We loved this hotel. It is very new and modern. We had a corner suite with a balcony that looked over the dog park and it was lovely. The bed was crisp and clean and everything felt crisp and Fresh. Parking was easy, $15 across the street. The breakfast was really nice. Loved the pastries and the bagel toaster and the breakfast sandwiches. Most of all we were so impressed that they gave my nine-year-old a birthday present! It was a cookie and chocolate bar and a teddy, and they wrote a handwritten note to her. I've never been in a hotel that did that before. She was so incredibly happy. It made me so happy too. What a very special touch from Hyatt House! This is now my favourite hotel in Seattle and I plan to stay here again! read more

My one night stay was fine. As a Globalist, I booked my stay with points. The hotel seems to be newer and is well maintained. My room was clean and relatively quiet. Breakfast in the morning was self serve buffet style and had a decent selection. A few minor things keeping this from 5 stars are the doors are loud even when trying to quietly close, windows face other rooms so people can see into your room if blinds open, and $15 parking fee is charged even when booking a room with points (not the norm). The front desk guy (Cody) was professional and helpful. Parking garage across the street for hotel and adjacent apt.'s is shared but clean and safe, it did cost $15/night. I would give this hotel 3 stars for cleanliness and logistics and a 3 for the staff. No valet or parking onsite. There is a parking garage across the street, and hotel guests are required to go down a couple floors, cross the garage, take an elevator then cross the street. No bellhop to assist with luggage. I comment on this due to being disabled and traveling on business. I couldn't believe no one would assist me with the bags. Spiders everywhere. Giant webs all over the elevator to the garage and all over the exterior of the building. There must have been a spider convention on my floor. Even the carpet in the hotel matched the webs. There's a laundromat to do your own clothes, gym and continental breakfast served in a large room off of the bar. Various things to choose from at breakfast but the meat was hard as a rock and pancakes were dried out. Hotel room had a desk which was useful, kitchenette without a dishwasher but housekeeping washed the dishes sometimes, couch and TV in the sitting area, and a lighted mirror apart from the shower. Water overflows from the shower onto the floor. Bed was comfortable. Could hear people walking up and down the halls. There's a mini mart by the front desk. No room service. There is a bar that only serves a few hot dishes at dinnertime. Had the cheesecake, fish and chips which were all good. The bartender made a nonalcoholic smoothie for me when I asked. Recently did a little staycation here to keep some points from expiring and the hotel was nicer than expected! It's very tucked away between some apartment buildings, but the hotel was clean and seemed very new/well maintained. Easily walkable to Redmond Town Center and downtown shops and restaurants, but totally a corporate type hotel that caters to Microsoft. Free parking was available in the garage across the street and the free breakfast was much better than others we've had. There was a very good variety of cold/hot food and beverages, so we were happy to have the convenience of this option. We also took advantage of the indoor pool and hot tub too since it was pouring outside. Our 1 bedroom suite was roomy and we loved having a small kitchen! It made all the difference for us to be able to store milk for the kiddo and a variety of snacks. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. We had a wonderful stay! read more

