They have a great community of people and businesses, and they seem to be doing a lot of cool stuff. The space is conveniently located in downtown Redmond, so it's a great location for plenty of people. Their events have all been great! Great snacks and great speakers. I have never really been part of a co-working office, but I think it's a really cool idea. I love that you can get a regular office and access at all hours, or you can join as a limited member that doesn't have a set space or need to pay to be there full-time. The office address and reception services also seem useful for some businesses. Looking forward to visiting Thinkspace again!

Sorry about this…read more... Parking is nonexistent for this facility. My people had to park all over the neighborhood and one person was advised by the front desk to park in the 7-11 parking lot... Seriously? Add to that, no clear guidance upon arrival to meeting space. My attendees couldn't figure out where to enter the building, nor where to go once in the "back" front door. Then after finding their way to the reception area, were informed the meeting space was back down on the first floor. So all my attendees arrive to the meeting stressed and annoyed. Was the meeting room nice, yes. Were all the features in the room good, yes. But that won't make up for setting the attendees on edge in the arrival process.

I really liked shuffleboard- it's a great social game because it's at table height so easy to set drinks down or gather. They also were thoughtful and put drink holders next to every hole of every game! The whole thing is full of art, places to gather, and thoughtful touches. I feel like they took lessons learned from many other locations and made this one truly *chefs kiss.

What makes it so fun is you can bring three generations of the family and everyone enjoys it. We always play the mini-golf and like playing the Duffleboard too. They also have a little kids mini-golf course for the younger kids. Their thin crust pizza is consistently good. Given that it's a games place we were pleasantly surprised at how good their pizza is. Pro tip: if you love the mini-golf as much as we do their membership it a good deal. You pay once and can mini-golf / Duffleboard for free for life. They often have a Black Friday deal on the membership.

The location was perfect too with a patio but, unfortunately with the wet & windy weather we didn't go out. We hosted our dad's 85th birthday here December 20, 2025 in the Anderson Ballroom. Matt was so friendly, accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. He gave us menus, options that were clear and answered our questions fast. When we met in person, we knew this was the spot not just for the view and ballroom but, by Matt's personality and smile. Keisha also was great with our block of rooms for our family. It was the 1st time our family was complete in over 10 years so this was really memorable for us. The Christmas decorations, the tree, the centerpieces and the FOOD. Everyone is still raving about how excellent the venue and party was. We checked in for the weekend and were greeted with a smile and ALOHA from Shawn. He always asked if our family needed anything or what he can do to make our stay better. Truly appreciated that. The chai tea latte was a hit. Never had that option at a venue before but it was the perfect touch for the cold weather. The staff during the event were awesome. So friendly, so attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Appreciate you all. Friends were even asking for more information to host a future wedding and event there...I gladly gave them Matt's contact information. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The lobby of the Anderson Ballroom was perfect for our family portraits as well. The location was key to many restaurants, bars within walking distance as well. And, family even hopped on the light rail to do some last minute shopping at Bellevue Square. I can't thank you enough, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond. We will definitely be referring and sharing our experiences with others who are looking for a fantastic venue to create an unforgettable memory to last forever. God Bless You all.8

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful with letting folks do testing for hybrid in-person and video call for the event. For being a public-run facility the facilities seemed to have a nice clean appearance, the linens were clean and tasteful. It's definitely old, and out of certain sides you clearly see playgrounds and other people so it's not the most private thing in the world, but that's alright. I'm sure it was stunning in its heyday. I wouldn't be planning a wedding or larger gathering anytime soon given some space constraints, but for a more modest attendance the size was quite good.

It's been well restored and maintained. For the purposes in which I attended (Sakura-con staff party with Firstborn) this was a great layout and set-up. They were able to have tables in the entryway room with the fireplace and a beautiful tree, a staging/reception room with coat check and the gift exchange, a room entirely devoted to gaming (Rock band, a Wii and an Xbox were all ready for all to enjoy), a "movie" room playing various anime and a large great room dining area for all the enjoy the catered meal and announce the door prizes. For certain events, however, I can see how the layout of the Mansion could be difficult to work with. Depending upon your needs and the size of your event. For weddings, I think it would work best for a small affair (under 75 people) or as a staging and reception area with the ceremony outside on the grounds. There were well over a hundred people and their families in attendance the night I was there and it never really felt crowded or sparse anywhere you went. The catering staff was also just fabulous. They kept the food coming throughout the night, cleared tables quickly and were all in smiley-good spirits.

When Archer opened years ago, we became regular customers, and Archer became among our top three favorite hangouts. We have had birthday parties, class reunions and many friends join us there, to their great enjoyment. Honestly, it was like going to a friend's home; it was that comfortable seeing all of the people we enjoyed that worked there. They were hard working, kind, professional and friendly. Recently, there have been significant and disappointing staff changes. We walked in a few weeks back to find that some of the staff that helped us for years, were not there. We figured there were schedule changes and that we would come back another day. A week later, we entered and again saw the bartender was not there. I approached the bar staff and asked where these individuals were. We were told they were no longer employed at Archer. We were beyond disappointed. We left. We contacted the former employees and were told more disappointing news that they either were terminated or resigned. The hotel relies heavily upon travelers to promote their location. The bar/restaurant relies upon them too, but more importantly relies upon the locals to promote the business. We have done that in the past at Archer, but will no longer recommend this location and will seek somewhere different to be our new local.

We've been to a birthday party here and today for free play along with my 2 yo and while the kids had fun I do agree with some of the other reviewers about price being a little steep for the small square footage of play area and some parts could use a little more cleaning. Staff was nice and they did pick up a lot while we were there in between waves of kids. 11:30 on a Sunday was a good slot to pick since most of the morning crowd left before lunch and birthday party came in early afternoon so there was a window where there were very few kids there. It can be overwhelming for kids who need some more space and less stimulation. I appreciated the well thought out play areas and while it's better suited for toddler age range my almost 7 year old still had a great time along with his brother. Plenty of seating for parents yay however no area to take a snack break (no food allowed inside the play area). You can go outside to Redmond town center and there are plenty of areas to sit and great restaurants or quick snack bites and if you purchase a day pass you have in and out privledges per staff I asked today.
