This is a great hotel with its own parking garage. The rooms are clean, modern and cozy. I the slippers they give you, definitely a huge win since the floors aren't carpeted and they can be cold. Staying at the Archer Hotel in Redmond was such a treat!!! Boutique luxury meets West Coast charm. What I loved: The location is perfect. It's right in Redmond Town Center, so everything like shops, restaurants, Marymoor Park is just a walk or short drive away. My room was styled beautifully, with plush five‑star bedding (I wanted this bed for myself!), Nespresso coffee, and cozy Frette bathrobes, my favorite LATHER shampoo. There were daily locally curated treats, a welcome gift of wine, salted caramels, water, and "playful" slippers tucked by the bed. AKB, the hotel bar, is lively and fun crafted cocktails, shareable snacks, a patio, and even shuffleboard. Amenities are strong. There's a 24/7 fitness studio with a Peloton bike, an indoor pool, and a 24/7 market for snacks or last-minute needs. The hotel leans into sustainability in thoughtful ways: EV charging, natural LATHER bath products, and eco‑friendly practices throughout. Service was very sincere and warm!! Felt so special on my bday they even set up a charcuterie board for me. What a sweet surprise. Things to consider:There's a $15 overnight parking fee, which feels a bit steep if you're just dropping in for a short stay. But I think it's worth it if you'd like to keep your car out and away from the public. This hotel is awesome based on several factors: 1) Location--If you want to stay near Redmond or Bellevue, this is close to the freeway. The hotel is also right next to a small shopping center with plenty of eateries, shops, a movie theatre, and grocery stores. It is also very close to the Downtown Redmond train station. 2) Price--This is a boutique hotel, but the parking per day fee is $15 compared to other properties in the area averaging at $30 a day. Floors 2 and 3 are the parking garages that are well-maintained and can only be accessed with your room key. Also, price-wise I saw you get a good value for the location being great. 3) Amenities -- Gym has the basics but is maintained, there is a restaurant on the first floor, complimentary fruit water and filtered water to fill up your water bottle, etc. 4) Rooms--Rooms were generally clean, though I did see some missed areas (dust) but it wasn't enough to make me complain. I love that we got two complimentary room slippers and new candies every night. The toiletries were all-natural and smelled really good; smelled like herbs and didn't use phthalates, parabens, silicones. When we return to Bellevue, this will be our go-to hotel. read more

The archer hotel is located near the Redmond mall. It has available parking upstairs at a cost of $15 a day for hotel guest. The rooms were large and did offer daily housekeeping. Staff at the front desk was friendly. Parking lot is upper ramp with the key card entry located towards the bottom so you are scanning your card while on an angle with the parking brake on just proved to be a little slippery due to rain. The elevator on the second floor has two different levels because each elevator goes to a different level Elevators require a key card to operate The lobby did offer hot coffee, tea, and chocolate however, most of the times the coffee container was empty and the water was empty or it had already cooled off for the evening. The desk was happy to bring a hot product out when you asked. They do have a small counter with a bag of candy for a dollar And various items behind it. You could walk to the mall from here so if you want to eat go to a movie shop, all are within walking distance. They do have breakfast on site. Stayed in a room with 2 beds, regular bath and desk. Bed was comfortable but hot. Pillows are flat sacks. Bath had a random rubber duck. Not included on previous stays so IDK if that's new or previous occupant left it behind. Room is dimly lit, and the light switch only turns on a light near the entrance. Manually flip switches on lamps otherwise. Curtains wouldn't fully close. Due to the room keys not working for the parking garage on the previous stay, asked the clerk at check-in to be sure to set them properly. She replied they sometimes don't work - so fix it. And the card didn't work when entering the garage. Buzzed the desk, and a male clerk responded with an awkward laugh the key don't work sometimes. read more

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! I was here Monday- Thursday for a work trip. My room was a deluxe king studio. The attention to detail is mind-boggling. Everything...and I mean everything is done with an eye towards the guest's comfort. Here is what I especially loved : 1) The corner book where I could sit and read my kindle with a cup of herbal tea. ( steeped in the electric kettle so thoughtfully provided by them) 2) The Nespresso coffee maker - I actually fell in love with this coffee maker at Archer 2 years back and bought it for my husband 3) Bathroom Amenities : especially the Frette Robe, the wash cloth ( so amazing) and the top-tier shampoos and lotions 4) The Space - can we just take a minute to talk about how amazing the sq.footage of the room is I didn't have a balcony and really didn't need one! I had extra chamomile tea and the kettle delivered to my room by request. I picked a meal from AKB ( Jidori Chicken Sandwich) for my flight and it was beautifully packed and presented. I absolutely love the fact that there is a microwave and dishes in the room for the night hungries - there is a nosh area by the lobby where you can buy snacks that won't break your bank. They will guarantee you a spectacular stay and I am a little bit back in love with Archer Hotels after this stay - can't wait to repeat the magic! read more

