the store, as much as she was always helpful in the past & we liked her is not effective and strong enough to handle complaints. She tried to turn things around and used manipulation tactics for the situation when I made my complaint & requested a refund on an overpriced incorrect print from Mark. This clearly shows she did not want to take any serious action-responsibility or address any issues to make him accountable for his unethical & poor job performance. Sadly, we will be pulling our years of business out of this location.

I told the employee how I was still recovering from neck surgery and needed help lifting the return out of my car and he gladly went out and got it for me. He was so nice.