The hotel was nice, clean, beautiful. But the breakfast was awful. For the price we pay they could serve higher quality breakfast. They make waffles and put them in a warmer but they were so hard like cookies. The eggs tasted like egg beaters. The bacon was so thin. You can get the same breakfast at best western. I usually have a great experience at the Hyatt but this time, not so much. I stayed here as I was in town on business and check in was great. The reason for my 1 star was because of the following. 1. I could hear water gushing in the pipes within the wall every time someone flushed a toilet/ showered. Figured no problem, I'll close the bathroom door 2. My bathroom sink would take about 5-10 minutes to drain. 3. Someone left an item in my microwave which was wrapped in leaves and string. I didn't notice until after I had already warmed up my coffee and drank out of it. I complained to the front desk about the above items. 4. Someone entered my room with the do not disturb sign in the door and removed item in the microwave . This was by far the most troubling as the front desk didn't know who it was , and they could have easily stolen my personal belongings. I wasn't there and No one notified me that they were going in . Loved it! I wasn't expecting our new corporate hotel to be so nice. First of all, everything seems super brand new. So much so, that everything is still being built up around it. The location is great to walk to restaurants and some shopping as well. Grocery stores nearby. I look forward to when this little neighborhood is complete... I think it's gonna be a really fun place to eat or grab a drink. Our room - a corner suite with kitchenette - had everything we could possibly need for a couple nights away. Great bed. No bathtub but I'll survive. Very friendly desk staff. Clean, clean, clean! I enjoyed my time chatting with the bartender downstairs and the free delicious coffee available 24/7. My very first Hyatt House. The very first Grand Hyatt in Grand Central, check. The two upper end Hyatts: Park Hyatt Tokyo, where they filmed Lost in Translation, I earned a Dutchness there, and of course Park Hyatt New York in upper east side. All good stuff, really, and higher end, but still Hyatt House got all of that beat, at a considerable discounted price (avg per night is $199 to $289.) Hyatt House concept is a good one. You feel like you are at home yet you are traveling for work. It's - and I should have known it if I read others' review, literately next to the Sammamish River Trail which goes around and around and can take you to Marymoor Park on foot in less than one mile, which I had previously driven there. Took almost as long as I walked. The place is one block away from downtown which makes it again, geographically desirable. The kitchen is big and the fridge is surprisingly big. I used the swimming pool a lot which is indoor and heated. The hot tub was nice as well, which I think is important to have if you are working crazy hour days. The breakfast is fine, nothing to write home about, but still it's not crowded which is always a bonus. My absolute favorite part about this is how convenient it is to get to nature. You literately step off the property and you are on the miles and miles long river trail with tons of parks and bridges to connect this paved trails. Another aspect of this place is how comfortable the bed is. The large TV that can be moved in whichever direction. It is a hotel but it feels like a comfortable modern studio. With free wifi, parking, and breakfast, one can hardly complain about business travel. read more

We absolutely love this hotel. It's always been clean, staff is friendly and pool/breakfast was nice when it was open Pre-COVID-19. Hot spot for tech-savvy car break ins! We parked in the garage (not secure) and overnight our car and several others next to us were broken into without breaking windows or setting off alarms (the cars were locked). Don't leave even your hand sanitizer or mints in the car. Only thing that was safe were the pens. read more

I'm currently staying here and there is fungus all over the carpet in my room and it was all over the tiles of my shower floor. It has already given me foot fungus, the soles pf my feet are burning and itching. I went to the grocery store and bought Comet to clean the shower floor tiles with but the fungus is still all over the carpet all over the hotel room. I can taste fungus in my mouth the entire time I'm in my hotel room here. I'm even getting phlegm in my lungs from the fungus. This hotel is disgusting, they clearly never shampoo and steam vacuum the carpets in the hotel rooms, hence the carpets being covered in fungus. read more

Today we checked in to the Hyatt in Redmond Washington. We are a family of 4 (including two children under 2). We came to Redmond to celebrate my husbands 40th and when I say celebrate... it really means having a nice dinner out, spending time with family and enjoying an early dinner in. We always stay at the Hyatt when we travel and have never had a complaint as they are pretty standard and great service everywhere we travel. Except today when visiting this location in Redmond Washington. Our family arrived and began to settle in our room which took about 45 min - 1 hour as again... we have two littles and it can take time. Anyhow.. during this time my husband was playing with our toddler, tickling him etc. The playfulness caused our toddler to giggle etc. Anyhow- As we loaded up our stroller and diaper bags to venture out, we received a call from I think her name was Carol downstairs at the front desk. She began degrading my husband over the phone immediately in a very old school mean teacher way. She said "Your kid is making too much noise and you guys need to stop blah blah blah." My husband said "He is 2 years old and then asked what time their quiet hour is." The lady replied "Not until 10 but you guys are loud and bugging our "regulars." It was THREE PM in the afternoon mind you. My husband then told the lady we have an infant who may cry during the day and also during the night. The lady said "that would be ok.." umm should we even be having this convo? The lady again degraded my husband for having a toddler making noise and finally my husband convinced the lady to allow us to move to a different room as they agreed that was the only solution. The lady then chose a bedroom with ONE bed for the 4 of us vs the 2. Really??? Also... as we exited our first hotel room the neighbor two doors down from us had a dog barking and yelping nonstop... but yet... they were not moved .. why? because like Carol said "they were regulars." My family will never recommend this location nor visit this location again and management should also be retrained in our opinion. The two hours of talking to Carol and packing / unpacking etc cost us precious time we should have been celebrating my husband. We are asking the Hyatt to please find a resolve for our family on this situation as this was awful. *Update: The manager did call and apologize and stated that this is not normal or acceptable for the Hyatt. She credited back the points we used to book with them and was very receptive and understanding. She showed tremendous care! read more