Hotel itself is very nice. It's clean, modern. Accommodations are great. My only complaint is the pool. Pool was not clean and the water was too cold to swim. Located in Redmond at a shopping center, parking is very accessible and there is no extra charge with parking. Entrance is very inviting. There's a lounge area with a fireplace & TV, a bar, and a small restaurant also open for breakfast buffets. There's also a convenience store within lobby in case you need any snacks or travel gear you may have forgotten. My room was very modern. Love nespresso in the room. Also loved Malin + Goetz body care. It was entertaining to find the elf to claim a prize- my kid will always remember this. read more

Celebrating our 23yr anniversary, my hubby booked us a room at the Archer Hotel for a staycation. Walking through the entrance, it had high curlings and a warm ambience. Front counter staff were hospitable and greeted us to check in. They informed us of a complimentary upgrade and even $25 credit towards the dinner or breakfast offered at the hotel. Our room was on the 7th floor (top floor). It was a beautiful suite with a kitchenette. Very clean!! Bathroom was too!! Parking was so convenient as the elevator was connected to the hotel. I love the location because there is so much around, from places to eat and things to do. Breakfast the next morning was great!! Now before I start this review, I wanted to speak on the importance of stopping to smell the roses. People, you kill yourself 40 hours a week or more & for what? You stress about food, beer, rent, barely making ends meet. Sometimes you just need to satisfy "FUCK THIS!" Pack a bag and spend the weekend somewhere nice. That's the importance of a "Stay-Cation" and The Archer Hotel in Redmond is definitely one of the better places to do it. Let me start with what I DIDN'T like about it. 1-You can't screen share to the T.V.'s. This is a newer hotel and that's some ol BULLSHIT! 2-They charge your card for incidentals. Some places just put a hold on your card, they take it right out. They better put it back just as fuckin fast. Other than that, I was impressed with the thought that was put into the layout of the hotel. The elevators are next to the employee office on every floor that way, none of the rooms have to hear it all night. My room was very comfortable and putting a light in the closet was GENIUS. The hotel bar is massive and from what I hear, a lot of the locals actually hang out in. There is a $10 per night charge for parking but seeing how, in Seattle it's $45-$50 I'm OK with that. All in all, it's kind of a drive but I can highly recommend this hotel for a weekend "Stay-Cation". read more

I have been brining my group of coworkers here for the past three years. It is close and convenient and previously no reservations were able to be made, and it has never been very crowded. We loved coming here last minute, even though everything is grossly overpriced. We had a terrible service experience on Friday when our coworkers spontaneously decided to get together. We arrived to the lounge and there was one occupied table. We asked for extra tables since our group would be large. We were never told we couldn't be accommodated, but we're met with unfriendly servers and bar staff. I have always had good service in the past and loved recommending this place to work groups. I was disappointed to learn that we had to pay on one tab only after we asked for the bill instead of in advance. In addition we were told we should have made a reservation. I was with my manager, and she was like, "wow he tried to mansplain you!"Bobby was very disrespectful and Olivia the server who didnt even want to give her or his name refused to acknowledge anything going on. During our time, we were polite, and kept to ourselves. I put myself through school bartending and serving. Not only did we receive a very unwelcome greeting, we were rarely checked on. Our total bill with 20% gratuity was around $400, that could easily have been doubled with good service. They lost revenue and potential customers. Maybe the staff aren't comfortable dealing with larger groups. I will recommend my colleagues in Redmond Town Center and friends in the local businesses to direct their happy hour business elsewhere. read more

Room was very clean and I appreciated the small details, such as complimentary Fiji water. Slippers, and even an umbrella if the need came up. Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Had room 561 which faced the street parking lot. Quiet hotel. Parking is an extra $15/nite for their garage. The check in person said you can't park in the open lot overnight, otherwise you get towed. The garage requires your room key to go in and out of the garage. You also need your room key for the elevator. The hotel is right by Redmond Town Center near the Mariot. Not quite as lively as Kirkland but the area has potential. read more

