Mark sent me a text that he was on his way. Upon arrival he put his blanket down to keep my floor clean and inverted each chair for inspection. He explained the problems to me and his plan to repair. I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional.
