Not trying to sell stuff, not trying to get us out of there so she can get on to other things... just personable and knowledgeable and hands-on, taking the time to test some product on my wife. I've never been in a Sephora or a Sally Beauty Supply and don't want to go to one... they seem kind of "chain". And after running into Devon today and seeing all the cool, fun, professional, "industry" stuff they have to offer, will never go anywhere else. My hair was grown out by the time I got to her and unlike other people who pull and tug on your scalp until it hurts. Princess was gentle. My scalp did not hurt at all when she was finished. And just take a look at her crochet! I look beautiful. I highly recommend her with one caveat, Princess is very religious so you will have to watch a lot of gospel while you are there.
