this is my third poor smoothie in a row, it seems like people just don't give a care anymore that work there. I ordered a large I was given a medium to which the response was to throw 2 cups of ice on top of it and then give it back to me. Already overpriced, but she charged me an extra dollar or something that I don't normally get charged. I'm not really sure why my 775 smoothie was 885. Maybe it's time to hire some people that aren't partying all night on the weekends. that seems to be the hot topic usually when I'm standing there waiting for my drink. read more

I'm new to town and have been here 3 times because I was told it's amazing so I kept going back hoping each time it was just a bad day for the workers. First time my smoothie' was completely runny not thick or even a little bit thick. 2nd time they forgot the chocolate. 3rd time (and last time!!!) the smoothie was just nasty and didn't taste anything like what I asked for. Seems like kids run the place which is fine but they look hot, tired and worn out (there's no AC!!! it's so hot and stuffy) and looks like they need someone in charge to run it more smoothly and with how many customers come in there's only like 2 workers every time and they seem overwhelmed. Seems like good ingredients but execution =Gross drinks On top of it all -expensive!! I wasted too much money on this place ! Not going back or recommending to anyone read more

This has to be the friendliest staff I have encountered in such a long time. I am from out of town and came here to work on my laptop for the afternoon. They had no problem with me overstaying my welcome and getting work done for 4 hours. During that time I listened to them interact with all of the customers and couldn't believe how amazing they treated every single person! From accommodating and sitting down to chat with customers with special needs to checking on me and others throughout the day. They were so polite, so friendly, and really made every person that walked in feel special!! Plus my smoothie was delicious. I told them the flavors I gravitate towards and they made me something special. I loved it. Very Affordable. This $6 smoothie would have cost me $20 in LA. Just giving them the shoutout they very much deserve. read more

The smoothies are great and really fill you up, but they never answer the phone. The girls are usually nice but I come here at least once a week and i always call but have never had the phone answered. I come on lunch break a lot so I try to call in my order to save time but it always gets hung up. I'd love to leave a five star review but until the phone situation changes that won't happen:( read more

Oof. All I'm going to say is that the customer service at this location has been crappy for a while...but when they denied my gift card that was really it for me. They wouldn't take it because they failed to get a functioning reader, which they even told me they knew about. Any other place would have gladly given me my drink anyway. I can get past that. What I can't get past, is how rude they are at this location. I've never had a nice conversation with anyone that works here. West side is 100% better, like night and day. I'll stay with the west side location now, and hopefully the East side can get their crap together and maybe invest in some basic customer service training. read more

The problem with Emerald smoothies is that most of the fruit smoothies aren't really healthy because they are loaded with sugar. These smoothies are made with fruit in syrup, not fresh fruit. As a result, the empty carb count is sky high and not so good for you. I have quit taking my kids here. Emerald City Smoothie if your listening: 1. Quit peddling your fruit smoothies as healthy fruit smoothies -- they are fruit with syrup smoothies. 2. Start using more fresh fruit or create a fresh fruit option. read more

Great smoothies ~ service is hit and miss~ one particular employee is usually always rude and short ~ but otherwise great drink!

This location isn't nearly as good as the west side. Very lethargic employees on a Thursday afternoon. They weren't friendly or loud enough to hear, I had to start the conversation. Smoothie was great, customer service, not so much. read more

The smoothies are good, but I literally got the worst service in my life. I went there with my mom and her boyfriend just 5 mins ago, and was completely dissatisfied with the service... I ordered my mom and I both a "vegan dream" and asked for size small. When they handed us our smoothies they were both medium, and they had clearly charged us for the size we didn't want.. When I said something to the girl working, in the hopes that she would make it correct she was beyond condescending and proceeded to tell me that they don't make those smoothies in a size small.. which I know not to be true considering I have gotten the same smoothie once before in a small. Needless I will not be going back, and when I told the girls working that they said "good." And when I mentioned I would be calling the manager the girl said "I'm sure he would love to hear that." Was sooo dissatisfied considering I really liked the smoothies and it was only my second time going there... definitely won't be returning and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more