This place has the best vibe. The decorations are tasteful and fun and the added amenities in your room are on point w the Nespresso Coffee machine, spring water and caramels! The rooms are clean, with good sized bathrooms and special touches everywhere. We even had free cocktails in the evening which were very nice paired with their delicious dessert options. We had dinner out at another restaurant, but next time will try their food because it looked delicious. The place was packed and too hot to use the outside patio area. But in the morning we found that the hot water was just lukewarm, no matter how long we ran the water for. We ended up getting a cold shower after swimming. The pool was nice although small. I wish it were heated. The AKB bar had good food but not so good service. If you plan to dine in hotel, I don't recommend this hotel because of this bar. read more

I stayed here during my recent Seattle roadtrip from southern california with my two dogs and honestly could not have asked for a better hotel. The hotel was modern and gorgeous with great service. What I loved about the hotel: 1.) Parking: they have their very own parking structure right next to the hotel that requires your hotel room key to enter and exit. Parking was free unlike downtown hotels. It also has elevators that take you up to the hotel floors. 2.) Very pet friendly: They charge a $150 flat fee for pets. That sounds like a lot but for me that was worth it because we were staying for four nights. They actually provide you with nice doggy beds and doggy bowls. My dogs each got a set. They also give you toys, balls, poop bags, treats, and pads to use and keep. Another huge bonus is the Marymoor off leash dog park is only a five minutes drive away. I loved going to that park since we don't have anything like that in socal. There are patches of grass in the hotel plaza so you don't need to go far to let the dogs go potty. I believe there is also a trail behind the hotel. 3.) Convenience: I chose to stay farther from downtown because it was elections time and I did not want to run into protestors or rioters. Though I had to drive around 30 minutes to downtown, I am glad I chose to stay in Redmond. I felt safe in Redmond and there are also tons of stores nearby. Bellevue is also really close and there are tons of restaurants and shops there. The Archer Hotel is also conveniently located right across from a shopping plaza that has a juice shop, coffee shop, pet shop, restaurants, etc. There are so many parks close-by as well. There is also a little restaurant in the hotel and I ordered from them the first night. The food is pretty good and not very expensive. I got takeout instead of having them bring it up to my room. There is also a little market with a lot of goodies. I bought two bottles of local red wine from them and really enjoyed them. 4.) Amenities: I booked the deluxe king studio suite and it had a wet bar with wine glasses, plates, bowls, silverware, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a mini fridge etc. The bed, down pillows, and down comforter were very comfortable. I loves that they provided Frette robes and also these really cute slippers. They also provided an arrival gift of two bottles of Fiji water and caramels, which is a very nice touch. Who doesn't like having a small treat waiting for them. I also used their gym once. Since it is during Covid, appointments are required. I prefer it this way because they only allow one person at a time. There is also an indoor pool but I did not bring my swimsuit so did not try it. Since there is no housekeeping during covid times, I had to request for amenities, but that was not a major problem. Every time I called for something, someone showed up within five minutes. At a lot of hotels I have stayed at, they usually take forever to bring something up to me. I honestly can't wait to stay here again. I have also stayed once at their Napa hotel and it was great as well. I would definitely not hesitate choosing this hotel chain whenever it is available. We usually stay at Marriotts but we wanted to try something a little different and this felt very upscale for a reasonable price. Almost our entire soccer team booked here after we shared a link with the location and pricing. Super grateful we got a $50 dining credit as part of the package. We are having a wonderful stay. The staff are all very friendly. The restaurant was very good, and the beds are super comfortable! Having two kings is a giant plus considering we were traveling with our two kids for a soccer weekend and the rooms felt nice and spacious. Very nice location right next to the Redmond shopping center. Nice safe location to walk around and lots of shopping and eating options. The room felt very clean and the hotel is very quiet. The Archer Hotel in Redmond is my favorite hotel in the area. It is perfectly comfortable and clean. The rooms are full of thoughtful details to make things go smoothly, including ample drawer space for clothes and toiletries, bars and hooks for both hand towels and bath towels, coat hooks, and lots of conveniently placed outlets and USB charging ports. We also really appreciated the drinking fountains with water bottle filling stations in the lobby for free, filtered, chilled water. The aesthetics throughout the hotel are attractive and interesting but unpretentious, never sacrificing functionality. A secure, covered garage is available for a nightly fee with in-out access, and there are a few Tesla superchargers in the garage. This hotel is amazing because of the look and the feel of how new it is. I also wanted to point out that the location was great, right across from the Redmond Town Center. Upon check in, Julie helped check with our check-in and making sure the whole registration process went by smoothly. One of the first things we noticed was the dining area. If the pandemic weren't around, I would have definitely recommended the bar along with the restaurant, which was open during the time of stay. Once we arrived in our hotel room, we were greeted with a nice, clean room, along with a goodie basket from another hotel staff member, Yannie. The room had a mini fridge, along with a Nespresso machine - which I thought was pretty cool. The restroom was spacious and had a robe and a rubber ducky (no joke). On the last day, we were greeted by the same Yannie, who left us with the basket. She was super helpful and assisted with our checkout. All in all, I was definitely pleased with how quiet the hotel was and how welcome I felt. I am looking forward to another stay there if I'm ever visiting Redmond. read more

