In summary, I was very impressed with the physical therapists expertise and their ability to adapt my treatment plan to my specific physical condition. They listened to my goals regarding the level of physical activity I wanted to achieve, continually challenged me, and provided encouragement along the way. They were also flexible, if for whatever reason I was having a bad day, adapted my workout for that day. Upon my graduation, I was given a comprehensive exercise program to do at home to maintain the strength I had developed. I'm super bummed and disappointed. I went in for an adjustment based on a add I saw on Facebook. I…read morethought this included x-rays and an adjustment. I was wrong it only included the X-rays. This is why I'm upset and disappointed.... I went in thinking I would have an adjustment. I was told they needed to review my X-rays first. This made since to me. I asked when I made my follow up appointment if I'd get an adjustments I was told yes. Then I asked how much will it be? I was told "you already paid and next time you'll have an adjustment". I waited a week for my following appointment. Based off my questions that were asked I thought I would be having an adjustment. Wrong! They just went over the X-rays with me. They told me what I already knew, I just thought the X-rays helped the doctor see what was going on. I then asked about my adjustment and they said they would see if they could squeeze me in! What the heck?? I thought that was why I came back for my second appointment. Last thing I want with an adjustment is to be squeezed in. I made an appt and asked about an adjustment. Why would I be squeezed in. I also wouldn't of made a second appointment and wasted my time and day if I knew they were just going over X-rays with me. I could care less about the X-rays. I've gone to a lot of chiropractors. I'm a loyal client and I've never been this upset. I actually got in the car and cried. I was in pain and needed an adjustment. I already waited two weeks between the two appointments. So that means it takes three weeks to finally get an adjustment. I wish I never went there. I also wish I got my $50 dollars back. It was a complete waste of my money, and time. I got zero out of my two visits. So now I have to find a new chiropractor. Get re-evaluated. I don't mind spending the money but I don't appreciate being scammed into wasteful appointments. The communication needed to be more clear. When I asked how much the following appt would be...they should have said after the X-rays it's this much $ next time for an adjustment. Then I would of scheduled the adjustment and paid. I'm so unhappy about this. I left with no adjustment, still in pain, and with knowledge I already knew based off other doctors. I'm new to town and my body hurts after moving. Three weeks in and i still haven't been adjusted and I'm still in pain and not had any relief from a chiropractor. I've never experienced anything like this. Argh I'm so irritated. I recommend being clear in your questions and maybe even having them write it down. Otherwise you'll waste your time and money too. Oh! I also explained this to the offer manager nicely. Their way of making the situation "feel better" just made it worse. At least to me. She tried telling me the front desk people were new. That was weird because when I asked those question she and dr. Andrews were there looking at the schedule. So no mam' you had poor communication with my clear questions!

This time, following my hip replacement, I was lucky enough to find Restore. Although my previous experiences were positive, these guys are just the best. Stephen and his crew keep things light but very professional. They are encouraging and demanding when needed. Everything about it was a positive experience.

This was a very concerning experience. During our visit, we were initially placed in Room 1 for…read morebasic check-up procedures and instructed by staff to remain there until we were directed to move to another exam room to see the doctor. We were leave our belongings behind in room 1, including over $800 in cash. (The examination room was private and under the office's control, not a public waiting area or lobby.) Within minutes of being moved, when we returned, those belongings were no longer there. What made the situation worse was how the matter was handled. There was no meaningful effort to secure the area, no clear investigation, and our concerns were dismissed. One staff member was dismissive, despite another staff member who was doing our check up confirming that the belongings were seen in the room. We did not receive any follow-up or resolution after contacting by the letter and even we was call in the office regarding responsibility and Compensation for damages. all we get back was unprofessional yelling and screaming from that doctor phone call conversation because we calling for case update information. We also reported the incident to law enforcement, but without cooperation or clear evidence from the facility, the matter was not resolved. In addition, the consultation with the doctor was unprofessional. The exam room door was left open, there was no privacy, and communication was done while the doctor remained focused on a computer screen rather than direct patient interaction, which made the visit uncomfortable. Patients should be able to trust that their personal property is safe during a medical visit, especially when following staff instructions, and that they will be treated with basic professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that level of care and accountability was not demonstrated here. Based on this really worst experience i ever have with doctor visit and never thing this going to happen with my entire family primary care doctor, I would not recommend this office.
