I tried so hard to sign my daughter up for music class/preview, but all my calls and emails were left unanswered. Baffled...

I have also been trying to get ahold of them for a birthday. I've filled out online form and left a voicemail with no response :(

Oh so gorgeous small park. It has a small playhouse and swings but the view is very pretty. Even…read morethe concrete floor has like crystal pebbles. I know, it is not this antislip-not hard new floor but it looks nice like in the old ways. In the morning you get to hear woodpeckers and the stream. Isn't it amazing just watching leaves fall? It also has a very steep trail to go down to it. My big dog was able to kinda make it with help. Then we realized the signs that it could be slippery. We head back. I am not sure if it is aloud coming down. I can see there was some graffiti. Sad because nature is just amazing. They recently changed their battery parking to horizontal ones? I love nature paths better. For this part I just wish they could blow all leaves on yhe trail so my furry friend can avoid another nose scratch with a glass and we can see were are we walking.

Nice quaint little park with a rock wall, swings, marry-go-round, slides, monkey bars, etc. looks…read morelike it was just recently painted with fresh cedar mulch. Lots of tall shade trees. Our 2 year old loved running around this place. It's set back in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic. Was able to walk around with stroller - seems wheel chair friendly, with park benches (didn't see any picnic tables though). There's a huge ravine which is fenced off nicely from the park so kids are very safe, but there is a trail that you can hike down to which has a tranquil creek and a 3-story bolder.

I would give 3.5 stars for free play and 4 stars for camp. My 6 yo enjoyed his week of camp last…read moresummer- convenient location, small class size, fun STEM theme, indoor and outdoor time, staff can heat up lunch, with extended hours available...he had a blast! We've been to a birthday party here and today for free play along with my 2 yo and while the kids had fun I do agree with some of the other reviewers about price being a little steep for the small square footage of play area and some parts could use a little more cleaning. Staff was nice and they did pick up a lot while we were there in between waves of kids. 11:30 on a Sunday was a good slot to pick since most of the morning crowd left before lunch and birthday party came in early afternoon so there was a window where there were very few kids there. It can be overwhelming for kids who need some more space and less stimulation. I appreciated the well thought out play areas and while it's better suited for toddler age range my almost 7 year old still had a great time along with his brother. Plenty of seating for parents yay however no area to take a snack break (no food allowed inside the play area). You can go outside to Redmond town center and there are plenty of areas to sit and great restaurants or quick snack bites and if you purchase a day pass you have in and out privledges per staff I asked today.

Very good place for indoor play! I found this place while staying at a nearby hotel and decided to…read moregive it a try. A young lady at the front desk explained how it works: you can either pay $19 per hour for each kid or choose a membership for better value, which I appreciated. The space is clean, safe, and packed with activities that kept my kids entertained. There are a variety of play areas suitable for different age groups, and it's a great option for rainy days or when you need something fun to do indoors. That said, there's room for improvement. The staff could use a bit more training when it comes to charging the correct price for memberships I had a small issue with this during my visit. Also, while some staff members were friendly and helpful, others could be a bit more welcoming. The space itself could also be bigger, especially during busy hours. It can feel a little crowded, but it's still a fun experience for the kids. Overall, Kids Magic Lab is a great option for indoor play, and with a few improvements, it could easily be a 5-star spot. I'll definitely consider coming back!

I love the camps and events that they hold, and they have a large variety of classes to attend! Then there was a change in management, which also brought new front desk staff. We have a young child who, before the management change, was allowed to sit on the edge of the mat about 15 feet away and would try to do the moves along with the class. With the old staff, we got an understanding smile and some pleasant conversation. Now? Condescending looks accompanied by comments like, "We'll have to charge you for another lesson if your child is on the floor." It's ATROCIOUS working with Advantage now. Here's what you can look forward to: 1) Frequent unanswered calls with no attempts to reply to voicemail 2) Billing issues (always in the gym's favor) 3) A lack of empathy/understanding/customer service 4) The greediest gym I've ever worked with Seriously, if the coaches weren't solid, we'd run away and never look back.
