My first issue was that I never got a call to inform me of this and second, the price had changed. The scheduler then proceeded to tell me the reason for the change was because the guy doing the work had not seen the back yard. Who provides a quote without looking at the whole yard?! I understand it's a business and they charge a set fee however the 2 hrs they were late and the unplanned repeat trip more than accounts for $25 of my time. Aside from these issues, the work was good and I'd use them again BUT I'd make sure to have them give me a full walk thru of the work completed to ensure total resolution and satisfaction.
