My daughter and I went to Emerald Republic for their free Bar Bingo. We shared a delicious and very reasonably priced pizza (especially for a food truck). A 14" Pizza is just $13 and each topping is $1 more. They make "beer shrooms" (that they sauté with Emerald Republic beer... and are so yummy) as a topping, and they were phenomenal! We got pepperoni, beer shrooms, roasted red peppers, and roasted garlic. The roasted garlic was a little pungent for my taste, but it was still very good. The service was amazing! Olivia was our bartender, and she was soooo friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the beers and made us feel at home. As for the beers... we just LOVED their There & Back Again Hefeweizen & the award winning Gozen Cherry Sour. Both were perfectly poured, cold, fresh and crisp! They also offer a full bar if beer isn't your thing. This place is very clean, with a cool decor, and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. They do lots of specials (including a Taylor Swift themed Galentine's Day coming up on 2/13/25). The people are so nice, so come out and support them in a super chill atmosphere! read more

The drinks are great and the food truck out front "A Rustyc Spoon" has some good meal options. The price is a bit high for the portions but it's a food truck and typically that's how it goes when you order from a truck. I do suggest going and getting a drink above all you won't regret it. Great beer! We got a flight of six. These guys really are generous with the pours. Maybe 3+ ounces per glass. So you get 18+ ounces in a flight of six. Honestly, all their beers were true to style and quite good. They have a sour that was out. I would love to try it. Otherwise all was great! Definitely I would come back. read more

Although they only have one IPA, overall a good brewery to check out with friends. Outdoor seating area is perfect for bringing large groups of friends as they have couches and tv screens. In terms of food, the actual brewery does not sell any but they usually have a food truck at the entrance that will deliver your food to your table! Parmesan Truffle Fries were too salty. read more

The setting is stellar. The music is phenomenal and the BBQ food truck is outstanding. This is definitely an Uber place, because you'll want to try every beer. This place offers total relaxation with out the Thai message. Just watching the master brewer do his art inspired me to buy merch, it was Tee shirt galore. This place is amazing, for starters the design of the place has such a warm feelings and the Gozen is probably my absolute favorite beer here. I'm not big on beer because I feel as if they all taste the same with the same "beer taste" but this beer right here I can drink and I loved every bit of I also really enjoy the frozé it has such a great flavor and one of the best I've had by far. The bartender Josiah was very knowledgeable about the beers and was super friendly. He treated me and everyone else that walked up to the bar as if they were friends/family. Of the several breweries in and around Pensacola there are two that stand head and shoulders abound the rest. Of those remaining two I would have to put emerald republic as the best. Every beer was top notch and made with a level of quality that is seen nowhere else in the area. The New England ipas where delicious, easily up there with some of the best I've had outside of actually being in New England. Although ipas are my thing I did sample a couple other styles and could tell they had the same quality. A bonus that they had some guest taps from a cool Mississippi brewery. Definitely looking forward to making it back someday! read more

Well if your into a demonic themed brewery then this is your ticket. Lots of dark art that is disturbing. The bathroom situation is not good; two heads for an entire establishment of people consuming beer. The beer is good. Dogs welcome. Live band was nice. Plenty of parking. Couldn't get over the dark vibe so I'll take my business elsewhere and won't be back. read more

Have been here twice. Cool space, concept and has a food truck on site. We've been once during a public event, and once during a private event because we loved our first experience so much. Love the owner, but the younger male bartender with long hair has the worst attitude. Maybe he's a manager? Not entirely sure, but during our pre-paid private event, he mocked me under his breath for wanting to try something on tap before I used my only drink token. Made everyone only allowed one token, and then later in the evening told people that they could not use another if there were extras. The friend who requested a private venue disclosed that they not request for people to only be allowed one token. Another friend of mine spent an extra $80 to have a round of second drinks to a few people on a $1500 prepaid private event, knowing there were extra tokens still unused. Hoping this gets resolved for future parties! read more

I like the location...as it's easy to get to and there is plenty of parking all around Emerald Republic. The inside is very nice...industrial but, very cool! The outside biergarten is absolute amazballs!! It is huge and has plenty of tables with umbrellas. In addition, there is axe throwing! Highly recommend!! read more

I absolutely loved it here!! My boyfriend and I went on a double date here early on a Saturday afternoon. It was just getting busy so we were able to look around and keep 6 feet away from other people. Inside the bar area is very open with tables and the bar is so clean and tidy with the menus easily accessible. We both did a flight so we were able to try all of the beers and I also got one of the mixed drinks which was amazing!! The waitress there was so nice and explained the beers to us without being impatient. After we got our drinks we went to the other room that had some games and some old fashion arcade games which was so fun! Afterwards we went outside to play corn hole which was a great time as well. Overall I HIGHLY recommend this brewery. read more

This is by far the best brewery in Pensacola! They have a great selection. Very comparable to breweries in San Diego or Asheville! Great environment and overall vibe. Definitely get the Guy Cream Ale from here. Totally 5 stars!!! read more
