I love coming here because they have great prices and are always fully stocked. The staff is always respectful and there are no language barriers. No steps: Wheelchair accessible I was able to communicate effectively with the staff with no ASL translator needed! The parking lot can be a little difficult to maneuver through. I suggest parking at the distance my picture shows. Parking directly in the front spaces is hard to get out of at time because the hair store is located right next to a laundromat.

This place has several variety of things I sometimes spend a whole 30 minutes in this place because they have so much stuff to choose from. The customer service is amazing everything is shelved neatly and no messing like other beauty supply stores I've been to. They have jewelry, makeup, fragrances (even Victoria's secrets lotions and perfumes) perms, dyes anything you can think of they have it. The have many weaves to choose from Brazilian, yaki, remy, synthetic whatever you want and their wigs are nice as well. Very friendly staff. It was hard to find the place I always kept walking pass it but it right next door to Maple Liquor Store.

I went in and the manager denied my exchange I had bought a lipstick that I wasn't too happy with the color and she said no. I asked her about the policy and she said that it doesn't apply. CLEARLY ITS WRITTEN. So I asked about different items around the store to see what was applicable to "her" policy. She could not give me an answer. I even pointed to a car charger she said no. I asked her again what is exchangeable if I were to buy?! AGAIN could not respond. JUDY THE MANAGER said if I bought a WIG I could return and exchange. I asked her what is the difference?! someone wore the wig and is able to return and I tried the lipstick and wasn't able to exchange for a different color?! Hey Yall! I went to…read morethis beauty supply store for the first time yesterday at the suggestion of my friend. I probably won't ever be returning. I entered the store, wig cap affixed to my head with full intentions of purchasing a wig that day. After not being offered any help by the "shop assistant" I made my to the wig area in the back of the store to assist myself. Because I knew what I wanted and what I was looking for, I found a wig quickly and proceeded to try it on (with the wig cap that I already had on my head). As soon as I put it on the "shop assistant started screaming at the top of her lungs about how I " needed a wig cap and couldn't touch the the $44 wig without permission..." I and the rest of the customers in the store could only look at her like she was crazy because... she had to be out of her mind. I still needed a wig so, even with all of her obnoxiousness and rudeness, I politely questioned her about other wigs in the store. She was completely unhelpful, short, and frankly aggressive. I gave her the wig back and left. I'm not spending money where I don't feel welcomed. If they didn't want to make money they should have let me know when I walked in. This place wasn't my first choice and it won't be my last.
