I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. After 10 mins I contact the number posted in case of any issues and Henry (who stated he was the owner) answered the phone. He was really condescending when I was explaining what the issue was and asked if I could send a video. I then asked if he had someone on duty and for the 3rd time he repeated it how it was a Sunday and that was a good enough reason why no one was on location. Although the laundromat is open for business on a Sunday evening which is when most people wash. He was really nasty about the whole situation as if I was being a bother or if it was to his surprise someone was having an issue with the washing machines when half the laundromat is filled with machines with " out of service" labels tapped to them. He then abruptly stated how he would be at the location in an hour and this was at 8:17pm and he has yet to show. There was however a "volunteer" sleeping in the back who couldn't offer much assistance in the matter. Henry has the poorest customer service as a business owner servicing the community and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this piece of laundromat. He was adamant about having two locations this one for whatever reason seems to be an abandoned establishment while open to the public but no attendant on duty. Do better or close it down Henry with the poor customer service skills and horrible attitude!

I brought a jacket and some dress shirts in to Regina lately, on the recommendation of Dean's in…read moredowntown Naperville: I needed some buttons replaced on the jacket, and they won't perform modifications/alterations on garments not purchased from them. Their recommendation was Regina. Regina's not convenient to me, but they did do a nice job, swapping out horrible brass buttons for black ones on both front and sleeve of a sport coat. I supplied the new buttons, and the charge was about $10 to both do the work and press the jacket. Not bad, I suppose. It's $1.25 for the shirts, and again, they did a fine job, even getting what I thought was maybe burned on iron residue off one of my older shirts. So will I be back? Well - short of more alterations, probably not. It took me nearly 40 minutes to get from the Rt. 59 train station to Regina on a very lightly snowing Wednesday night. (Off topic - how are people in Chicago of all places incapable of driving with not a 1/4 inch of accumulation, and only scattered flakes coming down?) So with a cleaners walking distance from my house - this will be a rare occurrence. But they still do a good job.
