Walked in and got smacked in the face with the smell of sewage. Approached the counter where a male and female employee were too busy watching a softball game on TV to even greet us. I said "hi" to the girl and we were completely ignored. They just kept watching the game as we stood there feeling invisible and almost walked out. Finally, the male came over and said "so what are we thinking?" We told him this was our first time in and asked for a good shake for post workout and he pointed at the board and said "yeah, we have that it's called the post workout shake." My friend asked about a pb&j shake and he explained it so she ordered it, I asked what's popular and ordered the peanut butter chocolate. He made a strawberry banana shake for my friend (not what she ordered but still tasty) but got mine right. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the shakes were really delicious. Hopefully they can fix their plumbing and customer service problem. It was very off putting for a first time customer. P.S. to management/owners: the sun was really intense at around 7 p.m. and blinding your employees. Honestly, I'd be miserable too. Maybe a shade to block the sun for them will make them happier and able to actually see customers as they walk in. read more

Bought a container of protein, less than a week ago, was concerned about the type of protein, so took back to the store - UNOPENED. Found another one, wanted to keep my business there so asked if I could swap, the answer was no. Said that the only way I could swap was if I could prove with an itemized receipt that I bought it from there. Normally, I wouldn't have a problem but all I had was my credit card receipt. Which meant going all the way back home, trying to find the printed receipt, a huge pain in the ass. However, to still be a good sport, I purchase the new protein and then I'm told that I wouldn't be able to get a refund, or swap that I could only get store credit. I'm a business owner who really tries to give great customer as without them we go to have a business, I don't think swapping an unopened container of protein would have killed you guys. He walked me over to the exact product I was looking for and broke it down in ways I was able to understand. Even picked out the best flavor for me. As far as the protein shakes go, he also recommended a couple shakes and shared which ones were popular. I chose the chocolate peanut butter. Very good! Not too thick which I like and very flavorful. Also, the selection is quite small when buying supplements. It's enough to get you what you need, but small for the person looking for low key brands. We had been out walking the canal on a hot day wjen we happened to walk by. We were a bit hungry, and had dinner plans later that night, so, we thought a Smoothie would be perfect. This place has a wide variety, but I am dairy free. I asked which smoothie contained no dairy, and was pleasantly surprised when she said they are ALL dairy free. I ordered an Almond Joy, and while it was being prepared the server gave us a cup of ice with tea extract in the cup. Told us to help ourselves to one of their drinks while we waited. We chose the pineapple-orange and enjoyed while waiting for the smoothie. The flavor was pretty much spot on, but the soy protein powder they mixed in made it a bit gritty. I have been to multiple one stop location and this one by far has the most attentive employees working there. The minute that I walked in they asked me how they can help me and I let them know I was interested in new pre-workouts. From there the young man working there was incredibly knowledgeable on all the products. He knew about the ingredients within the & was able to explain them in depth and the effects that they would have on my body. Being new with pre-workout, this was so so appreciated. On top of the great customer service here, this specific location has a much larger variety than others when it comes to all products in my opinion. I usually LOVE one stop nutrition and go there at least once a week for a slimmer shake when I don't have time to eat before class. This location is the WORST!!!!!!!! The staff was rude, the girl up front had a bitchy attitude, the employers were talking and joking about meeting up at LA Fitness instead of interacting with customers and or concentrating on what they are doing. If I can give the a negative 5star I would. The service was horrible and the employee was rude. This is the second time that I purchase from them and the first time was product opened. It was lete at I was tired, when I got home to try the product it was opened already the plastic seal outside was sealed but the pressure cover I side was already rip and clearly it has been used already. I called and the were close already (just my luck) I came back the next morning and exchange it but instead of taking the credit and exchange it, I got nothing. After 2 years I decided to come back and start workingout again and I need a preworkout. It was right next to my gym so i bought what the recommended which is BAMP BLACK and PUM OCALYPSE and took 1.5 scoop with 1scoop stack and NOTHING. I workout with no energy. The next day I separated them and took 1.5 of Bump Black and 15 min after I took the Pump ocalypse... once again Nothing. I went back to the store and spoke to the employee and this guy is a punk because Instead of talking to me like a customer, this is what happen... I explained what was the issue and his answer was well if that doesn't work for you NOT MY PROBLEM... I ask for his manager and or the corporate # and his answer was well, I have no phone # for you. I had to ask the manager name 3 times and he finally told me his manager name was Tyler Gregg, but he's not around. I spend $125.00 and I cant get answer. Don't know if the guys that work here are just lazy or stupid every time I go in for a shake I add oats and they don't put it in. Then when I ask them to add it in after they hand me my shake they add no oats. I will now drive all the way to north Scottsdale one stop and get my shake where they actually listen to the order instead of chop it up with other people in store while they make my shake.
