Dr. Mar keeps my son calm and gives walk through options, even when he needs work, and tells him what he's doing to keep him calm, even giving him time if he needs. He even complimented the other dentists work, he is truly about getting to know the kids and making sure they are calm and enjoy the dentist. We are truly grateful for all the staff! We moved away and yet continue to drive to go to Pearls 4 Kids even have started a braces plan with them, the dentist orthodontist office combo makes it super easy and efficient. I have never been treated any other way but with kindness, care and honestly like family. I had braces way back in my teenage years and honestly they made a payment plan with my mom so I could have something that bothered me more than anything. To straighten my teeth. Many many many. Did I say many lol years later I needed more straightening. I wasn't loyal to my retainer and my daughter needed braces also. I could only think of Des Moines Orthodontist. I knew the treatment my daughter would get and the results. They are also a drive as we live in Gig Harbor.