First let me say I love Hyatt House's in general (aka Hotel Sierra). I lived in a Hotel Sierra before Hyatt bought them out for almost a year in DC/VA. I've stayed in so so many hotels all over and even in other countries and by far my favorite is Hyatt House at this price point. The quality and thought that went into everything is always amazing. The couches aren't just for looks but are actually comfortable. The TV doesn't try to sell you stuff but just let's you watch TV. All rooms have some form of 'suit' to them which means a microwave, frig, a fork, knife, spoon, basic things you need even if you just got some take out. Also they provide dish washing liquid so your sure your glasses etc are clean. In this location I opted for the Tower suit which I found a little bit small but would stay in this exact room every time for the awesome vaulted ceiling and great views out the window and the floor to ceiling windows. I felt really tucked away, private and quiet. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Location is incredible. You're less than 5 mins from Redmond Towncenter which is nice. If you're in the mood for a movie you have to check out iPic Theater. You're also really close to 3-4 Starbucks, shopping, Target, tons of places to eat, and more. Can't get better really. Free parking makes it easy as well to get in and out to your car. Common spaces are just awesome! Whoever created Hotel Sierra had a bold and high-class taste when designing. You'll feel like you're in a much nicer hotel than your bill reflects. I especially loved the breakfast/dining area. Just really well done. Cons 1. TV only has like 6 HD channels which is just not good for 2014. Why not have all HD channels? 2. Breakfast was sub-par from my days at Sierra which were awesome breakfast options, this was really pretty bad and the only redeeming item was the omelette station. Pros 1. Love having paper towels, forks, spoons, a mini or full kitchen even if it's for a night or two. Just makes you feel more at home. 2. The beds are amazing. So comfortable only 2nd to Sheraton's. Clean white. 3. Everything is really new, quality, clean and just comfortable. 4. Location location location, great location 5. Easy to get in and out of and enjoy even the indoor pool in the winter months. 6. Very relaxing I hope this review helps. I will certainly stay here again if I'm in the area. I've stayed here twice now while in town on business. I've stayed in a lot of hotels over the years, but this has to have some of the neatest decor I've seen. It's very mod-modern... it feels like you're staying in a 2011 version of Mad Men. Don Draper would definitely approve of this hotel. Dark wood, lime green accents (hey, they even have lime-green apples at the front desk for you to take along...and voila, you are now walking art). It's just so darn pretty. The hallways are inexplicably dark, though. If it were a shadier hotel that would be worrisome. Here it just adds to the ambiance. The breakfast buffet is impressive. Not the most comprehensive I've seen, but good and fresh. The bar service is friendly, and the food is quite tasty. The little 24/7 shop right by the check-in desk is appreciated for this weary traveler, though I prefer to go to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods (very close by) and stock up on a few groceries for the li'l in-room kitchen. The staff have been quite friendly the two times I've come, and I dig the fireplace in the lobby. It's clean, comfortable--no complaints from me. read more

I have become a real fan of Hyatt as a place to stay. This property is up to those standards for sure. Just walking in I was impressed with the decor and the service. We were a little taken aback at first while checking in. My husband did not opt for the pay in advance option which I usually do...so they apparently do a $25 additional charge per day which they authorize and release when you check out. I feel that should have been disclosed but my husband might have missed that. It was not an issue...but I don't care for learning things like that after the fact. Our room was great - well arranged, came with Wi-Fi, a perfect shower head and one of the best beds I have slept on. The parking garage is shared with the apartment units next door so there is a bit of searching for parking. There is a wonderful mini store next to the lobby check - in area which has essentials like toothpaste etc, a pretty great variety of snacks (including some Haagan Daas -just sayin...they got your ass covered if you need ice cream at 3am). The fitness room has a great variety of machines, towels for you, a great water tower, and even disposable headphones. I wish the TVs and such had instructions though - took a bit to try to figure out channels and one I could not even get to turn on. The bar/lounge serves free breakfast in the AM and wow...color me impressed.Perfect eggs, perfect potatoes and bacon....glorious bacon. The second day we were sad because the potatoes were different and not as good and there was sausage which was not as good as the bacon. I did not get to try the omelette bar but it looked pretty great. They also have muffins, bagels, toast, fruit, a cereal bar, yogurt, milk and juices. It was good both days really. read more

