The front desk guy (Cody) was professional and helpful. Parking garage across the street for hotel and adjacent apt.'s is shared but clean and safe, it did cost $15/night. The room and bed was comfortable and there is a bar/restaurant (decent) on-site, as well as a small fitness room. Complimentary buffet breakfast was decent as well. Walking distance to Redmond town center where the shops and dining is abundant.

I would give this hotel 3 stars for cleanliness and logistics and a 3 for the staff. No valet or parking onsite. There is a parking garage across the street, and hotel guests are required to go down a couple floors, cross the garage, take an elevator then cross the street. No bellhop to assist with luggage. I comment on this due to being disabled and traveling on business. I couldn't believe no one would assist me with the bags. Spiders everywhere. Giant webs all over the elevator to the garage and all over the exterior of the building. There must have been a spider convention on my floor. Even the carpet in the hotel matched the webs. There's a laundromat to do your own clothes, gym and continental breakfast served in a large room off of the bar. Various things to choose from at breakfast but the meat was hard as a rock and pancakes were dried out. Hotel room had a desk which was useful, kitchenette without a dishwasher but housekeeping washed the dishes sometimes, couch and TV in the sitting area, and a lighted mirror apart from the shower. Water overflows from the shower onto the floor. Bed was comfortable. Could hear people walking up and down the halls. There's a mini mart by the front desk. No room service. There is a bar that only serves a few hot dishes at dinnertime. Had the cheesecake, fish and chips which were all good. The bartender made a nonalcoholic smoothie for me when I asked. Gave him a large tip.

Extremely happy with my stay at the Hyatt House that I'm going to write my review before I check out. There are pros and cons to everything but not to this Hyatt. Cherri has been super helpful from the moment I walked in. Cherri had my room, parking, and gym reservations all taken care for the next two weeks. Rooms are super clean, parking is free, fitness and pool area open for reservations.

Wrapped possibly food or kilo left in my microwave

I usually have a great experience at the Hyatt but this time, not so much. I stayed here as I was in town on business and check in was great. The reason for my 1 star was because of the following. 1. I could hear water gushing in the pipes within the wall every time someone flushed a toilet/ showered. Figured no problem, I'll close the bathroom door 2. My bathroom sink would take about 5-10 minutes to drain. 3. Someone left an item in my microwave which was wrapped in leaves and string. I didn't notice until after I had already warmed up my coffee and drank out of it. I complained to the front desk about the above items. 4. Someone entered my room with the do not disturb sign in the door and removed item in the microwave . This was by far the most troubling as the front desk didn't know who it was , and they could have easily stolen my personal belongings. I wasn't there and No one notified me that they were going in . This is very unprofessional!! I let my team and Management know in hope they will stop having us stay here

My very first Hyatt House. The very first Grand Hyatt in Grand Central, check. The two upper end Hyatts: Park Hyatt Tokyo, where they filmed Lost in Translation, I earned a Dutchness there, and of course Park Hyatt New York in upper east side. All good stuff, really, and higher end, but still Hyatt House got all of that beat, at a considerable discounted price (avg per night is $199 to $289.) Hyatt House concept is a good one. You feel like you are at home yet you are traveling for work. It's - and I should have known it if I read others' review, literately next to the Sammamish River Trail which goes around and around and can take you to Marymoor Park on foot in less than one mile, which I had previously driven there. Took almost as long as I walked. The place is one block away from downtown which makes it again, geographically desirable. The kitchen is big and the fridge is surprisingly big. I used the swimming pool a lot which is indoor and heated. The hot tub was nice as well, which I think is important to have if you are working crazy hour days. The breakfast is fine, nothing to write home about, but still it's not crowded which is always a bonus. My absolute favorite part about this is how convenient it is to get to nature. You literately step off the property and you are on the miles and miles long river trail with tons of parks and bridges to connect this paved trails. Another aspect of this place is how comfortable the bed is. The large TV that can be moved in whichever direction. It is a hotel but it feels like a comfortable modern studio. With free wifi, parking, and breakfast, one can hardly complain about business travel.

Very nice hotel. I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast (6:30-9:30 I believe). The lobby is beautiful. I did not visit the fitness center, the pool didn't look too great. The room had a full kitchen which was cool. The bar is nice, a bit expensive. We did order small plates- I suggest going somewhere else for food.

Just what you expect from Hyatt. Clean, quiet and cozy. First floor room and according the front desk, new renovated room. Breakfast was included , make sure to get the omelette (made to order). Free parking.

502 Tower Suit. High vaulted ceilings but small. I expected a bigger room. Balcony is nice, great views.

I only had to go 3,000 miles to find a Marriott in the US that actually has a functioning M club…read more On top of the minor miracle of simply being open, the M club at this Marriott is also quite nice. The staff working it are always exceptionally friendly to everyone. This Marriott is nice, the rooms are large and pretty modern feeling. The lobby area and bar/restaurant are open and airy feeling without being extremely loud most of the time. The staff all-around are super friendly. From the front-desk to the bartender. They have happily helped us with any issues we've run into. I've been very pleased with my stay.

