Treeo has a huge dining room with several seats by Windows to enjoy the nice sunny day view and they have group tables to enjoy company. A nice lady invited me to help her finish her puzzle after I was done eating. The waitress was also very nice as she busted my table. I can't speak too much on behalf of the residents here as far as living here goes, but I can say that Treeo's food here is great. It appears they have a lot of great activities for residents and visitors alike. I also know that they're involved in the community by taking field trips to fun events such as a local high school's musical production, and participating in South Ogden Days. So if you have anything that needs to be discussed, you have to leave a voicemail and hope that they return your car whoever it is. It's sad to say that i have been verbally assaulted by many residents while entering and leaving the club house. When you become a resident and sign a contract you get a copy of it as well. It is best to read everything several times. People here when it comes to the club house are rude and will cuss you out if they don't like or agrees with what or how you are doing something. Simply walking across the clubhouse floor I was verbally assaulted in front of my children. And threatened by a member of the HOA to be kicked out of the community altogether. The same gentleman that threatened to kick me out of the HOA community altogether was the one that verbally assaulted me in front of my grandchildren and continue to do so the next time we entered the clubhouse. I pay a lot of money to live here and I bought a very expensive home. Not how I intended to spend my retirement years. I hope soon they have full-time management to clear up the issues. And I hope that the HOA is taking a look at and changes are made.

Sometimes you get what you pay for, but that isn't the case here. Sure, it's the most economical choice in town, but that isn't why we love it, that's just the cherry on top. The management here is amazing and so is the staff, which includes all the various team members, reception, activities, cleaning, nursing, and property management. My mom has been at various other facilities from time to time over the last decade and we found that there were inconsistencies in each, if the facilities were great, the staff weren't, or if the staff were great, the administration wasn't, etc. But here everything is wonderful, a complete balance and it feels like a dream. My mom loves it and feels like everyone really cares here, which they honestly do. In addition, the location can't be beat. It's right downtown but doesn't feel like it on a tree lined residential street. It's half a block from the library, block and a half from her banking, 2 blocks from grocery shopping, a couple blocks from downtown shopping, the farmers market, and summer events that she can take her scooter to. Her little apartment is just what she needed in size and the other residents are so friendly and inviting as well. I can't say enough good things about this place. To be honest, I have extraordinarily high standards and am pretty hard to please, most people and places fall short....this one doesn't.