We were in town for Cirque du Soleil and decided to stay here because of the good reviews and decent price. Upon entering, my husband said it was probably the most modern hotel he's ever been in. The atmosphere is urban-modern with touches of nature in the furniture and decorations. We appreciated the bike-themed artwork around the lobby, restaurant, and hallways. Upon entering our room for the first time, I discovered urine dribble on the top of the toilet seat and stains on the top of the coverlet. Gross, but I'm sure other hotels we've stayed at have had stains on the coverlet of the bed, they probably didn't stick out as much as these did because the coverlet was a solid color vs. having a print that would camouflage them. Our toilet also didn't flush very well and our king-size bed was really creaky. I agree with a previous reviewer in that it's probably not a kid-friendly hotel. I only saw one family, the rest were singles or couples toting laptop bags. The entire hotel is really quiet, the kind of quiet where having loud conversations and kids playing in public areas is frowned upon. They do offer a free shuttle that will take you around town (I think within a 15 mile radius) but it's not available on the weekends. The breakfast buffet was nice too, serving omelets, eggs, sausage, french toast, pancakes, and hash browns along with cereal, oatmeal, and Starbucks coffee. Overall, it's aesthetically pleasing on the surface with it's modern touches and the breakfast buffet was great, but the images of the stains on the bed and pee on the toilet seat kind of stuck with me and I'd probably research another hotel to stay at next time Cirque comes around. read more

My fiance and I stayed here on Valentine's night. Parking was easy. We were able to park in the garage and take an elevator directly to the front of the hotel which was nice because it was a little stormy. Check-in was smooth and the reception staff was extremely friendly. The lobby is sparse, modern and was very clean. Great first impression. Our room was very clean upon arrival. I was pleased with the aesthetics and size of the room. The bed was very comfortable. I had no problem connecting to the hotel's wi-fi. I liked the air conditioning/heating unit and that it wasn't a noisy below the window type. There was a digital control that was user friendly and kept us very comfortable all night. It was also nice and quiet which is a change from what I normally get in hotels. I heard a little bit of noise from the hallway. We had some neighbors that kept going in and out of the room. There were also children on the level above that we could hear running up and down the hallway from time to time. The noise seemed to die down around 9-10pm though so it was not too bothersome. We did not try to do breakfast at the hotel. Their breakfast runs from 7am-10am on the weekends and the staff advised to come down between 7-9 because it gets very busy between 9-10. Well, 7-9 is just too early for my stomach so we just skipped it for fear that it would be too busy and not that great (based on other reviews I had read). We stayed in a regular King room. If you're looking for a hotel to stay - especially long(er) term - look no further. We needed to find a place to stay for roughly a month while waiting for our home to finish being built. I'm so glad we went with Hyatt House. Firstly, the place is great. It's conveniently located and is right next to a walking trail with tons of grass for dogs and kids to play in. There are lots of businesses nearby and there's a lot of walkability to it. The hotel itself was also wonderful. They were in the middle of some sprucing up, but even still, it was worth the money. We got a one bedroom, which I can't recommend enough - especially if you're going to be there for a while. It had a separate living space from the living room, which really came in handy with our toddlers naps. There's also a kitchen (everything but an oven). There's a pool that's open way longer than I expected. The breakfast was good and always stocked. And the staff, from the front desk to the cleaning crew to the kitchen staff were always very polite, nice and accommodating. You're allowed free parking in the parking garage across the street, which is great. And honestly, I don't think I heard the elevator or our neighbors much at all in our month-long stay. One last thing - the front desk actually saved us money in the long run. They explained that if we stayed for 30 days, we would qualify for a tax break that took a good lump of money off our total. read more

This is my usual spot to stay when I travel back for work for a certain company located in Redmond, WA. I hate being away from home but the sleek, modern environment is comfortable. I love the fact that most of the rooms have kitchens and full size fridges letting me stock up at Trader Joes and eat healthier than I would normally do making something on the stove. The sofa is reallly comfortable when having to work late as is the padded headboard of the bed (with a decent mattress) when I'm stuck up till midnight preparing for a presentation in the morning... (more often than I'd like to admit :(). I've never had issues with the internet. Breakfast is great with its eggs, potatoes, and fresh fruit... Given that this place with my company rate costs roughly the same as the Courtyard Marriott it's quite the deal when business traveling (no breakfast there and soft beds). The front desk people are getting friendlier, there was a blond lady the first time who was quite unfriendly and looked with disdain at my bag of groceries as I checked in but I've fortunately had different people since who have actually been quite warm. read more

