She's polite, and if you make any requests she tries to accommodate the request. However, more than twice now I have encountered the man (assuming husband). He's not friendly at all. I went in on a morning when no one else was there. I asked for pants to be hemmed and asked if I could have them by end of day. He took 30 seconds to think of an excuse that is believable and he told me no. His excuse was "the machine isn't available" on Mondays. In the past I have made the same exact request from the wife and she always accepts the business and applies an additional charge which has always been fine with me. But after today's unpleasant experience I've resolved never to go back here again. The man doesn't have a clue about what good customer service means.
