A television as well as magazines to keep you occupied whilst waiting for your appointments . The ladies in the front office are amazing and professional as well. If you are in need of this type of service I do suggest this office as you will be treated as a patient not a number or dollar sign. The overall office appearance is clean as was the restroom. The parking area is really weird and I'm not so sure it was actually meant to be one, but it's like driving over a curb to get into the parking lot which is strange.

We arrived 20 minutes early for the appointment and were put in a room to wait, we waited over an hour and a half so I went to the nurses station to find out what was going on and they said they had call outs THIS MORNING mind you again my daughter called at 1230 they could have simply said we are to far behind today can we get you in tomorrow but they didn't the nurses proceed to tell me well other patients have been waiting well over their appointment times as well I said this is crazy she just needs to have her ears checked for an ear infection nothing crazy and their excuse was we didn't know there's nothing we can do I said this is unacceptable I turned around to walk back to my daughters room and one of the nurses or MA's not sure which one says as I round the corner bye bitch! I turned around looked at both the girls and said that was so disrespectful and rude I went back to my daughters room and a wonderful lady came in and apologized and made sure me and my daughter were ok I explained to her what happened and she said she was going to have a talk with all of the nursing staff, but that's not all the had us see a provider today that isn't even allowed to fill Medicaid medication so now my daughter with a horrible ear infection has to wait and call tomorrow to see if someone else can send these prescriptions over again by a provider that is allowed to prescribe her the medication because insurance says they can not fill medication from this provider sounds a little fishy to me I do believe I will be changing dr for both of my children because today was a last straw saying bye bitch for being rightly upset about the wait times with no one checking on us to even let us know they are running behind

When I pulled up to the dilapidated shopping center, it's almost depressing to park and walk through the parking lot. Parking spaces are large and abundant but it's like a ghost town here. Dennis, my physical therapist, gave me a thorough interview to get a good understanding of the status of my injuries. He really took a long time to try and devise a plan to put me on a path or recovery. He wasn't the only concerned guy here. The whole team seemed to be watching out for all the other patients. Others would step in to make sure I was taken care of. Not once did I feel even slightly disregarded. I highly recommend injured souls come here for a professional, efficient treatment with lighthearted physical therapists. They always seem to be in good mood... and that itself is uplifting.

I went to Carolina Center for surgery and Dr. Randle Ramsey was to treat my abscessed thumb. He…read moredrained it and bandaged it up then gave me ten days of an antibiotic. After returning twice he gave me oxicodone each time. My thumb was still swollen and unusable. I ended up going to New Hanover/ Norvant hospital in Wilmington NC . Dr . Neil McIntyre stopped the infection. Half of my thumb was amputated. Dr. McIntyre said my thumb could have been saved if Dr. Ramsey would have treated me with more antibiotics instead of just giving me oxicodone each time I returned to him.

He has such an empathetic attitude, it's like he wants the best for me, and said that he would take care of me, and you know what , Dr Frantz is doing just that. He is always smiling and he exudes a peacefulness, that makes me feel like I've known him for a long time, comfortable. I no longer use the cane, and had no surgery. I am an older female, but he works with all ages, including children. If you are having orthopedic issues, stop by the office to see Dr. Earl Frantz. l have an appointment to see him in a month for an Orthopedic procedure. I am looking forward to my visit.

Many do not take my Medicare Advantage insurance outside of my town, which really hurts, and the others are too far. I'm not driving right now, and having to find providers out of town is heart wrenching, and I don't think Wilmington Health is trying hard to get them there. Dermatologist Whatever is on my ankles is spreading and going up my legs. Then a lot of offices don't answer their phones, or they ask you to leave a message and they'll call back. Being old school, I'm for talking to people. Please get more Dermatologists here, or at least post why not!

Dr…read more Gary Wertman was an absolute dream as a surgeon, his personality is so humble, patient, and kind, I felt so comforted and confident in his hands (literally)! . I am also grateful for his P.A. Taylor Johnson, she was genuinely concerned regarding all of comments during the pre- and post-op appt. She thoughtfully explained every detail of what to expect during each step of the entire process. During each office visit with both providers, I've never felt rushed or not heard. Dr. Gary's nurse, Carol Ann and P.A. Taylor's nurses, Jade and Lindsey made me comfortable and spent a generous amount of time ensuring that they had all of my information, meds, past history, etc. correct. After a near-fatal MVA 12 years ago, I've spent a tremendous amount of time with various doctors and staff, Emerge-Ortho is stellar in my opinion! The entire experience at Emerge-Ortho on Country Club with the exception of the parking lot has excellent and professional. I would be remiss if I didn't mention my beloved trauma surgeon Dr. Neil MacIntyre III, at the Wilmington location, he's hands-down the best of the best; if you're broken into pieces, find Dr. Mac! Was told 2 days ago that message was with a triage nurse. They certainly want your business and payment for surgery but beyond that do not care about the actual patient. Go somewhere else! Hopefully other places care more about their patients AFTER surgery instead of just the money
