I had a great first time experience here right before Christmas in 2024! I needed to do a return of a heavy item I had in my car, but needed a bit of help. I walked in and was greeted, which can be rare these days! I told the employee how I was still recovering from neck surgery and needed help lifting the return out of my car and he gladly went out and got it for me. He was so nice. I'm not sure why I haven't been here. Maybe because I love a couple of miles over in Westlake Village. I'll definitely be making this my go to spot in the future! read more

Yes, the previous poor reviews are still correct. They were closed at 6pm vs 6:30pm like it states on their website, Google, and Apple Maps. This was an issue that was addressed almost FIVE MONTHS ago and they responded to another review saying that it'd be something they'd "look into," but obviously don't care about fixing. Don't bother with them, this is an awful location anyway. read more

This store is a fantastic store and always provides excellent customer service. They are quick and efficient and always do their best to move the line quickly. Recently, I did notice several signs up regarding QR codes and returns and can't help but wonder whether their customer service approach will start to change with the high volume of returns they have been processing. Walked in for a quick UPS return. No one in store, yay! Walked up to counter and said Hi. The response with no eye contact was that they would let me know when they were ready. I guess the conversation with their coworker about last night's game was more important. After being told to go stand by the sign that says "Line starts here." Ugh. Good place WHEN/IF they are open. Two stars because they open and close at random hours. The posted business hours on TheUPSstore.com, UPS.com, Amazon, Google, and everywhere else I've searched is Mon-Fri 8:30am - 6:30pm. Sat 9am - 5pm. But... don't arrive before 10am or after 5pm (4pm on Saturday) because chances are the store will be closed. This is nothing new for this store, I noticed the strange hours about a year ago and brought it to their attention many times. The absolute best UPS store you will ever visit! Anytime I go to another UPS, I'm disappointed because they charge for every possible thing you need...tape for a return, printing a UPS-specific label, etc. This is the ONLY UPS store I have visited where they have done those things for me for free. They do not have to offer those services for free, but it makes walking into this store so easy. If I accidentally didn't read the return directions on my Amazon order or left my tape at home, I'm always grateful that they just take care of it for me. Whenever possible, I try to always go to this UPS over any other one. Everyone is always so kind. I've never had a bad experience with an employee there. They are so busy, yet they still provide the best possible service they can. I've been coming here for years. Easiest place to drop off your Amazon returns. The staff is friendly. They move quickly and efficiently. The only time I've had trouble with my returns is in early January when they got so full from returns that they literally had no room left in the store for packages. That was annoying but understandable. This town loves their Amazon! This is also an excellent spot to get something notarized. Easy peasy. But I suggest you call first because the hours for notary aren't the same as the store hours. Crazy story though. One time I was in this shop and a woman had a dog in the store with her. And the dog pooped on the carpet and then the lady walked out - WITHOUT cleaning it up. I mean, can you imagine?? The staff tidied it up super quick and handled it all super professionally. This is my new go to store, even though they are always crowded. You know why they are always crowded? Because the incompetant store in Oak park. The OP store is so god awful that I would rather drive 15 mins to go to a crowded store rather than stepping foot in the OP store that is 3 minutes from my house. Everytime I go to the Agoura Hills UPS Store, the young guys are incredibly nice and helpful. They are always cheerful and go out of their way to make sure my experience was solid. The same cannot be said for the incredibly awful customer service (or lack there of) by the rude and condescending a$$ holes at the Oak Park location. You guys are rock stars, keep up the good work. I am sure its only a matter of time before OP is longggggg gone. read more

The couple of times I've been here I've always been helped within 1-2 minutes of walking in. The guys are friendly. I've only ever done a drop off so it's definitely less involved than most any other service you might be coming in for. From my experience though, I feel like anything would be chill. read more

This UPS Store is by far the worst store in the entire area. The owner and his staff always have a rude and condescending tone it doesn't matter which day of the week you visit. You feel the negative energy from the moment you walk through the door. This is just who they are as people, scroll down their Yelp and read all the 1 stars they have for being rude. I'm not the only customer they behave this way with. They have lost the sense of being human, practicing kindness and have zero customer service. I'm NEVER coming back to this store again! Sometimes I just need to drop of a box ready to go with labels from amazon or eBay. Usually at most UPS location or post office you just hand the box to the person and leave. This guy in this location made me wait 5 minutes while he was selling and envelope and chit chatting with a customer, which is fine. But then when he was done with her and I handed him the box, he wanted me to wait 20 more minutes while he is serving another woman client that needed a notary public service. Seriously this is ridiculous to expect someone to wait 20 minutes just to hand you a box over the counter. Bad service bad common sense. Not going back to this store for sure. read more

Love this location! I have never had an issue with mailing things out. Everyone there has always been a great help. I had to ship something out to Canada a few months back and they were so great with guiding me with the correct way to ship out the item.
