Tech showed up and said he has never dealt with water hammer in house because of sprinklers and advised me sprinklers are supposed to shut on and off quickly. They checked pressure on my house after I asked if they could at least do that. They then advised me that I was over the hour time and would have to charge me another 1/4 hour. They charged me $212.50 for a pressure check and conversation about how they have never dealt with water hammer in house and don't know what to suggest. i asked them to make sure their boss knows I am not happy and they advised they would let him know first thing in the morning. It has been over 24 hours and I have received no contact from them. Stay away. They just want your money.

He did not call ahead of time and did not respond to my text asking if he needed to reschedule. I tried calling, and he would not pick up nor would he return my call. I had my wife call from her phone and he picked up, apologized and said he was embarrassed about the lack of promptness or customer service. We set another time for him to come out. I even marked the spot with a small red flag. The day came and went, he was a no show again. Now he won't respond to either of us, via text or email, or phone call. I have to assume he does not want to consider warranty work, if that's what it turned out to be. If you check his bio on Yelp, he references wanting to build good customer relationships and offer quality, reliable service. After our recent experiences I'd have to give Brandon and Better Earth a solid F minus, maybe even a zero. The funny thing is, when he came out this past summer he asked me why I've used so many different irrigation companies in the past few years. I told him it was because of reliability and honest service. Now we are having to mark Better Earth Solutions off our list and while they can do good work, I'd not recommend them to anyone. I even sent him a few notes about writing a negative review but wanted to give him a chance to "make it right" before I did. His silence spoke volumes. If you are looking for an irrigation company, I'd say hard pass on Better Earth.
