Although "Express" is in the name, the clinic has been quite slow in providing diagnostic…read morefollow-up. My husband initially went in on Monday at 9:30 AM experiencing intense pain early in the morning. There were no lines when I arrived, the office was clean, and the staff were polite and professional. During the visit, they drew labs and gave me a referral to have an ultrasound done (which I was able to get done that day at 1pm). I was told that they would call me with the results once everything was reviewed. Wednesday, the clinic contacted us with the lab results, but they had no update regarding the imaging. I then called the imaging center myself and was informed that the ultrasound images had already been sent to the clinic Wednesday afternoon. On Thursday, I went to the imaging center in person to pick up a copy of the results and the CD containing the images. I called the same day (Th) and was told the NP should have the results reviewed by Friday. When I followed up today(Friday), I was told that it may not be reviewed until Monday. While I'm grateful my husband's pain has mostly subsided and is feeling almost back to normal, the delay in reviewing the imaging results feels unnecessary and frustrating. Especially considering the imaging center had already sent the results several days ago. Overall, my initial visit was positive in terms of the cleanliness of the office and the friendliness of the staff and cost of the visit. After calling they are more annoyed and don't seem to care that patients are left with no answers. The delay in communicating diagnostic results and providing follow-up information has been disappointing and has left me waiting longer than expected for answers. This is my second time going here for labs and imaging (first time with my son) and I didn't experience this type of delay so hopefully this isn't what usually happens.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at Family Express this morning was concerning…read more We went in for a strep test and waited over two hours, but that wasn't my main issue. About an hour after opening, I used the restroom and found it in unacceptable condition (video attached), which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. In the exam room, containers of Q-tips, gauze, and cotton balls were left uncovered, and the strep test was performed without gloves or handwashing. We interacted with three different staff members who neither washed their hands nor wore gloves while caring for our daughter. The technician who initially came in to take her blood pressure and temperature repeatedly used profanity and complained about missing supplies, including a stethoscope. Before leaving, I checked the restroom again and found it unchanged. The lack of cleanliness, infection-control practices, and professionalism was very disappointing.

I saw Dr. Bethea towards the end of last year after having a breathing scare that sent me to the Emergency Room -- only to find out that it was related to severe allergies. After getting discharged, I reached out to my primary care physician for a referral to an allergist. She sent me here. I made my first appointment online -- on a Thursday afternoon for a Monday morning appointment. Apparently, I did not make the appointment before they left for the day, add in the fact that they are closed Fridays, and when I arrive on Monday -- no record of an appointment. This was a little frustrating, but they still got me in. So I was still a happy camper. I had several appointments to get to the bottom of things. There were two rounds of prick/poke tests done on my back. I think I had somewhere around 140 sticks between the two sessions. Not fun, but necessary. After going over my results, Dr. Bethea put me on shots. I get 3 shots a week in a single session. 2 in 1 arm and 1 in the other -- alternating every other week. I have to double-up on Zyrtec and bring an epi-pen for each shot session, but I've not experienced any negative side reactions. So, it's too soon to tell if it's working or not, but I like the attention they give. One last plus -- you don't need an appointment for shots -- just show up at your convenience as long as you've had your first shot with them. So far, I recommend!

We've been in for just about everything. We've never sat in the waiting room once. We can usually go straight in to a room and we always felt we were treated with respect and received the best health care. These experiences also includes 3 different insurance policies and once without insurance. Most of these instances, we wouldn't have gone to a doctor. After several poor experiences, it has to be a major event to get us into the main hospital's E.R.

I went with my parents due to the fact i am a minor and the front desk believed i was a adult or something since they were asking for id or whatever.(i don't look any older than 17). Afterwards i was told to sit down and wait which i guess is normal but id expect some urgency? I was the only person there and even omce i got called they made me weigh myself and asked for my height while i was struggling to not let the blood drip everywhere. After i got into a room and layed down all they did for the next hour id say was just making me hold my nose then eventually giving me something to pinch my noise. Even when tried too check my nose the worker couldn't figure out how to turn on the over head light and had to call someone to help which the the helper says on quote "ive been working here for around 2-3 years and i just figured out how to turn it on aswell" how do you just figured that out? Anyways but the whole time it was basically me laying down with a nose pincher and waiting for them to check every now and then. The walls are thin and they would just talk about there personal life and nothing about taking care of patients. I ended up asking them to let me go and i went home and stopped the bleeding myself. I would recommend the one by the target since they have a 4.5 rating.

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PANDEMIC…read more If I could give -5 stars I would. I was sent by my primary care physician after hours and the doc on call did not want to do the procedure she called ahead for me on. He gave every excuse as to why I shouldn't- seems like if someone is sent by their doctor- you do the procedure. They went for a dang reason. It's been a week and I am still sick. Covid seems to have brought the worst out of people and this guy is definitely 1. New management doesn't seem to have made a difference. He was smiling when I left. He was either lazy or evil. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN. Worst doc I have ever had the unfortunate displeasure to experience. And that is saying A LOT.

We were there for awhile because I needed several tests to try to figure out what was causing my pain but that's to be expected and was not an issue. Meghan checked me out without pressure or a judging look like I have previously experienced at other places. I actually felt good about paying! This was probably the most enjoyable ER visit, despite my pain issue, I have ever had. Thank you Cathy, Bill and Meghan! Y'all are awesome!
