Our family has worked with CVS for the better part of 15 years. We have have had the opportunity to get to know Kristen and Sandra as well as the male pharmacist (I am forgetting his name) intimately. Each of them warm hearted, empathetic, patient and understanding. HOLLY, on the other hand - aggressive when speaking, interrupts, says she will hang up. While I was extremely frustrated closer to the end of the conversation, it was warranted as I listened to her explanation of the process, I had CLEARLY ASKED if she could then listen to my question and concerns without being interrupted. She continued to interrupt me. Then spoke assertively which then spun me into raising my voice. She threatened to hang up on me. In fact put me on speakerphone, using her associate's names against me. Horrible. I am left with disappointment and disgust. Horrible bedside manner. ***IF we did not need to change pharmacies due to insurance reasons, I can ASSURE CVS that I would be moving pharmacies regrettable IMMEDIATELY. I hope for the sake of Westwood CVS' customers needs, that she is a temporary pharmacists covering for the head pharmacist who is hopefully on a well deserved vacation.

Upon getting confirmation from the Pharmacy, I gave their contact info to my doctor. My Doctor said they faxed the prescription yesterday. I called the Pharmacy a few minutes ago to check if they received the fax and when could I get my medicine. Responder (I think her name was Mariah per my best memory) was extremely rude and mean. I expected more professional and respectful attitude towards a patient whose only purpose is to be able get a medicine. She said "why don't you try another pharmacy" by laughing. Last month, I stopped in his medical supply store in Westwood, NJ and sought help to fix the wheel on my 97-year-old mother's walker as she waited out in my car. He told me he could not help. While I was there, I also had questions on how he filed the Medicare claim on behalf of my mom who purchased a wheelchair from him for $275 back in March. Apparently Medicare was supposed to pay for part of it and reimburse my mother, but that's not what happened. HE was being reimbursed monthly by Medicare. Yes, he would then send a check to my mom, but I questioned why it happened this way. With that, he got indignant, angry, and started screaming at me, saying I came in here and asked for something for free and then I accused him of wrongdoing. (which afterwards, when calling Medicare, they did confirm he filed my mother's claim incorrectly.) I got upset and told him I was going to give him a bad review. I asked his name and he refused to give it to me. So I reached to take a business card off the counter. As I turned around to leave, he was right there, body blocking me! I told him not to touch me, as I myself am a 75-year-old woman, so there is no need to be confrontational for my asking a question. With that he turned around, took my mother's walker, opened up the door and shoved it out onto the sidewalk. He's the most hot tempered, unprofessional human being I've ever met. Definitely find another medical supply place to go to.
