The office sees pediatrics as well as adult patients. The staff are helpful and go out of their way to help. Dr. Najat is very good with kids and gets their attention easily. She has an excellent bedside manners. Office is usually closed for lunch so don't come at 12 pm. Parking lot is a bit very tight however it's accessible and has open spots. read more

Dr. Nejat doesn't do anything to help u except to give you referrals that don't call u back or the number is wrong. Their office was disgusting until I cleaned it and still having issues trying to get paid. There's always an excuse. I feel like I'm being discriminated against and maybe because of being white. All I know is no dr office should ever be as dirty as it was and Dr's should want to help their patients. Not see them for two min and give terrible referrals and treat 7 yr clients the way she did. Every morning their nurses and whoever else works there is blasting music from their car. I live nearby and can hear it through my windows and rattles my room. It's always from 6-8 am. They are very inconsiderate of people who live nearby. And even visiting the medical center, it feels like they never help. I've gone and they aren't clear on what steps you need to take or even tell you they will order you medicine for you. I had to get a random call from my pharmacy telling me my medicine was ready to be picked up when I had no idea they prescribed anything to me. Very confusing and it feels like you're running in circles. read more

Don't even think about coming to the medical practice! The staff doesn't do what they're supposed to! You wait over 1.5 hours to get seen, and they never send the referrals over to the right spot! Honestly, I hate leaving bad reviews but this was the worst doctors office I've been too in my life (and I've been diabetic for 25 years so that's a lot of offices). I tried to stick it out for over 2 years and kept hoping it would get better. The front desk is rude and condescending, and this is coming from someone who works as a patient rep somewhere else. Their staff changes every time I come in. I tried to get a referral for 4-5 months calling weekly and they still couldn't get me to a provider that specialized in what I requested and had me do all the leg work. Dr. J is always kind , but I'm just glad to never be going back. Please if you're new to the area go somewhere else . They won't take you seriously. read more

Poor poor care/ unprofessional. Nurse didn't know what peritoneal dialysis was and pulled on my friends sewn in tubing.

The staff is unprofessional not organized never! Follow up with anything everytime I call and i am told they will call me back they never do! I have had a MA talk about me right infront of me. They called twice for billing and my co-payments were always paid at time of visit. The staff is rude no type of consideration for patients they act like they are working at a retail store. Dr. Jalisi is a good doctor but I haven't seen here in a couple of years because only NP's are available who know nothing about my medical history. Today was my last draw with that office no patient care what so ever! Front & back office is what represents the clinic and its horrible I expressed to the MA on the phone how I felt and she said "ok". Mind blowing I do not recommend this clinic to no one. read more

I am orginally from Iowa. Moved here 3 years ago. She was my first doctor here and she is wonderful.. I had eye issues and she was on it Everytime I came in. She knew me and treated me like a friend. She is so caring and would do anything for you. AND her staff is nothing but amazing. They make be shy at first but are so caring and make you feel like you belong.. I ended up having cancer in my eye and dr.jalisi was with me the whole way. If I needed anything she was there.. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know.. if I could give more stars I would!! read more

Let me just confirm all of the negative reviews. The office staff is horrible. Refills for Rx are perpetually wrong. I can't tell you how many times they sent my Rx to the wrong pharmacy or they never sent them at all! How many times we had to return to the Dr's office to pick up Rx because we called them in and they were not ready! Or the Dr. left with out signing them. I Have tried so many times to speak to the Dr. concerning her staff. Never once did I get a return call. The other reviewer that said that they wouldnt refill an Rx with out an in-house visit and a copay is absolutely correct. Stay away from this office if you are requiring a professional! read more

I have never had such poor medical attention in my life. I was in The ER for severe back pain where I was treated and told to follow up with a physical therapist. I have called Dr. Jalisi's 3 times since my ER visit requesting a referral and told I would receive one but have yet to get a call back 1 1/2 weeks later. I am still in a lot of pain so I guess I'm just going to have to show up. I plan on reporting her to whoever I can. read more

I was invited to their grand opening Was very impressed with the state of the art medical equipment they had purchased for various cosmetic procedures. I was very interested in some laser hair removal. As I am aging, 54 now I have some hair growing in some undesirable places in my ear. So called and made an appointment during my lunch hour @12;00 noon. I was about 5 minutes late! When I got there I was welcomed by Hamsa. She asked me fill out a few form, then taken back to the procedure room where I met Grace the practitioner in charge of doing the procedure. She gave me detailed information about what's going to happen. What to expect and post procedure instructions. I was given a safety glass to wear, they applied some gel and started the procedure. Grace did a great job talking me through the process & checking in to make sure sure I was comfortable. It took about ten minutes. Quick and comfortable. Too soon to notice the outcome since everyone response differently! It take 1 to 4 visits to get the desired outcome. Every 4 weeks. I made my appointment for the next visit. Was very impressed with the procedure & not having to wait too long to be seen. Beautiful spa, run very professionally. read more

