Unfortunately, the visit felt more like a sales appointment than patient care. Despite having straight, well-aligned teeth and never being told by any other dentist that I needed braces or Invisalign, the dentist was very pushy about Invisalign and framed it as the solution to almost everything. My TMJ was barely discussed, and I was told my chipped tooth wouldn't be addressed until after Invisalign, which didn't make sense to me. The upselling continued throughout the visit. I was even encouraged to buy a $200 Oral-B electric toothbrush despite already owning a perfectly good Sonicare. The front desk also didn't clearly explain the Invisalign process and seemed focused on closing the sale. Overall, the experience felt very transactional and money-driven. I really wanted to like this office because of how close it is to my home, but I won't be returning. Other than that they did a pretty good job with the cleaning lol

The doctor looked at my teeth for less than 30 seconds and decided I needed to have a special treatment that stops bleeding. I had brought in my schedule of benefits and that really made them mad because they thought they could get one over on me. I am here to tell you that whatever you do or where you go you should be informed. I let them know my cleaning was $5 and my office visit was $5 so they decided to tack on a $65 per tooth to stop bleeding which is absolutely ridiculous because they had never met me or knew anything about my dental history. I looked at my schedule of benefits and this treatment showed $65 per tooth however they lied to me and said, "Oh no, that is a one time charge." but I know that they are liars and would have come back later to charge me the remainder from all the reviews I have seen. They are scammers and liars. Do not go to this dentist unless your mouth is on fire and still even if you can avoid this place do not go. Also I noticed that all the 5 star reviews are from employees and friends of those employees, another sign of SCAMMERS

Met with Dr Greene, he said come back to see the sedation dentist person. Yes! This person said that if I wanted sedation dentistry that I needed to do it in a hospital. Could he or Dr Greene help with this? NOPE! Based on the fact Dr Greene never returned my calls. No one said I must get my cleaning and exam in a hospital (limitations with opening). Only said needed to complete sedation dentistry in A hospital. Desperately wanting a cleaning and exam I called and requested an appt. They said when would you like to come in... I said what's your soonest. They said today 7pm. I took it. I just wanted a cleaning and exam. Cleaning went well... Raphael very kind and did the best he could... what everyone had been doing 20+ years. Dr Lupu comes in asks how can she help me. Said I was here for cleaning and exam. She said notes indicated this should be done in a hospital and made no effort to do ANYTHING. Whatever! Got my teeth partially cleaned and learned... this office has poor communication and more. Dr. Sean advised me to wear them for a few days to see how they fit. Over time I will be able to see if there are any areas of discomfort. He told me if the appliances have any areas of discomfort to call right away and they will schedule me to come in and have the units modified to be more comfortable. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Stay Far Away…read more If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. This dental office has given me the worst experience I've ever had, not once, but twice. April 2025 - I had an extraction and bone graft here. I was told the first few days would be tough but by day four, I was still in unbearable pain, with no real support. They acknowledged the tooth had a severe infection, but only prescribed ibuprofen. Nothing stronger. I couldn't eat, sleep, or talk. I felt completely dismissed and neglected. Once they got paid, that was it. No follow-up, no concern. Just empty reassurances and zero empathy. August 4, 2025 - Against my better judgment, I came back for the next step (implant screw). I called two hours ahead to request laughing gas due to my last trauma. After the procedure, I experienced immediate discomfort. Then it got worse. The front desk staff were rude, cold, and completely unhelpful. My prescription was supposedly sent at 1:45 PM, but the pharmacy never received it. I called the office FOUR times and got nowhere. The final time, Joan yelled at my husband, claiming she "saw it go through" and told us to be patient. Meanwhile, I'm bleeding, swollen, and in intense pain with no pain meds. This place is a nightmare. They don't care about people only profit. I left in tears and would never recommend this office to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I truly hope they are held accountable for their gross negligence and inhumane treatment. Do yourself a favor--go to a dentist who actually cares.