Where to begin with this review…read more Well for starters, I've noticed quite a few reviews for the Seattle Marriott Redmond (to clarify this is the location inside of the Redmond Town Center, the naming can make it confusing), pointing out their poor service and disappointment around the room's and their cleanliness. To that I say, there's always going to be a one off, or an off day. I have been coming to this Marriott for the past decade plus, both for personal and business, and have also consistently chosen this location for all needed business room blocks, due to 1) the convenience of where it is located, you can't beat the access you have to everything you need, all right outside of the front doors 2) the staff and their genuine hospitality. For this trip I was here for business, and it has been about 5 years since I've last stayed. Now in those 5 years, a few things have changed, the biggest changes are as follows: All parking is valet now, $35 per day. Currently (as of May 2024) they do not have room service however they are in the process of bringing it back. Bottled water within rooms are a $2 charge each (there is a tag that clearly notes that on each bottle so everyone that is acting shocked that they were charged for the water... not sure where the miss is there lol) The members lounge has been upgraded and moved to the main floor. Also, Marriott Bonvoy has changed a bit so, in the past you needed gold tier elite status for lounges, now it is platinum tier. Now understandably some of these changes are not favored by some guests but, with the economy overall hospitality market the way it is, I don't think they're so drastic that it should make or break anyone's experience. Moving onto the rooms and their cleanliness. I stayed for a total of 4 nights and 5 days and had no issue with cleanliness. As a matter of fact, the staff was extremely attentive and accommodating when it came to my requests such as extra towels, pillow spray (lavender spray to help you sleep), and even extra coffee to be put in the room. Overall I had another consistently enjoyable stay, got to see some familiar faces within their staff (another nod to them as it's rare to see employee retention for that long in hospitality now a days) and will be back for my next trip without question! If you're coming to Redmond for business (or personal), take it from someone who has been coming to this Marriott for business trips for 10+ years, the convenience of the location, the staff, the service, it's hands down an obvious choice.

The location was perfect too with a patio but, unfortunately with the wet & windy weather we didn't go out. We hosted our dad's 85th birthday here December 20, 2025 in the Anderson Ballroom. Matt was so friendly, accommodating and just pleasant to deal with. He gave us menus, options that were clear and answered our questions fast. When we met in person, we knew this was the spot not just for the view and ballroom but, by Matt's personality and smile. Keisha also was great with our block of rooms for our family. It was the 1st time our family was complete in over 10 years so this was really memorable for us. The Christmas decorations, the tree, the centerpieces and the FOOD. Everyone is still raving about how excellent the venue and party was. We checked in for the weekend and were greeted with a smile and ALOHA from Shawn. He always asked if our family needed anything or what he can do to make our stay better. Truly appreciated that. The chai tea latte was a hit. Never had that option at a venue before but it was the perfect touch for the cold weather. The staff during the event were awesome. So friendly, so attentive and always asked if we needed anything. Appreciate you all. Friends were even asking for more information to host a future wedding and event there...I gladly gave them Matt's contact information. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The lobby of the Anderson Ballroom was perfect for our family portraits as well. The location was key to many restaurants, bars within walking distance as well. And, family even hopped on the light rail to do some last minute shopping at Bellevue Square. I can't thank you enough, Matt, Keisha, Shawn, Kelly and the rest of the catering and hotel staff at Hilton Garden Inn, Redmond. We will definitely be referring and sharing our experiences with others who are looking for a fantastic venue to create an unforgettable memory to last forever. God Bless You all.8

Quality/Quantity: The hotel itself is clean, nice, and well designed. They offer breakfast with your stay and have really good food. We were impressed at the variety. The one issue we had that resulted in the loss of a star was the mattress of the couch bed. As you'll see in the photos there are several stains which at first grossed me out. My wife reminded me that all mattresses likely have similar stains. However those mattresses are already made so you can't see it so it is out of sight out of mind. Knowing the stains did make me feel a bit uneasy. Easy solution to this would be for the hotel to ensure that the couch bed is already made up so when pulled out no stains are visible. Value: The pricing was pretty fair considering what a nice area it was. We stayed 6 nights for about $2,000. Overall: The location is the best thing about this hotel. 1 minute walk to the Redmond Town Center which is full of so many restaurants and stores. My usual hotel is the Marriott located right alongside however for this work trip, my team voted to stay at the Residence as they wanted a more "extended stay" feel with a kitchenette included in the rooms. I booked a queen studio, and I was taken back by how large the room was, loved the bathroom setup, and have to admit, having the kitchenette was a game changer. They also offer free continental breakfast every morning from 6:30-9 (although I never made it down in time) I did hear from my colleagues that it was actually really good! The front desk staff was friendly, room was clean, the only thing that caught me off guard was the $6 Celcius energy drink that I purchased from the little mart downstairs (but I get it, and I was expecting the mark up but, 300% is steep!) Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and yes it's a bit more of homey feel than the Marriott however I think that's the whole point! Also- parking. It's self park, $14 a day (compared to $35 a day at the Marriott which is valet only) Note that there are NO ELECTRIC CHARGERS!!! I had a electric rental and that made it a bit tricky. There is a charger (2 to be exact) inside the parking structure at Redmond Town Center which is about a 5 min walk however, it's only a 50w charger, slower than molasses, and the likelihood of it raining (which it was during my entire stay) makes that 5 min walk a lot longer.