While Dr. Jalisi is nice enough her staff routinely fails to fill prescriptions/orders and/or gets them wrong. I have only had had Dr. Jalisi for approx 1 year and this has happened on at least 5 occasions. Furthermore, I have now been told that in order to refill a pain medication that I have taken for almost a DECADE with no changes in my condition or the quantity of the medication that I must make an appt to see the Dr for EVERY refill, that's about every 2 months. This is a scam, she is milking the system to see patients for no reason. Complaints have been filed against her practice. read more

I had a bad experience being stitched up at urgent care and a subsequent wound that wouldn't heal. She took such good care of me. I have been going to Dr. Jalisi for several years and she is great! The problem I have is with her staff which is constantly in training and being turned over because they're all students. Just recently I waited 45 minutes and still probably had another half an hour to wait. No one let me know what was going . This nurse practitioner named Beth came in and was cold and rude to me and wanted to know what I was there for after I've already answered questionnaires and told them three times! After heading up to the front to make my other appointment I found out that the person next to me I had a stroke and that was the delay. I never had anyone come up to me and tell me that it be extra time because they were dealing with someone who needed more attention. I would've understood but there again there's no communication here. read more

If I could give 0 Stars, probably negative stars I would.. I've gone to her office 3 times, and her office and her staff are the reason why I will never ever step a foot in that place again. I called my insurance and told them everything that happened and I'm calling HR as well to file a complaint. Here's the story, first time around I needed a referral for an mri because I have 2 herniated discs in my lower back.. took 4 weeks for her office to finally refer me to an mri, took another 3 weeks for her staff to refer me to an orthopedic dr because dr Jalisi, all she knows how to do is prescribe pain pills, couldn't help me in any way. That was first incident, second time around, I was getting a physical (how easy right? WRONG), I got my blood done and sharp labs faxed them my blood work. It took me 3 days, and 5 different nurses to finally tell me that my blood work was done. I asked one of the nurse is your office open on Saturday and she tells me she doesn't know, I asked can I speak to a different nurse, she puts me on hold for 11min, I talk to another nurse that tells me you have to set up an apt to see your blood work,l results, I told her I just want to know if I can pick it up and review it myself, she says she will call me back. 2 hours later no call, another hour later no call, I called them before they were getting ready to close and dr Jalisi finally tells me it's ok to come pick it up. This was after 3 days of already having my blood work results ready at their office. Flat out, her staff are all idiots. Every single one of them, I hope none of them get a job in a real drs office cuz obviously this was a FU#€%NG ZOO!!!! read more

If I could give negative stars I would. WORST Dr's office ever.. All Dr Jalisi cares about is her payment and making money.. After having a Dr I loved for 16yrs Medi-Cal forced me to switch Dr's.. I have seen Dr Jalisi for over a year now and let start by saying she still has not requested my medical records.. May last appt was last week at 9:30 it was mandatory I have an office visit after being taken 1hr late I was sat down and asked what my visit was for (clearly I told them when I made the appt I was then told to get blood work and everything else needed for a yearly checkup (which I didn't go in for) then was told I was all set.. I kindly reminded the nurse why I made the appt in the 1st place and was told to take a seat in the lobby the nurse was going to speak to the Dr.. After waiting another 30 min (90 min to talk in the office so far) I was brought back to an exam room only to be told I wouldn't not be getting a refill on my sleep meds On another occasion I requested and MRI I had the orders form a specialist over a month had gone by before I finally called the appt setting office to be told that the paper work Dr Jalisi had submitted was incomplete and that they have been trying to get in touch with her for over a month to complete it.. 7 weeks later it was finally submitted properly.. One more example is when I had a procedure done at urgent care and was prescribed antibiotics.. In my follow up visit I was told that there was a better antibiotic for my condition and she would call it in.. Upon pick up at the pharmacy I noticed it was the same exact med same dose and same directions on how to take it.. These are just a few examples about how Dr Jalisi doesn't not listen nor care about her patients.. If it were up to me her license would be pulled immediately. She doesn't care about her patients or the well being of them she only cares about the money going into her pocket read more
