If your staff can't hit a vein or at least take responsibility for their failure, you have no business offering medical services. The professionalism to start with! A lot of people think of IV therapy as the " hangover" place, and while that is true, and they can save a vacation by helping correct the "hangover" symptoms, but, also it is so much more than that! I was so sick, head congestion and sore throat, so much nausea from drainage-I couldn't eat or drink for almost two days,so getting dehydrated as well. The steroid in this treatment immediately helped my asthma, helped to breathe a little better, the Zofran for my nausea helped so I could take fluids and eat again! 2 liters of fluids brought me back within an hour! This is my first time getting hydro-therapy. I highly recommend it, but start slow. I had the royal flush and I think I'm feeling a little bit of everything... bring a light sweater to keep warm. Royal flush takes some time if the drip is slow. I dripped fast on first bag and finished it 15 minutes before my husband, I'm now waiting on him to finish bag 2. We're not drinkers and didn't party, we came in from Seattle and felt horrible from the flight, both of us had motion sickness and exhaustion from being up late and waking early to catch our flight. We were walking around the Cosmopolitan on our last day in Vegas so we decide to get the Hangover IV. I got the treatment done with my boyfriend and we were going to get the basic $99 package but the girl at the front desk said we were not gonna feel any difference in our body. We decide to upgrade to one of the other packages. We were put in a quiet room with massage chairs. We both felt extremely relaxed and ready to take naps. You have the option of sitting of massage chairs or sitting on a couch watching Netflix. We both felt amazing after the treatment. Daniele (I think) was the nurses name, she was extremely funny and made us feel super comfortable. She got us some water and a blanket while we go the IV (your had\arm gets a little cold while the IV is going in. Will definitely do this again when I come back to Vegas. read more

This business model is genius. It's marketed for hangovers but more importantly, it helps you stay a bit healthy in the cesspool that is Vegas. The only reason I got through a few days here was getting the megaboost when I started to get sick. The staff were really nice and proficient with the iv. I liked sitting alone in a massage chair. I highly recommend these vitamin infusions. The reason for my three star is that I thought it was very weird that there were no basic handouts for what each infusion was made of. The staff didn't know either. It was also not stated well on the website. The staff was programmed to say, hey, get the royal flush (which was the most expensive one). They really didn't know what was in it, just oh it has some glutathione. So what does glutathione do? Oh it may have toradol. What is toradol? Another nurse said there is a steroid. I know what all of these things are but they didn't. With only five or so infusions on the menu, they should know exactly what's in them and what to recommend in what situation. When asked why there weren't menus with ingredients, they said they didn't know. I just recommend transparency. Maybe some people don't care, but some will. It just seems shady and for a business model this great, this should be standard. read more
