I have only been here twice, but each time the customer service has been PHENOMENAL from these young kids. Very refreshing to see how kind and hard working they are. I work in food service and have worked drive through service before, and it's draining, yet these employees still make sure you leave with a smile. The first time I came, I told her it was my first time in and she gave me five extra rewards points (keeps me coming back ;) ). This most recent time, the gentleman misheard be through the speaker box, and I had requested a 32oz, and he rung me up for a 24oz. As he said the order, I let him know I'd like the 32, and he said "oh I'll make it for ya but I'll charge you for the 24" :)!! This review isn't about the free upgrade or the extra points, but rather about how they just immediately were so gracious with it when I didn't even ask. Not only is the customer service amazing, but so are the smoothies. Highly recommend the Mango Berry (I added caffeine). Whoever the two boys were that were working on 4/23 @ 5:30pm, they were super sweet and kind. Great job you guys Edit: I would also like to add to this review so others can be aware, the kids in there are working really hard and you may have to wait a little bit but that's OK. I waited probably 10 total minutes in the drive-through. I've seen some reviews saying 15 to 20, and I know some people can exaggerate just when they're upset, but I'd like people to keep in mind that it's not easy working these drive-through jobs when you have a lobby, drive-through, and most likely DoorDash and Uber orders coming through. I regret to say that my recent experience at your establishment was far from satisfactory. Despite placing an online order for three smoothies, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes upon arrival. Remarkably, within just 5 minutes of my arrival, another customer received their order, leaving me next in line with no other patrons present. Despite reassurances from your staff that my order would be ready shortly, it became apparent that this was not the case. After 10 additional minutes of waiting, I even offered to modify my order to expedite the process, only to be told that such action was unnecessary as the employees were still "reviewing recipe menus." Regrettably, due to the excessive wait time and apparent lack of urgency displayed by your young staff members, I was compelled to cancel my order and leave. It was disconcerting to witness such inefficiency and apparent cluelessness in a business setting. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and implement measures to improve your service and staff training to ensure a more pleasant experience for future customers. Now time to figure out to get my $30 refund because the employees said I had to call in and request that. read more

Waited there for 15-20 minutes before even being acknowledged. The store was completely empty. Waited another while before she even asked what I needed. When I asked how much protein was in a specific smoothie she couldn't answer. Holy incompetence... we went through the drive thru to grab a quick smoothie (one with protein 24 ounce for my husband, one without protein split in half for our kids). Should have been pretty simple.. When we got to the window a blonde in a crop top handed us one 16 ounce beverage. Nothing else. When we tried to correct so we could get the drinks we ordered she acted like it our fault and closed the window with attitude. When she came back she charged us $1.25 for the extra cup (so our young kids could split the smoothie without protein). Then didn't even split it for us. Anyway! Açaí bowl is not good. They have $9 on menu but charged over $11 when I got to the window. I told them that wasn't the correct amount and they just said they haven't updated their menu. I'm pretty sure that's a violation and advertised prices should be honored. Worst part is the bowl did not taste good at all. Frozen berries instead of fresh. Holy wow! I was in the "Sheaborhood" and had to stop in for a smoothie. Contemplating how to cope w my crappy mood.. I was craving and ice cold Ohso beer but, instead said... nah.. u are what you drink and decided let's be fun & fruity. I order the "Pineapple Passion" smoothie with pea protein powder and coconut milk. It was delicious! This is my new meal replacement spot. Ohhh.. and they have a drive through. The young lady on duty was so helpful in selecting a low sugar smoothie and made a few suggestions to get me on the road to calming down my mouth. This place has awesome bowls, but when it comes to the shakes, not good at all. Last time I was there I ordered "the builder" and it tasted like pure peanut butter! Don't get me wrong I love peanut butter but this was just pure thick peanut butter shake. I didn't want to get a bad impression for the first shake so I thought I give them a second chance with the smoothie so today I ordered a "slim n fit shake" and it tasted like pure banana, literally felt like I was eating banana pudding, was not in a smoothie consistency. I discovered them right after having a baby, their drive thru enticed me as it meant I didn't have to deal with loading and unloading baby!
