I've used Postal Annex numerous times for notary and shipping services but most recently I had an experience that warrants sharing. I got scammed by an ebay shipper, the sold a fake item and then sent a modified return label that would not scan, the tracking number didn't match the bar code, so that even though I returned the item for refund, the item never got there. According to ebay, I never sent it, because the tracking number provided by the shipper did not actually match the label, which corresponded to a label from April 2025! I would have been screwed if not for the detective like abilities of the owner, who pulled CCTV footage of my dropping the package, and UPS picking it up, She also printed the label again and had UPS scan it in front of her so see what was going on, and because of that, she was able to identify the scam and give me the ammunition needed to win my ebay case.
