The owners are friendly and they also get things done in a timely manner which I appreciate sometimes it takes about an hour and they'll have what you need taken care of .. The pricing is very reasonable, a lot cheaper than when you go through the schools and they get you out of the door pretty damn quick. Burnt sleeves on my jacket and on 2 shirts which each shirt cost over $65 in price, the worst part of it all is that the male nor the female didn't even think to notify me of the incident that occurred. I did not notice this until getting home and reviewing the clothing. They even charged me an additional $10 for what you'd ask? I'd like to know the answer to that question myself. They were able to give me it same day after a couple hours but I choose next day for pick up. They have a binder with different fonts to choose from. I drove here from Santa Ana, happy to help/support this small business and was a little annoyed with the husband if I'm being honest, but when I got my item back at the end it was all good. I bought a denim jean jacket from Gap Kids and wanted to get it embroidered for a friend who was having her first kid. I decided I would have the word baby and her last name embroidered on the back. At first glance, the husband had this negative look/tone like it wouldn't be possible because the jacket was thick, but after he mounted the embroidery tool it was a go. He asked me what font and what I wanted written on the back and I told him. He then asked what color and I asked what he thought would be a good color that would work with the denim and he had an attitude and said, "I don't know, I don't know what you like." I asked for his help thinking he knows what colors would work with the denim material, but he wasn't helpful. I then said red and he asked, "Is it a girl or a boy?" I said it was a boy and he said, "Red is for girls!" I went back to the drawing board and said, "Ok, how about yellow?" and he agreed, "Yeah, gold is good." I was a little hesitant but when I came back to pick it up 4 hours later I was so happy! It was the cutest little baby jacket and the gold embroidery took it to the next level and I didn't even want to give it to my friend, it was so cute!! I would recommend embroidery as a gift for anyone, but try to just work with the wife when you come here OR just know the husband is a little blunt/forward, but he does excellent work. read more

I have been going to this place for 15+ years. I even send all my family and friends there. When they were in the Norwalk Swap Meet and they always treated me good. But not this last time and I'm bummed with their customer service. I brought a shirt to have them put vinyl wording. Well, they messed up. I was upset, as it was a gift but left so they could fix it cause they said they could. I went to go pick it up and as much as I appreciate the effort, you can still see the old vinyl lettering. They did a fantastic job embroidering the sweater! Unfortunately they are not able to embroider the lower sleeve area since it's too small to stretch onto the machine.
