I had gone to another local dentist before seeing Dr. Yigit. My husband had a tooth extracted recently and had recommended him to me. My daughter also had a positive experience with their hygienist. So I was next - as I had a crown that had started to fall apart. I was in his office just over an hour. He is very energetic and works side by side with his wife assisting him. He is kind but honest with his patients. He has over 30 years of experience! He truly is an "emergency" dental. I got to see Dr. Yigit "in action". I trust his judgement and ability to handle whatever issue relating to teeth that could come up. I came here today to get my wisdom teeth removed, I would not recommend anyone to come here to get it removed if you have a low pain tolerance. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and asked some questions regarding the procedure; whoever I was speaking to on the phone had told me that he does not use sedation but he does use some type of numbing and anesthesia before doing the procedure. I came in not only he was rough when injecting the numbing fluid into my mouth but I was wide awake. Uncomfortable and scared because I was told something different. I recommend anyone not to come here, I will not be coming back to get my other two wisdom teeth removed. He was rough and fast when it came to me which I honestly don't like. The doctor who's name I'm assuming is Dr.Yigit showed a complete lack of basic courtesy or professionalism. No greeting, no "good morning," nothing. I was already nervous about having my wisdom teeth removed, and the first thing he said to me was, in a condescending tone, "You're a big girl. Go." This was not the first time he had been rude. I did not feel safe or respected at all, and he refused to allow my friend to accompany me. I understand that dental procedures can make patients anxious, and if sedation like laughing gas isn't provided, a little empathy and proper communication is essential. Because of this, I chose not to go through with the procedure and left the office. Nice young lady at the front was the most pleasant thing I experienced in my whole time in being there, reassuring me that I would be fine. Doctor needs to learn from her. The pressure to make decisions with a tooth ache was awful. My opinion is that they rush you to buy their products instead of taking the freaking tooth out and then discuss cosmetic procedures. Never again. I found my dentist already and I will not be back. I do not recommend this place. read more

I went to this place as a desperate attempt to fix my two molars that have holes in them. The dentist there kept telling me that I have no pain when I clearly couldn't stand him shoving his sharp tool into the hole in my tooth. I understand him being concerned of my wisdom teeth that were growing in but the pain was coming from my molars. He proceeded to give me attitude when I kept telling him I did have pain so in the end I just left. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and quick to check me in, I'll give them that. That dentist needs to be more understanding instead of making people feel bad. Take my review as a grain of salt. read more

On a Sunday morning I called for extreme wisdom tooth pain (not impacted) Dr. Yigit texted me and did a quick text consultation. Within the hour of contact I was sitting in his chair. I was there for no longer than 15-20 min. He was very pleasant, friendly, and fast. 100% painless. And very fair priced for the Sunday emergency visit. I had a severe tooth ache for the last 48 hours due to a deteriorating tooth in my mouth that needed to be pulled for a while. I haven't slept because the pain was so excruciating. I also recently just lost my dental insurance. I quickly searched emergency dental offices, found this one and read the reviews. The woman was very nice over the phone and answered all my questions being that this would be my first dentist visit without insurance. When I got to the clinic , the wait time was very small and dr. Yigit took one look at my tooth and knew exactly what to do. As soon as the numbing anesthetic kicked in it took him 10 secs to pull my tooth out. Did I mention the procedure was under 300$. No pain! They have 2 offices. 1 here. Other in Lantana Fl. I got a callback to come to lighthouse on N US 1. And was told the Dr. Was Not in yet, he's stuck in traffic. But will be there shortly. Then Lantana office which is a hour away. Didn't know that at the time I agree to appointment BTW. Calls push my appointment up. When I realized how far they are I was forced to cancel. So I go the light house on US1. Only to see they are closed. When I called, the receptionist tells me. Oh you are a long time patient so we thought u would wanna come here. I never even been on their property before. Never laid eyes on 1 staff. She apologize. But that doesn't give me back my time, gas, or give comfort to the agonizing pain I'm in. Then I asked why would u have me come a hour out my way. When I could of came to your office not far from my home while they were still open. I mean you do have my address since I'm your patient right? Dog wont hunt! Smh. She was fibbing. They don't have any history on me. So how could u assume? Why would u just assume? Any professional would have gotten that type of info correct. She said it's miscommunication. I call it plain LAZY. Sign says open 7 days a week. But they will be closed tomorrow. Can I say how wonderful this facility and staff are? I went to this office many year ago when they were on sample road in Pompano Beach. Now they have a breathtaking facility on federal hwy in lighthouse point right off of sample road. I called to schedule because of severe pain and scheduled for a Saturday and the receptionist was very honest and said that Saturdays are a little hectic just to understand there is a wait time. I went ahead and scheduled but the pain was getting worse and they told me to just come in. I have a 3 almost 4 month old little boy with me and have to pick up my older son from kindergarten by 2pm and it was 12:30 when I arrived. She took my x rays and helped with baby while doctor looked at my teeth ended up being I have 3 wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. So me thinking great multiple visits back and forth to the dentist I'm going to be crazy the next few weeks but that was not the case! The dentist said I'll take two too out today and the other one tomorrow! I looked at the clock it was 1pm and all I could think about was picking up my oldest from school. He told me don't worry we'll have you out soon. He numbed me with local and pulled out two top wisdom teeth and gave me two prescriptions for pain and etc. I went in the next morning and he numbed my bottom wisdom tooth area and then took me to the hygienist to have my teeth cleaned and then back to him for my bottom wisdom tooth removal. I had my son with me the baby both times. In two days I had 3 teeth extracted and a thorough cleaning and I go in Friday for one cavity to be taken care of. He is incredible at what he does and he gets the job done and correctly! My biggest thing is multiple trips to the dentist but he made everything so convenient and manageable.
