In summary, I was very impressed with the physical therapists expertise and their ability to adapt my treatment plan to my specific physical condition. They listened to my goals regarding the level of physical activity I wanted to achieve, continually challenged me, and provided encouragement along the way. They were also flexible, if for whatever reason I was having a bad day, adapted my workout for that day. Upon my graduation, I was given a comprehensive exercise program to do at home to maintain the strength I had developed. My therapist walked me through the material which also included videos of the movements. Starting at the front desk Sherri was always so helpful and worked closely to ensure I was able to schedule all my therapy sessions. Sherri was especially helpful when I needed to change days and time. She always greeted me by name and was so upbeat. All the Physical Therapists I dealt with were incredible. Collectively they were always positive and took a genuine in my progress. I am convinced I would not have progressed as well as I did without John, Maggie, Victoria, Brent, Brannon and the rest of the Physical Therapists. My former dermatologist at another practice refuse to remove it because it would leave a tiny scar on my back. I didn't care about a small scar, but he wouldn't do it. Mary agreed to remove it and immediately took care of it with her amazing assistant. She and her assistant were awesome and professional. I felt so comfortable and heard. I would highly recommend Mary - just be prepared to wait in the waiting room for a bit.

Instead of having prescriptions filled at the appropriate time following her initial consult, they said they sent it to the pharmacy, but nothing was ever received by the pharmacist. When asked again to send the prescriptions, they sent 1 of 2 to the pharmacist. It took them until less than a week before the procedure to send only 1 of the 2 necessary prep medications to the pharmacist and, as of the time writing this, we're still having issues getting the other medication less than a day ahead of the procedure. Highly, highly recommend a different clinic if possible.
