We purchased our pool in 2021. Our pool is 35' with the deep end at just over 6'. The week after install, our pump stopped working. We called Aqua Haven to be told we would need to contact a repair person. When we attempted to set up regular service, we were told they didn't have availability. When it was time to close the pool, we were told they didn't availability. When we reopened the pool this spring, it had "floated," due to a leak. When we contacted the service department at Aqua Haven, Cody took the case and told us within days that our warranty was void because we used someone else to close the pool. We contacted multiple other repair companies and were quoted absurd amounts to fix our four year old pool. We are having it removed instead. 50+K for a few summers of swimming. Aqua Haven has great service until the day after install. Then you are on your own. Know what you are getting into. read more

I'm very pleased with my recent pool install!! Initially, we were going to install it in OKC. Then we moved to Durant. They accommodated the new location without any issue. Start to finish was 10 days! The family is enjoying the pool and we opted for the heater to extend the season. Their entire staff was professional and courteous. We ordered a spa in summer of 1924 from the show they had at the Fair Grounds. It had to be custom made as we could not have magnets in it. Could not accept until summer of 1925 due building our new home. Said they would keep it on the showroom floor until we could take delivery. Each time we went by the showroom to let them know where we were in the phase of building it was setting on the showroom floor. When I called to tell them we were ready for it I was told they had bad news. The news was it got damaged on the show room floor and they had to order another one and it would be delivered to the show room in about 2 weeks. That it would be the 1925 model and all it had on it. When it was delivered it was not the same spa we had ordered. They said it was what I ordered and if I wanted the a different one it would cost me $1000.00 to deliver and 80 day delivery time. They could have cared less that what I had was wrong. They sent a grey one and I hate gray and would have never ordered it. Of course I had signed the papers when ordered but they never told me the name of the color of it when I purchased it. Someone had to write down the wrong color. I know for a fact the wrong one was delivered but they would not budge! Don't trust them as they don't seem to care if the customer is satisfied or not! read more

Horrible experience with Aqua Haven. Kim Wigley sold us a hot tub on March 16, 2021, paid $3100.00 down. Assured by Kim should be in this summer, worst case scenario at the very latest October. Called to check on purchased hot tub, told by their sales manager Rocky, looking at December now, unless we want to pay more money??? We were in Texas this last weekend, and same hot tub is available. Tried to get a refund on our down payment since it's looking like winter 2021-2022, even though we were misled and told would definitely arrive sooner, we would be out of pocket over $2500.00 should we choose to request a refund, on the purchased hot tub, we have yet to receive. Complaint filed with BBB for misleading advertising, we will update this review should Aqua Haven make things right. read more

Purchased a spa cover online in February 2024. A cover was received in mid March 2024, but not the cover that was ordered (and the cover received is not usable with our spa). Husband contacted vendor and they admitted their mistake. We were then told that the cover we ordered is not made by the manufacturer they use (even though website allowed the order). As such, they stated they would have to order the correct cover directly from master spas (which would be more expensive) and that it would be no extra charge to us. They even specified they would have the order "expedited" to us. As of today, 17 May 2024, we still do not have a cover. Each week, for the last 5 weeks, Carrie has explained one issue or another but we would have it "next week". During this 5-week span my husband has requested repeatedly that the owner call him directly. No call from owner has ever been received. Additionally, there have been outright lies told regarding the status of the cover. Just last week, Carrie relayed the correct cover was delivered by Master Spas to their warehouse and was to be picked up by their freight company on Monday, 13 May 2024 and we would have the cover within the week. Today, husband called again since there is still no cover. He was now told the freight company attempted to pick up the cover from Master Spas but there was an issue with the Bill of Laden. Hmmmm, if the cover was in your warehouse, why would they be picking it up from Master Spas?! We have been beyond patient and understanding (my husband more than me). The lady that helped us today was very kind. However, the man, Brian, that came out and talked to us was a condescending, Jack ass. When we bought our tub, they didn't give us some of the equipment that we were told would come with it. We spent over $10,000 on this hot tub. I called several times, was always sent to service, would leave a message and then never got called back. So today we went into ask them for it and Brian, who was sent out to "help us," talked to us like we were complete morons, as tho we were making things up. We were about to buy some other things for the hot tub, but left it there and will not be back. Don't buy from them. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. read more

These guys are very nice until your $10k check is written for hot tub. It was delivered by very nice guys. However, when the cover was installed they drilled holes in wrong place not allowing cover to mount correctly. They left holes in the sides of our tub that looked ugly on the side on our expensive hot tub. We were told they would replace the side panel the mounting attempt was made in and get it installed correctly. We have now called every week for 8 weeks and have been told by very nice receptionist that "Ryan" the owner would be given the message. Each week we are told the same thing and cannot get him to return our calls. It appears that this company is great until they get your check for hot tub then they do not care about whether it was installed correctly or whether or not the customer is satisfied. We loved the manufacturer we met at Home and Garden show that sold us hot tub. I wish we could have purchased from him directly so we didn't have to deal with Aqua Haven. Horrible Experience and they have made no attempt at making it right. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR NEW SPA!!! They may be fine to run by and grab supplies but for the big money - spend it somewhere else. read more

We bought a hot tub just a lil over a year ago. There has been some sort of malfunction with 1 of the pumps or mother board. We called to get an appointment. Unfortunately we were 2 weeks out, but we agreed. Since our hands are tied. They are the only ones that can work on our hot tub according to the warranty. So... what's a person to do other than accept? Here we are 2 weeks later. We were given a 9:15 appointment. First on the route according to Aqua Haven. My husband scheduled off for this appointment. Waited 45 min. Finally get a call. The only person available to work on it has called in sick. Well... that is your first mistake as a business. NEVER have only 1 employee that is capable. So... we are told it will be tomorrow... supposedly. Not sure how they can guarantee this... since he called in sick. Who's to say he won't be sick again tomorrow? So... as before... my husband will have to schedule off AGAIN. Just for the hope is this fella showing up. Do these people think scheduling off time is free? It costs him time. They know how a fiberglass pool is supposed to be installed. Fiberglass is great; comes in a ton of sizes, colors and shapes and the main reason we've always had one is because they are easy to care for and don't eat chemicals. AquaHaven offers the best installation package and their crews are top notch. Biggest plus is they picked up their trash and respected our property while they were here. The pool came out perfect and they performed everything they said they would. A pool is an investment, and you want to be sure it's done right. Call them and then compare. read more