Here's your top 5: 1. King size beds are comfortable! With the dark blinds on lockdown, we had no trouble getting into deep sleep. 2. We got lucky or chosen, or both. We got a free upgrade from a regular room to a suite. It was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and spacious. A couch to put your feet up while watching watching National Lampoon's Vacation. Sounds like a plan to me. 3. Breakfast was included in the price. The breakfast was decent with some good hot and cold options. The coffee, from Seattle's best, one can't go wrong with that. 4. Parking was also free and we had no trouble finding a spot during the late nights. 5. If you're renting a car in Seattle, I highly recommend staying here. Very nice hotel located in the Redmond area. Got a good deal off Expedia that got me a deluxe studio suite on the top floor. The room came with a mini kitchen area, that was already all furnished with plates, bowls, utensils, built in stove, microwave and a fridge. There was small living area with the couch and a king sized bed with a nice walk in shower. The location of the hotel is very convenient to the highway so it's not far to get back onto the interstate from here. The hotel is also located together with other apartment buildings that share a common underground garage. The condo's look very modern from the hotel. The hotel comes with complimentary breakfast and free parking which is a BIG convenience. Breakfast is loaded which lot's of food from scrabble eggs, sausages, yam fries, make your own omlette, coffee, juice and etc. Another great thing about this location is the amenities around the area are all close by so driving or walking is very close. Also it only takes about 10 minute drive to reach Bellevue. Its a quite area and much cheaper to stay instead of finding a hotel in Bellevue or Seattle. read more

Really happy with my Hyatt stays. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom features showerhandle, so happy hair doesn't need get wet when I don't want it as in most of the North American hotels. The location is great, near by Redmond Town center, numerous restaurants and supermarkets. There is also a trail near by the hotel you can use to walk or run. Hyatt standard indeed is to offer feather pillows for its guests, if you are allergic to them as me, they will gladly replace them with regular ones. The personnel is very kind and accommodating. I've resorted to the restaurant on several occasions for dinner and it was perfectly ok. The last time approximately fifteen of us attacked hungry and thursty, unfortunately the personnel was clearly understaffed and we had to order food and drinks at the bar. Nevertheless you will get to try nice local beers and wines, my glass of white wine was generously filled, and the salmon was actually prepared pretty well. The complementary breakfast has omelettes mades of happy chicken eggs and perfectly cooked oatmeal, everything you may need to survive the first half of the day. read more

Clean, quiet and modern hotel located in Redmond. We stayed just one night with two kids in deluxe studio (King bed + sofa bed + kitchen area). Hotel provided free parking, free buffet breakfast, free Wi-Fi, free infant crib, indoor swimming pool and gym. Our kids had so much fun in the indoor swimming pool after a wonderful buffet breakfast. They watched HBO channel through big screen TV (in room) and used free Wifi. Microwave, stove, fridge in room are good for family staying. Complimentary Buffet breakfast: hot plates (scramble egg, sausage, bacon, hash brown), variety of cereals, toasts, yogurts, fruits, juices, Starbucks coffee (with Hershey chocolate caramel cream, French vanilla and half n half), Tazo tea. If you're using a corporate credit card to book or reserve a room; be prepared to potentially pay again via personal resources. I reserved a room at this hotel over the phone with a corporate American Express card as I was travelling to this area for work purposes. The representative over the phone assured me everything was in order; and all I would have to do is secure a credit card upon check in for incidentals (standard). When I actually checked-in upon arrival the front desk representatives stated that the room cannot be validated without a picture or verification of the physical card which I don't carry cause it's in possession of my administrative professionals. Not to mention, the payment for my reservation has already went through days prior. I ended up paying for the room via personal resources; and am still unsure on why I'm paying for the room twice. I understand this hotel may have certain policies put into place or legal standards to abide by; however, I think it was the breakdown in procedure that had me perturbed about this experience. The front desk staff is not empowered with the control or autonomy to provide sufficient and/or stellar customer service; they had to "call for a manager" (4 managers) which they weren't able to get a hold of any of them. In short: they couldn't validate my corporate credit card, nor find my membership information in their system upon check-in. I will not be staying at another Hyatt House or any hotel affiliated with this corporation and instead seeking other lodging accommodations with further travel to this area. read more

