They sent people that spoke no english and had a maid stand here and try to argue with me in spanish that she was told it was only 1 bedroom! So as i tried to tell her thats obviously what was not arranged, i have 3 bedrooms. It is very bad for business when the person who created the job sends two people to clean a house and then they don't know what to do once they get here! that is not good business and if I can't even communicate to the maids who don't speak English what's the point if I have to explain everything to them and they don't understand me. I'm disappointed with the service. I was not at the property so I trust the pictures they sent, claiming the house is cleaned as requested. My agent show up the day after and said the windows still have paints. Floor has stains, and dusty everywhere still. I guess the pictures they sent did not include that as it is not a full picture. For 3.5 hours cleaning, 2 people team, for a newly and thoroughly remodeled place, with new appliances, 4 big windows, 2 small windows, 2 sliding doors, this is not a good work at all.
