Mark sent me a text that he was on his way. Upon arrival he put his blanket down to keep my floor clean and inverted each chair for inspection. He explained the problems to me and his plan to repair. He had every tool and part to complete the job. In less than one hour he expertly did the job. Payment via their system was easy . I asked one question, " How do we secure the cushion to the chair". Ties wouldn't work because the chair seat being indented towards the top. He said no problem. We'll custom cut the indention so the cushion will slide right into the seat. Perfect! I then spent 30 minutes or so going through more books and ringed binders than I could count before landing on a fabric that was just right. Everything got measured and ordered. I paid and off I went. 10 days later I got a call that the the cushions were ready. The custom cut was great and the over 2" cushion is very comfortable . What a success. I can't recommend anyone more highly. I do a lot of decorating and it's fun finding vendors who know what they're doing. Give Artzy a shot!

We hired EMG Upholstery to make custom cushions for our patio sectional after not being able to get…read morethrough to my previous provider. So I went on the hunt to keep money flowing locally and found EMG. Let me start off by saying the fellow Erik, who did the work was as helpful and nice as he could be. He came by our home and did the measurements and we agree'd on pricing and fabric and I paid him half for the order. Custom cushions are not cheep, but he was more reasonable than ordering custom off line as our sizes were no where to be found so I really had no choice here. I had asked Erik to please only make one bottom and one back FIRST so that I see if the density and the workmanship was on point so we would be able to make any changes before making the rest. About a month and a half I get a text ( they like to text ), that the cushions were ready. ALL OF THEM! I didn't get my samples first and was not happy about that. They delivered the cushions and OMG they were soooo hard. They promised me they'll soften up in a couple of months....we'll see. So after agreeing to keep them and paying my balance, I'm looking at them and honestly not happy with the quality of workman ship. It's just not a professional job. I'm hoping they get better at these type of jobs. I wish them success. But I can not with clear conscience recommend them at this time for these type of cushions and I won't be using them again.