The Archer is a lovely hotel indeed. It feels very upscale and modern, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ok, nothing to take pictures and review though. This review will focus on the room, I didn't take pictures though. The rooms are nice and large, the showers have a rain and normal head which was neat. I liked it but have two major complaints: 1) while the cool LED do not disturb button is innovative, it has a freaking bright LED halo around it on the inside of the room that literally lights the place up at night. If you are struggling to fall asleep it's enough to keep you up 2) the AC seems to be tied to a motion sensor or something, I had it set to 65 degrees and high but it would trip back to auto after a few seconds and while I was up and moving it would pump out cold air but the moment I was holding still in bed it would stop and get warm, I ended up not sleeping well and waking up every few hours sweating Again the hotel is nice but if they adjusted ever so slightly this would be on my top 5 list for sure. read more

Really happy with Archer. The greeting was lovely, done by Avery. Gracious and welcoming. I had to wait for my room for a bit so the lovely Claire gave me a glass of bubbly while I waited. The room is awesome, clean and new and fabulous, with everything you could need- microwave, fridge, tub, couch, coffeemaker. The caramels and water were such a nice touch. And love the bed to Tv ratio! I ate in the restaurant for dinner, and my only complaint for that is the service was slow. But the burger itself was AMAZING. Soft and juicy and the sauces dropped out, and the delicious onion blend on top was so flavorful. One of the best burgers I've ever had. I also had the brunch in the morning and it was fabulous too! Avocado toast, premade breakfast tacos, muffin assortment, grapefruit juice- for 10$! This is now maybe my go to hotel. LOVE it. Archer, Claire and Avery were terrific. They need raises! read more

My husband and I had an overnight staycation here and we really enjoyed it. My requirement was the hotel had to have a pool and due to COVID, you reserve time spots and have the pool to yourself. It was nice. We stayed in the King Deluxe Suite (online PNW resident deal 20% off at the time) and it was nice and spacious. Everything is new, modern and spacious. Bright. There's a kitchenette with a microwave and mini fridge. The restaurant downstairs was closed due to COVID, but they have a little "store" in the lobby with snacks and food you can heat in the micro. There's dishes and cutlery in the room for that as well. We ate at Redmond Town Center for our meals, which was convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had no issues while we were there. I can't remember what the parking situation was we might've just parked in front of the hotel in the lot, though They might have a garage. It was a nice staycation. The review is for the house keeping department, not the hotel or front desk staffs! We love the hotel, the location and it's luxury! We booked 7-night stay, first two nights were perfectly fine! Then the nightmare starts! On our third night we had to wait half an hour for someone to bring up extra toiletries (the shampoo are small in size and we are 2 adults 2 kids), we rinse the coffee cups in toilet sink so we have cups for water. Next morning we walked out in pajamas to find house keeper for some capsule pods and clean cups so we can make fresh coffee, bought McDonald for the kids and left for the day! When we returned to the hotel around 10ish, as soon as I opened the door I smelled McDonald french fries and leftover food from the night before!!! Room were still messy and now we had two days worth garbage sitting there. I called the front desk again and the poor night shift lady had to make multiple trips because she needed to replenish the toiletries, took the garbage and the glassware. My kids waited til we done cleaning in order to shower, we had to make the bed (the comforter fell out from the cover) and went to bed like 2am. That's not the end of the story! The fifth morning a lady called around 10 am and said "I understand you requested house cleaning but you have your do not disturb light on so we cannot go in and clean your room!" EXCUSE ME!!! I HAD THE LIGHT ON BECAUSE I AM STILL SLEEPING!!!! She then asked "when would you leave so we can come in?" ARE YOU SERIOUS?!! You called your guests in the morning just to see when would they leave the room so you can go in and clean the room? That is just RUDE! Finally she questioned if we had forgotten to turn off our light in the past two days that's why our room could not be cleaned! NO!!! As soon as we saw the dirty room we all turned around and checked to see if we forgot to turn the light off and both time we had it OFF!!! Conclusion: I guess if you don't leave your room by noon or before that, you won't get your room clean! The supervisor don't seem to have a check list to follow up what has been completed! read more