The area is real nice and has many convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are really clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't care for was the constant noise of the HVAC systems right outside my window. Do not get a second floor room that doesn't have the exterior. There's AC units everywhere. It was difficult to sleep because every minute someone's AC would kick on and make noise. They should sound proof the windows better. 3 stars only because of this issue. 4-5 stars if it weren't for that. read more

The location is great, however the hotel is lack luster. When I checked in it was okay (Katherine is great) she went above and beyond to help me! The WiFi doesn't work unless you are in the lobby. My room was somewhat dirty. Dog hair in the room, I am allergic to pets, the windows and mirrors were dirty, the carpet was not vacuumed well; did some cleaning myself. When you call the front desk they rush you off the phone. Some of them rush you when you are in front of them. I've been to the lobby multiple times and no staff was present at the front desk. The Hyatt House in Bellevue is much better and all of the staff is really friendly, they also call you by name when you call the front desk and when they see you in the hotel. They make your experience pleasant and personable. read more

Well, there's free parking. I was disappointed with this Hyatt based on what we paid for it and the location. Service is really slow and when we had a problem with the room, I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. When they did, they gave me what was needed for me to fix the room (first time I've had that happen in a hotel). The bed was not very comfortable either. The room size was pretty good and there was a pool for the kids, which was nice. Overall, not bad but likely other options to explore in the area. read more

Friendly staff, clean facility and a great location. VERY child and pet friendly. This is our first time here with our three little kids. (8,5,4) and out little Yorkshire Terrier. We generally don't travel with our kids so we are used to more amenities such as bellman, valet parking and room service. But for the price and the friendly staff being so welcome to our kids (Reuben at the front desk is AMAZING!) we are very pleased. We are staying in a King Suite. It has a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator with a sofa sleeper. The master room has doors and a lock for privacy for hubby and I. The downside is the bathroom is off the master bedroom so the kids have to pass through the room to use the bathroom. There is nothing special about the bathroom, shower only. The downfall to the bathroom is the shower has a half wall only. So two can not shower comfortably together and there is no privacy is someone needs to go to the bathroom while another is in the shower. We have not made it to the pool yet, but it was decent size and looked clean. Not sure if the water is warm or not! :) The WORSE part of the experience so far was the breakfast. The staff was VERY behind on keeping the food stocked, I even had to wait ten minutes for a fork! They need more staff to run this breakfast so people are not standing around waiting. Nothing came out together. You can have bacon but no eggs and no fork. You can have butter but no bread. You can have oatmeal but no bowls. They just need to better manage that system. Hopefully it was just a bad day. The hotel and it's grounds are VERY clean and quiet. All in all we are satisfied, the kids are happy and it's a good visit. Not sure if I won't look elsewhere for another child and let friendly hotel next time... Well see how the next three days go! read more

Wish I could write a better review for this place. I loved the location. The proximity to the Sammamish River trail made it great for getting in a jog. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was awesome with a stove top, dishwasher, refridgerator, microwave, and kitchen ware all provided. What ruined it for me was the highway noise and the strong pot smell coming from the other rooms. We had a non-smoking room, but several times while there the room would fill with a strong scent of marijuana smoke. I'm not sure if they have a poorly designed ventilation system that allows the smoke to pass between rooms, but it was obnoxious. read more

We are definitely staying here next time we come to the Seattle area, we had a great experience. Our room was big, beautiful, and clean. Super comfy king bed, an extra full/queen sofa bed, full kitchen (fully equipped) big closets, two tvs (wich was great) and nice shower area. Great place for families, great location also, stores and restaurants around, even within walking distance. Beautiful decor, very nice lobby area, wonderful artwork in the main floor. Free parking across from the hotel, the complementary breakfast was good, plenty of options to choose from, including an omelet bar. The kids had great time in the pool, and they have a mini store next to the check in area. One of our favorite things was the fire pit outside the bar area, the kids loved it and we had a great family time there. The staff was very friendly, we had to wait for our room to be ready and the lady apologize and told us to have a complementary snack for each of the five of us from the mini store. The only bad thing we can think of, was the strong chlorine smell when you're getting on the elevator, since it's in front of the pool area, it was very strong, but probably there's nothing they can do about it. read more
