From being there for a few minutes, everything was fine. The establishment was clean. No complaints. Service (4/5): You place your order at the counter and they call your name when your drink is ready. They made my smoothie quickly. A job well done. Food (N/A): They have some snacks, but I grabbed a smoothie and that's it. Drinks (4/5): My go-to order whenever I go to Smoothie King is the Caribbean Way. A little tropical flavor. I followed the instructions and Sheldon reached out to me via email regarding the visit that following day. I responded to the email via phone call and let them know about the experience; I let them know that I didn't necessarily want a refund, I just wanted a new bowl, done correctly, and Sheldon did just that for me! I was able to get my Island Pitaya bowl, made by Sheldon himself, and I'm very happy with this experience! The bowl was done correctly! Not watery and soup-like, like the previous one, and delicious! I went right up front and spoke to the employee about their recommendations and how everything worked. I signed up for their loyalty club and placed an order for a fruit smooth (Tropical Strawberry consisting of strawberry, pineapple, orange, and banana though I left out the banana). It was ready quite quickly and was very tasty and fruity. Paradise Juice is locally owned and has been in service since 2000 as the blend fresh fruits, vegetables, and superfoods into energizing and vibrant drinks. Their mission is to serve real, refreshing goodness. They serve seasonal smoothies, superfood smoothies, super smoothies, Valley favorite smoothies, fruit smoothies, vegetable juices, acai bowls, sandwiches and wraps, breakfast items, salads, bakery items, and more. This is one of two Paradise Juice locations (with the other being in Arcadia). Ambiance (N/A): Since Dutch Bros Coffee is drive-through only, ambiance isn't really part of the experience. Service (4.5/5): Since it was my first time at Dutch Bros, I had a couple of questions. They did a great job answering my questions, getting my order complete quickly, and being friendly. Overall, a great drive through experience. Food (N/A): No food for me on this visit, and to be honest, I don't even thing they have food. Unless I'm remembering incorrectly. Drinks (4/5): Kind of ironic that I went to a spot with "Coffee" in the title yet I don't drink coffee. What's awesome about Dutch Bros is that they have a lot of beverage options outside of coffee: teas, lemonades, and energy drinks. No matter what way you go, you can customize your order. They have different flavor additions and toppings to choose from (including popping boba). Quite ironically yet again, I went with the vampire slayer addition (I'm a vampire) and mango popping boba. Those additions were added to a frosted lemonade. Refreshing drink. The customization (though there are extra charges) and the creativity of them is what I enjoyed the most.
