I don't like writing negative reviews for a company that hasn't provided any service to me yet, but this review is based on last-minute cancellation within 2 hours of appointment time. I wouldn't care so much for something like this, but I took my day off from work AND I CONFIRMED PRIOR to make sure (see Yelp message screen shot and my text screenshots with Emergency Plumbing Services). Now, I'm off of work today unnecessarily and I didn't get a quote that I was expecting today. This cancellation cost me money -- today was 1.5x my wages to work. -- This is the worst part of it all! Read the text messages for yourself. He offered to come on Monday, I asked to confirmed if Labor Day Monday is okay (since I thought he forgot it was Labor Day), and he said it's ok after I confirmed that he didn't mean Tuesday or after Labor day. Then he blames the cancellation on the supply shop for being closed (this might be the case for small stores, but Home Depot is open today, worse case scenario, he can get parts there--but it doesn't matter because I told him I just want a quote that I asked for initially, nothing else). I told him it was just a quote and he even said "to look on Monday" on his very first text to me. Then he says, "IN CASE you agree, I would do the work there and then" and "I would have to do it tomorrow just in case", AFTER I told him I just need a quote. (You won't be needing to go to the supply shop "in case" because I'm telling him that I just want only a quote. I told him it's just a quote -- competent business should still offer the quote on scheduled day, NOT based on assumption that I will have him fix it "there and then" and the "supply shop is closed". No sorry, nothing. Just "I'll have to do it tomorrow just in case". Acts like he can switch up appointment and plans on customers and show up on his own schedule. read more

I needed a toilet replaced and submitted a request for a quote via Yelp. Within thirty-seconds of submitting my request, I received my first quote from this company. I was quoted a very reasonable price and was advised via text that whatever work needed to be done, could be done within the next two-hours. Wow! I was TRULY impressed. I received numerous quotes from other plumbing companies but NO came close to this company as far as price. I read all the reviews on this company (which are all 5 star reviews ) and I decided to go with this company. Two-hours later, Angel arrived and started the work. Unfortunately for me, this is going to be a larger project than I had planned but Angel showed and explained all the damage to the pipes leading from the wall and a few other issues. We had a pretty tough and weird clog in both showers that couldn't be cleared by the landlord's plumber, and was getting pushed into repiping the whole house. We talked to Angel on the phone a few times before the landlord agreed to have him come out, since the landlord was skeptical that hydrojet would clear the clog due to condition of the pipes and the landlord's plumber's assessment. After getting the okay from the landlord, Angel arrived quickly on a rainy Sunday evening and cleared it! The clog was definitely stubborn, it took Angle at least 5 tries until water started flowing. Like others have said Angel is a suuuper chill guy and was the first to respond to my yelp quote. Not only was he the first to respond but his price was the best out of everyone else's and was available to help me that same day. Some places were booked for three weeks with some typical lame response, but Angel was able to help me that same Saturday which was greatly appreciated. He also gave me regular ETA updates thru yelp on when he would get here and arrived on time.
