I asked one question, " How do we secure the cushion to the chair". Ties wouldn't work because the chair seat being indented towards the top. He said no problem. We'll custom cut the indention so the cushion will slide right into the seat. Perfect! I then spent 30 minutes or so going through more books and ringed binders than I could count before landing on a fabric that was just right. Everything got measured and ordered. I paid and off I went. 10 days later I got a call that the the cushions were ready. The custom cut was great and the over 2" cushion is very comfortable . What a success. I can't recommend anyone more highly. I do a lot of decorating and it's fun finding vendors who know what they're doing. Give Artzy a shot!

I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. Now my cat can enjoy her "furniture scratch pad routine" without doing any visible damage to it! Ignacio's professional fees to perform these specialized services were very reasonable.
